ビーチも近いしコンビニは1Fにあって便利です。1Fにレストランもあるし、何よりスパが利用できるからすごく良かったです。サウナや垢すりもあり、清潔な大浴場でした。部屋もキレイで広さもちょうど良く、快適でした。空港からのリムジンバスも近くに停り、迷わずにホテルに着きました。

In an ideal location close to Haeundae beach and the city. The hotel also runs a bath house in the building, to which you have free access to. Just ask the front desk for tickets and bring soap, shampoo and other toiletries. The front also sells these items for 1000won. At the locker room, you put your shoes in the shoe locker, take the key to the bigger lockers where you’ll use it to unlock one with the same number as the shoe locker. There are 4 tubs with varying temperatures ranging from cold to warm and to hot. There are also two saunas, one at medium heat and the other so hot I couldn’t even sit down. The hotel room was very clean and spacious, with ample space for luggage and clothes you can hang in the closet. I had a great time at Benikea Hotel and recommend it to anyone who enjoys

便利な場所でした。温泉の大浴場に入れるのが良かった。ただ、シャンプーや石鹸類がないのと、ドライヤーが有料なので、髪濡れたままで部屋にもどってからドライヤーするのが面倒てました。あとお風呂は20:30までに入らないといけないので、もう少し遅くまで入れたらいいなと思いました。ルームキーは1枚なので、そこも少し不便だった。部屋は広くオンドルで暑いくらいでした。スタッフの人は英語話せる人と話せない人がいて、全体的にあまり優しくはなかった。

호텔의 위치 및 접근성은 타의추종을 불허합니다. 예전에는 가성비도 훌륭했지만 요즘은 아닌것 같고 이제 좀 오래 되다보니 시설도 낙후되고 객색 내부의 인테리어와 물품이 많이 낙후되었습니다. 주차 정책도 많이 바뀌어서 예전 같지는 않네요! 최근 방분시 타월이 다 찢어진게 있어서 정말 별로 였던것 같습니다. 조금 더 지나면 옆의 마리안느 꼴 날것 같습니다.

베개는 너무 불편해서.. 그리고 방이너무 더운데 겨울이다보니 히터말고는 작동이 안되서.. 좀 아쉽네요. 이 호텔에서 그래도 가장좋은점은 체크아웃시간을 늦께 할수 있다는게 가장 좋습니다. 그래서 두번째 이용한거구요~ 전반적으로 만족합니다

8月13日に夫婦 9歳の子供2人でデラックスツインに宿泊しました。可もなく不可もなくという感じかな？広さは十分。スーツケース広げられますし、窓際にテーブルと椅子で食事も出来ました。6階のエレベーター降りてすぐの角部屋でしたが、少し海が見えました。エアコンのききもよく、寒くなりすぎるほど良かったです。バスタブはないですが、独立型のシャワールームで、温泉に入らない主人には良かったです。このホテルはなんと言っても、温泉があるという事。最高！チェックインの後、少し外歩きして、帰ってきてから子供たちと温泉に。I階のフロントでカードキー見せて人数分の紙もらったら10分以内に女性は地下、男性は2階のスパに行きます。紙に書いてある番号のシューズボックスに入れて鍵をして、その鍵を持って同じ番号のロッカーに入れます。水風呂から熱湯までいろいろありますが、子供たちはぬる湯がお気に入りでプール^_^みたいといつまでもあがりませんでした。お金を払えば垢すりもできます。私はそのお風呂の方らしきおばちゃんに声かけて、背面だけ13000ウォンでやってもらいました。そこ10分〜15分でしたが、気持ちよかったです。フロントは日本語は通じませんが、英語はみんな親切です。コンビニも下にあるし、海雲台ミルミョンもすぐ近くだし、総合的には良かったと思います。女子旅におすすめかな。

체크인하는데 다른 객실키를 줘서 들어갔습니다. 짐풀어져있는거보고 깜작놀래서 안내데스크를 가니 전산오류라는 말로 헛소리를 하면서 사과 후 객실키를 주는데 만약 사람이 있었다면 진짜 아찔할 뻔 했네요. 핑계랍시고 전산오류는 좀 웃기죠... 직원교육 똑 바로 시켰으면 좋겠습니다.

7年ぶり２度目の利用。チェクインが自動の機械式になっていた。お風呂の時間などそのほか全く案内が無く、どう利用するかを問い合わせると日本語の説明書を渡される。 20代後半くらいの男性のスタッフでしたが、全てが面倒くさい様でした。どうせならチェックインの際に渡すべき。あと、部屋で蚊に刺されてフロントにスプレーが無いか問い合わせしましたが、無い‥とのひと言。眠れないので、ホテル1階のコンビニに夜中買いに行きました。ありえません。ベッドなど寝具や大浴場はとても良かったです。

도착해서 체크인을 하자마자 접수직원이 불친절해서 좀 그렇더군요. 딱히 무언가 안좋은 말을 한것은 아니지만 눈빛, 표정, 서있는 태도, 안내하는 방식이 전부 저에게는 불쾌하고 삐딱한 느낌이 들어서 기분이 좋진 않았습니다. 같이 있던 일행도 같은 느낌을 받았다고하니 저만의 문제는 아닐거라고 생각합니다. 그래도 이런 점들이 좋았습니다. 시설이 깨끗하고 신경써서 관리하는 느낌이었습니다. 시트도 깨끗했고 매트리스 모서리에 점도 없었습니다. 물이 정말 좋았습니다. 양치할때는 좀 짜긴하지만 샤워할때 뭔가 좋은느낌이었습니다. 부들부들한 느낌도 나고 그리고 사우나가 1인 1회 무료였는데 시설은 그냥 동네 목욕탕 느낌인데 물이 좋다보니 너무 좋았습니다. 시원한 느낌이라고 해야하나요 해운대 해변에는 걸어서 5분정도 1층에 식당과 편의점이 있고 주변에 식당도 많이 있습니다. 부산역에서 버스를 타면 호텔 앞에서 내릴 수 있는 것도 접근성이 좋습니다. 해운대에서 갈 수 있는 좋은 호텔이라고 생각합니다. 성수기 요금은 좀 비싸지만요

2回目の宿泊です。海雲台のビーチからも近く、バス停も近く、飲食店も多いので、とても便利です。温泉があるのも、とても気にいってます。ただ、夜は9時前に終わってしまうが残念です。毎日、朝の入浴ですが、疲れが取れて良いです。室内は、清潔ですし、この金額であれば、大満足です。素敵なカフェも増えてますし、釜山に行く際は、海雲台でこちらのホテルをリピートしたいと思ってます。

近海雲台三星酒店海雲台5號出口直走到尾轉咗邊兩三個街口容易找到部分望到海景有溫泉房間大細適中價錢合理行去尾蒲站大概廿分鐘新開嘅水上樂園spa都係15分鐘近沙灘附近有找換店唯一欠缺冇早餐酒店樓下有間cafe 附近都好多食店行街買嘢都方便住了三晚下次都會選擇入住
