Great breakfast! Wonderful pool and hot tub. Rooms are okay.

The only reason we booked this property was to use the pool, we where heading to the Oklahoma football and wanted to relax before the game but the pool was closed do too a private event, I could have a much cheaper hotel if I did not want to use the pool.

Gym was closed, unckear communication.

This is a great place to stay when we visit our kid at OU. Staying at the hotel gives access to their entire gym/workout facilities, which include a jacuzzi and sauna. They have an indoor basketball court and enormous pool. The morning breakfast buffet is fantastic and made to order.

Breakfast was great... Large variety. 2 of the 3 elevators were broken. Was a 30 minute wait to go to our room. No blanket on bed. Water pressure was wonderful.

Huge pool which was a lot of fun, the food was great (especially the burgers), The staff was nice, the breakfast was delicious, and also a very clean hotel. Definitely will come here again.

I was disappointed the fitness facilities were shutdown one morning for an event, it's one of the things that attracted me to the hotel. without that its king of expensive for the location and facilities

Hotel stay was wonderful and we were pleasantly surprised by all great amenities => full-on breakfast buffet, big pool, big gym and even gymnasium, spacious lobby...etc. Hotel is a few miles away to OU and major highway.

We checked in on the Friday at 4 PM, check in time. We immediately learned that none of the services were available until 3 PM the next day. We intentionally came in early so we could enjoy the pool, hot tub and the facility amenities. I feel we paid for an extra day for nothing. Also we were not told that none of the facilities were available until we went to front desk and asked. We have stayed here many times but will look at other options next time!

I liked the breakfast and the staff was very helpful. Shower had mold-needs a good cleaning! Very quiet and convenient laundry facilities priced very well.

Our room had ants. My children woke up with ants on them. Front desk blamed us for the ants. I was told that if we hadnt had snacks in the room it wouldn't have happened. We werent even given an apology nor shown anything sympathy.

Room was not cleaned after first night.

Hotel was ok its really for postal employees. You have to sign in to use anything there kind of annoying. They did not make the beds or replenish the towels

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at and the Breakfast is amazing.

Large clean room. Great coffee. The breakfast was surprisingly really good. I will return when I can.

It's a simple, straight shooting hotel. Nothing extravagant but super quiet and SUPER clean. The free breakfast is on another level -- seriously, so good!! Every single one of the staff is so nice and friendly. For the price you can't beat it. I think this is a hidden secret, I don't want to tell too many people, ha ha. This is my 1st time but won't be my last since my daughter is at OU.

Small and aged rooms

The rooms are pretty small and the bathrooms are dated.

If you get a room that has been remodeled, it's fine. However, if you end up in an old room, it's just not. The tiles in the shower were either moldy or missing grout, hard to tell. The a/c didn't cool the room so I was hot all night. The rooms are so tiny, and the carpet is worn. We paid $200 for this. I don't mind a small room if it's updated and clean. This room might have been clean but you can't even tell with the worn carpet and sad tiles. Free Breakfast is nice.

Beds not comfortable, AC didn’t work, rooms very dated. 5 star breakfast though

Very small rooms and an older hotel. Very little space around the sink to set any of your items. Trash had not been emptied from previous person. Very nice breakfast and amenities downstairs in the public areas.

Bed was awful, A/C never got below 74 when we set it at 60, sink was made for someone 5’5” 120 lbs

Lounge, Lobby and bar were updated and nice. However, the rooms are small, cramped bathrooms and everything was out of date. Unfortunately for the price we will not be booking again. The staff was very nice so thats too bad.

The rooms are very small considering the price for them. Pictures were very deceiving. Beds are very hard and pillows are super thin when laid on. Can't remember the last time I stayed up all night because the bed wasn't comfortable.

Paid for a queen sized bed. Got a double which only had 3 pillows so obviously intened for one adult, if you understand what hotel pillows are like. My bf and I had to hover on the edge all night, which was almost incomparable to the noise in the hallway round the clock.

Reserved an airport shuttle for my departure flight, staff was unable to secure and failed to notify me. They called the room- instead of calling my cellphone or slipping a note under the door. They also can’t be bothered to provide a bottle of water with the room. Awful - would not recommend it

The property is very nice with a great workout facility, pool, expansive common area, and a fantastic breakfast buffet, but what makes this place truly great is the staff!! Hard-working and always smiling and happy to help resolve any issues describes every person with whom we came in contact, including the entire team working the breakfast buffet both days - every item was fresh and replenished, and hot items were hot and cold were cold. Of particular note was the young lady working the very late night from desk service - she couldn’t have been more friendly and “on it” when we needed to replace a lost key, and finding what we needed from their small convenience store on property. Just outstanding!

This place was not what I expected… the recreational amenities were great but the room was small musty and clostrophobic… we got there checked in the guy gave us a room on the 5th floor had to walk ALL the way to the elevator to get up there.. he had given us the wrong room number also there were people having sex and screaming so loud it was like a porn film was being filmed right next to our supposed room and I was with my 13 yr old Daughter… so we went ALl the way back to the desk the guy was like oh sorry my fault gave u the wrong room number.. I said can we get something a little closer so he gave us a room on the first floor.. also very far from front desk got in very disappointed… had to go out… got back from dinner with my son who is about to graduate from OU.. walked all the way back to room card didn’t work went back to desk got a oh sorry… we were there for my son’s senior recital and was looking forward to having a relaxing night stay… they’re under construction you can’t get out to any of the outdoor courtyards or anything… I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed it was not the most pleasant experience… I feel like we spent so much time going back and forth and the thing is nobody cared… plus the rooms are not what the pictures look like on their website…

Room ac was broken. Repair person came and said fan was broke. The supervisor wouldn't compensate even half or any type of courtesy because i booked through hotels.com

Staff was friendly and the breakfast each morning was a huge improvement over most hotel included breakfast. The gift shop also had very reasonable drink and snack prices.

Super friendly helpful staff, awesome jacuzzi and fitness center, beautiful window view if scenery😍. The only setback was this building is actually owned by the federal government post office and they told me a late check out would be no fee, but when I went to check out, they changed their minds on the spot and decided to charge me a full extra night. So be aware if you ask for extra check out, they will not tell you there is a charge until the last minute.

Well won't be back here. We had an issue and were not going to make first night so called and spoke to front desk and explained would be there for second night. Staff acted like could cancel for fee but keep next night. Called day of first night around 1pm. Ended up checking in for second night. Got to room and tv didnt work it was late so dealt with it and with the vent blowing directly on our faces every 10 minutes when it would click on and off. Anyhow get the bill not only did they charge us for the Friday night but bumped it up with a no show charge. Ridiculous! Anyhow dont usually review but this one deserved a few minutes of my time. Here is copy of my bill.

Great location for Oklahoma football games. Plenty of parking, great breakfast. Has a bar and market on site.

Rooms are simple but the location is good for OU events. And the food is incredible! The breakfast is REALLY good. Homemade biscuits. Could not get enough.

This is a really nice hotel a bit east for Norman. The rooms were quite small for a hotel not in NYC or SF, with a tiny bathroom you'd expect in midtown Manhattan, but the shower was excellent, and everything was clean, well furnished, and pleasant inside. The breakfast buffet was STELLAR, and I say that as someone who's eaten at countless hotel breakfast buffets. There is a large common area downstairs for guests, and the wifi was fast and free. The service was excellent, parking was free and abundant, and the location is ideal for people coming to Norman to see a game or other campus event, or just visiting campus. You avoid the I-35 congestion and it's very accessible. This is the perfect hotel for football fans coming to Norman.

This hotel is great for one night - for an OU football game. The furniture and decor is old, clean, gaps under the door so hallway noise can be an issue. Free breakfast was great and the location to the lloyd noble parking lot is perfect. This hotel was $200 cheaper than other hotels for gameday. So I will stay again.

Bed was hard. Room was costly. Was told before we got there that the buffet would be open and it wasn't on Saturday. The day before we left the buffet was open and expensive. They dont stay open long. Room was nice and had lots of room. Great amenities.

Room was spacious and clean. Best breakfast buffet at a hotel ever. Downside: Was on the 6th floor....took forever for the water to get hot. I'm talking minutes.

We (family of 5) squeezed into a Premium Suite over Memorial Day weekend for my son’s baseball tournament. The property is very close to OU, which is the area we wanted to be in. Pros: - Very friendly staff - Excellent breakfast buffet with “made-to-order” omelettes and waffles! - For a family with active children, a full-size indoor basketball court was really neat! There are also ping pong tables, darts, and “Big Jenga” that are complimentary, along with a multiple coin-op pool tables. - Large workout facility with multiple free weights and machines. - Outdoor pool and hot tubs were great, but just make sure they are “during open season” if you intend to use. - 2 separate rooms = 2 separate TVs Cons: - Room we stayed in was functional, but a little dated. We also had very little drawer or closet space, which didn’t matter to us, but could be an issue for some people. - Only way into the bathroom was through the bedroom (no separate door). - Air in our room seemed “humid”, which is probably due in part to no moisture fan in the bathroom. - Be aware that operating hours for the restaurants and bar may be somewhat limited depending on the day. Although the primary purpose of NCED is to provide accommodations and amenities for US Postal employees while they attend training, we were very happy to “discover” it, and would recommend it to other families looking for lodging in the sub $200/night range (including taxes and fees).

Prepaid for breakfast, had to pay each time and they wont refund me. Just keep giving me the runaround. Would rather sleep in my car than stay here again

We stayed for two nights when we visited friends and this hotel was a great place to rest. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was amazing! No fake eggs - the real ones! Along with fruit, pancakes, french toast and made-to-order omelets. Very pleased and will stay again!
