I arrived extremely late, 12:30 in the morning, but there were people at the front desk ready to help me with whatever I needed, the EV charging that I needed was available and there was plenty of parking. Furthermore, in the morning I came down much later than I realized at 9:30 when breakfast had closed up. The staff member on site offered to bring out food that hadn’t yet been put away and I was able to enjoy a lovely breakfast

Likes: Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Great staff. Clean room. Dislikes: Pool closed/dirty from construction. Shower head pressure so higher that shower head would skew to right and cause stream to hit shower curtain and leak water on floor causing a slip hazard. Toilet leaked and refilled every 15 min. Lock to bathroom broken. Tear in curtain.

Came in town to spend time with our OU student. We were welcomed at check in by a friendly and excited gentleman. The kids enjoyed the pool for a short swim. Had a great nights sleep and delicious breakfast the next morning.Thank you for the great stay!

We walked out to check out and it looked like a blizzard, to make it worse when we walked to our cars, we seen a car with the window smashed, than another car with a window smashed and than my car with the window also busted out. There was glass all over the parking lot and all over the inside of my car. Nothing was taken but i was in the middle of snow, -2○ weather winds were pushing 30 east, and had to be somewhere to pick up my 2 kids in freezing weather and a busted out window. To make it worse the cameras dont exist. The only camera captures the front of the hotel and thats it. Luckily taylor that works there was very nice and let us stay inside to wait for the police and make arrangements with insurance. I was not happy at all about the cameras and not even the manager or anyone called or even apologized. I thought that was really rude. Especially if they wouldve had cameras we might have had a look at the people that did this. It happened to 3 cars and me and 1 of the other owners of vandalized truck couldve stayed anywhere else and woke up to no broken windows. I just felt alone and like it was my fault for choosing that hotel. Wasnt a good experience, no fault of the staff, but i will never return bc of this.

Was a decent stay, the fitness room equipment was disappointing, free weights missing and machines were in disrepair. Though made a friend and got some fitness tips so fellow guests that stay that were just as friendly as staff made the space pleasant to stay at.

Second stay here. Bed is comfortable. Can't hear your neighbors. Rooms are clean and no sign of bugs. The grounds/ common areas are nicer than the rooms. Several places in our room, the walls had major scuffs in wall paint. I would think maintenance should walk these rooms and do touch up paint to keep them looking fresh. Ice machine was out of order on our floor which was annoying. Breakfast buffet is a standout. It's spread out through a large area so it doesn't get congested like other hotels. Food selection is superior as well. Staff here are friendly. Overall, a great place to stay.

I picked this hotel because it had such high ratings on Expedia. It was very dirty, especially in the common areas, hallways, and elevators. The room was just ok. Bathroom shower had mildew. It just seemed rundown. The walls are so thin that my daughter could identify the movie that the neighbors were watching. Will never visit again and will not recommend.

We stay 3 days prior . Room wasn't horrible but wasnt 5 star . This time however is wasn't close to being 2 star . The room smelled of dog urine. I don't own dogs nor do I like the associated smell of them . There were stains on the wall that looked like blood . The dresser was falling apart and swelling up like it had been urinated on. The base boards in several places wete coming away from the wall . This hotel needs to pay better attention to Maintenance and cleanliness.

Needs better attention to Maintenance. Trim coming off wall , door wouldn't close on its own , rubbing frame . Dirty wash rag on table . Comforter had what looked like blood stains , carpet had stains . Wasn't horrendous but definitely needs addressed.

Room was disgusting. Mold in the shower, staying on the floor, hvac not working. Move to another room, it's spelled, terrible and molded in the shower. We left and stayed at a nearby hotel. Ask for a refund and they refused

This hotel is more comparable to a motel, along the lines of a Motel 6. Our room was shabby with tears in the curtain, a dirty feet smell when we entered the room, numerous large paint nicks and peeling paint on the walls, tattered bed frames, inconsistent bed linens, paper thin walls ( we were jarred out of bed with excessive bumps, thumps and jumps from above and sounds of people talking all around), curtains that left cracks for sunlight to stream through and a no frills bathroom. The carpet was shabby feeling like we were walking on concrete and no padding plus it smelled. The staff was very friendly and the towels were soft but other than that we would never chose to stay here again even due to the low price. I should have done better research.

We booked this hotel for a trip to Norman as it was close to proximity. Our second night there we encountered multiple cockroaches in our room. When I mentioned it to staff, they said they would “take care of it.” Well nothing was done, charged full price for our room and not offered to switch rooms.

The property was nice for the most part, and beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a very strange, lingering smell from first walk in. Bring a sleep mask because the curtains don't cover the windows - we happened to have a Parking lot light shining directly into our view as well.

Unfortunately the highway proximity removes a star for this location. The only thing that helped was AC running on low. We had a cookie thief while we were there. She told my son to grab as many as he wanted because she was taking the rest. They were a perk but still. Also not sure what was going on with the TV but tried to watch some college football and the Internet was spotty. We exhausted from driving so we didn't want to bother.

The person who checked us in, Mark, was great - friendly, professional, and informative. The condition of the room was very clean however, the hallway carpets were stained. the AC in our room was off totally meaning we walked into a room that was incredibly hot. The AC unit was not particularly effective or efficient. It took hours to cool the room off, and it was only after the sun went down. Fortunately, we did not have to be in the room during that time. While it never got cold in the room, the temperature was ok.

The room was very clean. The remote was a “fresh remote”. That was nice. The bed was ok. Room a little small, but the ceiling was higher so that could have been a normal size it just seemed smaller. Vinyl flooring. Bathroom a little small. TV was great. Lighting sufficient.

The hotel was good, the bed was good. The bad part was the restrooms. They are virtually 5'x5' with a huge door. Not sure why they would put a door in a RR that small. You have to step to side of the toilet to get to the shower. The shower had water savers on it & the water pressure & spray was horrible. We'll pass on this one next time. Lobby was niece & rooms fine but rest, I can't do that !

The staff are amazing, especially Jenay, day shift hotel desk manager. We are in our 60's and we really like this one certain room that we like and they are happy to accommodate us. The breakfast is top notch!! It is the best we've ever had at any hotel! Great parking. Convenient to interstate, but yet quiet and very safe. Staff is very professiona, but, yet Personal. The brown curly haired guy in evening shift was cool, too. Would highly recommend. A few small repairs are needed for perfection: (broken door, only one ice machine working). But those are short term issues, I'm sure.

The two people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was definitely the best hotel breakfast I've ever eaten! Natalie is very sweet and kind. She kept the food well stocked and had lots of options for us. She deserves a raise for sure! Thank you for the hospitality. There’s not a whole lot near this hotel except for the hospital. If you are looking for a hotel that gives you the ability to walk places, this may not be it. But it is in a great location for interstate access and a short drive away from many restaurants and stores. The breakfast is great and they are very welcoming as a staff.

This property is right off I35 on the north end of Norman. It's very easy access on/off the highway. The rooms were nicely furnished. Our bathroom needed a good scrub down of the shower area but the rest of it was fine. The included breakfast was good with standard items (bagels, toast, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, coffee and even tea AND WAFFLES!!!) and was well stocked. The ladies working the breakfast buffet were very efficient and helpful when I was trying to carry a few things up to our room for the kids they kindly helped me juggle things together. Our room was on the south side of the facility was very quiet. Our kid's room was on the north side facing the Norman Regional Hospital ER that is right across the street and they complained about hearing sirens multiple times in the night so if you're a light sleeper ask for a room away from the hospital. This is a great location for any families needing to visit relatives/friends in the hospital since it is literally right across the street. Overall I would stay here again. The staff at the front desk and breakfast area we interacted with were all helpful and pleasant.

Very good free breakfast. Staff (lady) was exceptionally efficient in keeping everything stocked and tables clean. Only minor issues were: bed made a loud clunk each time I went to bed. Also, the light switch just inside the entry door turns on all lamps in the room. But if a phone or laptop is charging through the lamp outlets, that off switch prevents their component from charging. Overall, this hotel was a great value.
