Fresh off the train we checked in which was very fast. We went to our room immediately. What a great place. Very well organized for a smaller space. Plenty of room for two people's luggage. Very clean. Bathroom was nice and felt sanitized. The blackout shade on the window was amazing. They offer free filtered sparkling or still water in the bar/restaurant area. Just return the empty bottle and fill a new one. As much as you want. The bar area is nice and well kept. Staff were very friendly. Very walkable area. We felt safe the entire time we were there. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Enjoyed our stay at citizenM before as well as this time. Great location, close to many restaurants, friendly helpful staff, clean, modern. Love the funky art. Restaurant very convenient. Easy check-in and out. Nice big view towards river. Two convenient elevators.

Hotel muito bem localizado, na frente da estação de metro de Blak e a alguns metros de distância do food market da Roterdã. Café da manhã bom e com boa diversidade de doces e frutas. Checkin e checkout da rede citizenM é um diferencial, tudo muito rápido. Bar 24/7 que ajuda muito. Espaço do quarto é relativamente pequeno pra um casal com malas grandes. Praticidade em controlar o quarto pelo iPad. Podem melhorar na limpeza, principalmente no canto da cama que fica encostado na parede, ali fica acumulada muita poeira e outras sujeiras.

Love staying at this CitizenM. It’s perfect for business travel with the co-working space. The ‘living room’ concept for the lobby/reception is so smart, and gives lots of comfort, and I settle into this hotel much more than others I stay in. The staff are proactive, available and helpful. Highly recommended. I’ve returned there annually for a conference for three years in a row, as have multiple colleagues.

FOH staff was fantastic! Coffee was great! The hotel is beautiful and the location is very convenient for transportation and to explore around. The only issue was that during my 5-days stay, deep cleaning of the room was requested 2 times and it never happened. Disappointing since we ran out of basic items such as hand soap, toilet paper etc and all the hustle to be looking for someone to have all items and towels replaced, we removed our own garbage, etc.

Everything about the hotel was very nice; it was easy to navigate, fairly quiet, and there were plenty of food/drink options. Only thing I didn’t love about the space was it seemed like was cleaned in a hurry. There was dust in several areas, stains on counters and in the sink, etc.

Veldig bra hotell rett i smørøyet i Rotterdam . Nært til tog og trikk og nært både restauranter ,shopping og severdigheter . Litt dårlig vask da det var støvete enkelte plasser og fant brukte øyelinser på hylle . Bra frokost og veldig vennlig personell. Kommer gjerne tilbake

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit Metroanschluss. Die Dusche ist im Zimmer integriert mit Milchglaswänden. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Der Check-in und -out sind super easy online zu erledigen. Über das iPad im Zimmer lassen sich Licht und Fernseher steuern. Die Markthalle, Erasmusbrücke und das Kreuzfahrt-Terminal sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert. Wir kommen wieder.

Really good. New to citizenM and really liked it overall. Great bed, compact and modern room. Only weird thing is the shower/toilet combo where you can’t prevent the toilet area floor from getting a bit wet (soaked if you’re not careful). Apparently this is the same for all citizenM hotels.

It’s a very high density small roomed modern, fully automated hotel. Bed touches 3 walls, shower and toilet are tightly crammed into the room. AC could not cool this room off. Area was nice and right on a small part of the canal, lots of patios around with good dinners and beers. Super convenient to the Blaak train station, like 50m away. Breakfast was very good.

Sleeping: The room was basically one over sized king bed - super comfortable. The blinds blocked all light. The temperature control was adjustable and worked well. It was very quiet. Breakfast: Fresh and lots of variety. Eggs, bacon, fruit, cold meat and cheese, assorted fruits, breads, yogurt, cappuccino for an additional fee. Plus beverages etc for purchase all day. Location: Across the street from the train and metro. Lobby: Lots of open spaces for working, eating or just relaxing. Bathroom: The bathroom was an enclosed glass shower/toilet combo - it was like being in a fish bowl. I liked everything about CitizenM but the lack of privacy in the bathroom was a bit much.

The room was super cute and modern. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the view was very nice and the room was clean but very small, so just be prepared for that. There was no closet but rather a super large drawer under the bed, which was uncomfortable. They don't have free coffee in the lobby, which we missed. The location was great, right across from Rotterdam Blaak train station and the gorgeous Markthal, which has tons of dining options. The staff was very friendly. The A/C wasn't cool enough.

Well appointed room, comfortable large bed. Excellent shower. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Close to many public transport options. One minor issue, there is no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities.

A lovely welcome. Hotel is away from the street so no traffic noise. Location is great very close to a Metro station. It is right on top of the Cube houses and a short stroll to the Merkhat which is a must visit. Rooms are on the small size but are really hi tech and cool. A special thank you to Luigi who assisted us with a charger and advise on using the Metro.

CitizenM was a dream! The anesthetic is so colourful and warmly invitiing. The Ambassadors go out their way to assist you and help in any way. Their courtesy, respect and helpfulness was always genuine. The girls were very knowledgeable about shopping and where to eat in the area and made great recommendations that helped make my trip so wonderfully complete! I would stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to everyone!

Brilliant location, a minutes walk from Blaak station. Central to everything. Loads of places to eat within a couple of mins walk. Great views from the bar area. Staff were superb. Rooms are small but perfectly formed - although the toilet/shower cubicle in the room was interesting! Everything controlled by an App. You can order, check out, etc., Drinks were really reasonably priced. Bed was comfortable - you do have to climb into it though. Everything you need for a City break. Hairdryer/safe in room too. Staff could not have been better - fab customer service in every way from them. Will definitely look to stay at other locations too, as the hotel was so good.

Small room, good location and helpful staff at the reception. However, after the check-out, I found out that the invoice amount from the hotel and my credit card charges don’t match. I was over charged! I contacted the hotel right away and I’m still waiting for an answer and my refund! This is very frustrating and disappointing experience!

Room was nice, clean and comfy. The TV, lighting, blinds, etc. were all managed by an ipad in the room which was easy to use. Staff were great and the hotel provides free chilled sparkling and filtered water in the bar which was useful. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what was on offer and for some coffee options (anything other than drip coffee) you had to pay extra. Hotel is right next to a train station and there is a food hall and plenty of other restaurants nearby. I would stay again in the area.

The CitizenM is a very good, ned hotel to stay. The location of this one(Rotterdam) is perfect, close to everything, train,metro, tram and shopping. This made it easy to move arround. The property itself is very sofisticated, modern, tech and the staff very friendly and helpfull. Here you are gonig to feel at home and the staff will make that happed. They a breakfast will all that you need for start your day.

Goed hotel op een top locatie. Nette kamer, lekker groot bed en de kussens liggen ook goed. Vlakbij de Markthal. Genoeg openbaar vervoer opties in de buurt. En met de auto kan je ook makkelijk parkeren in de garage onder de Markthal.
