Great location to all attractions, restaurants, station, grocery, and laundromat. An elevator is available, very secure and safe in getting in the hotel. Room size was great with a functioning kitchenette. The basics are provided and is acceptable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The only thing that prevented me to give it a 5 star is that you have no control of the rooms' temperature because the AC is locked to the hotel's setting, so if you want some air you have to either have a portable fan or open the windows. Thank god there weren't any mosquitoes or bugs that came in whenever we did need to open it.( the thin curtain acted as a screen/net). Will definitely still return and stay again.

The room itself was very spacious and clean and the kitchen was equipped with anything you’d need to cook. It’s on a very quiet street but still walkable to everything in the city center. The people at check in were very friendly and helpful. If you are getting in later make sure to contact them since it is not like a normal hotel with a concierge there late night. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

This property is located on the other side of the Arno (Altroarno) so there are fewer crowds which is very nice. But it is right around the corner from the piazza santo spirito which is very lively with people, restaurants, and bars. The property is an apartment which has more space to spread out than a traditional hotel room. Having 2 bathrooms and a kitchen is wonderful, too. My husband and I travelled with our 2 teenage kids and this was a great option for us all to be in the same space (instead of 2 separate hotel rooms). I would definitely stay here again.

It was a lovely property and close to all the attractions without all the noise. Having a kitchen to cook small meals was a bonus. Only comment is size of shower was very small in our room, husband would hit his head on the show head and he is 6ft tall. Also, keep in mind that a deposit is requested when you check in so make sure to clean the kitchen before you leave. I would still recommend as we enjoyed staying here for the week.

The Apt was great and clean. It has a kitchen with pots, silverware, plates glasses, microwave oven, stove, coffee machine etc. Great view from the terrace. Very comfortable beds. Good Wi-Fi. Walkable to all museums and restaurants. The check in was as scheduled and friendly. A great place to come back.

Palazzo Mannaioni was the perfect place to stay in Florence, walkable to everything, but nestled away from the crowds. Set in the Oltrarno district, there was a grocery store around the corner, a couple of wine bars down the street, lots of reasonable eateries in the area, and the most tasty and well-priced gelato 5 minutes away. Everyone on staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Our apartment was clean and modern, with a lovely view out the window to a courtyard across from a church. We couldn’t have picked a better place!

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious and well equipped and the staff is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately there is absolutely no soundproofing in the rooms. If someone just moves a chair above you, you feel like the furniture is moving and the noise from the street is also great. It is not possible to sleep on the sofa bed. It is incredibly uncomfortable.

NO, NO, NO for summers. The AC is a display unit and does not cool when set to 20 degrees Celsius. There are previous reviews from other visitors mentioning this issue, so take it seriously if heat affects your sleep. Opening the windows won't help, and the staff didn't address this problem when it was brought to their attention.

Good location in Florence near the river on a quiet street. The room had an excellent view of the courtyard and bell tower of a the neighboring Basilica di Santo Spirito, giving it a distinct charm. The room had a kitchenette of decent size and an area to eat which was comfortable. It also had AC, which was well appreciated on the hot August days we were there. The bathroom was very spacious, yet the shower was ridiculously small. It was hard to lift up my arms to wash body or hair. I tried once then resorted to using the tub instead, which was only slightly easier. It seemed odd that such a large bathroom had such a small shower. The hotel allowed use of an iron, yet only in the reception area and only during office hours, which was inconvenient since we would leave early and arrive late to see the sights of the city.

This property had a 4-star rating, which had a big factor in choosing them. The rooms weren’t offered a cleaning during our stay. We stayed 3 nights. The WiFi was the worst part. It was the lowest speed, bare minimum requirement for wifi. I couldn’t load simple webpages. I had to keep topping off my eSIM since I could not use their wifi. I wasted a lot of money due to their wifi being so inadequate. The front desk women was kind. But had no resolution when approached with the wifi issue: even their main lobby had poor signal. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is okay, but there is no check-in office available 24/7. The room has A/C, but you cannot use it in the spring, and there was construction (or maintenance, as they call it) at 8 am, which, since we had to keep our windows open so the room was not so hot, was very annoying. We complain to the manager and nothing was done.

Super expérience en famille, l’équipe a vraiment été présente pour préparer notre voyage avant ( on a eu des modifications de planning) et ils ont tout fait pour nous aider. Ensuite lors de l’arrivée, le Check in était attentif très professionnel et agréable , avec en prime une carte de Florence détaillée avec les bonnes adresses de restaurants et glaces, avec le sourire. Enfin ils se sont occupés du taxi à notre départ, service génial ! L’appartement, très propre, et confortable, et la climatisation fonctionne très bien ! Super expérience, merci!

Our stay at Palazzo Mannaioni was wonderful! We had a late check-in after the front desk was closed, and Luca was very helpful and responsive in sending us directions on how to check in. The room was amazing; we stayed in Suite 1. We loved that it was like an apartment complex, and the two bathrooms were a huge plus. The surrounding area was also lovely. Florence is so walkable, and it was relatively quiet and felt very safe. We loved staying on this side of the river and getting to explore more of the city. Top recommendations nearby would be La Carraia Gelateria (hands down BEST gelato in town—I’ve had my fair share of gelato, including a few other places in Florence, and nothing beat La Carraia, and at only 2€ for a small with two flavors, it was the lowest price too!), Pizzeria Dante, and Pizzino Cafe. In addition to all the museums and palazzos, make sure to check out Boboli Gardens too! It was great to visit even in off season, so even better when flowers are blooming I’m sure. We were also a 15-min walk from Unità (1.50€ tram to FLR airport) and Firenze SMN (train station) where we left for day trips to Milan and Pisa. In conclusion, our vacation in Florence was absolutely spectacular, and we loved calling Palazzo Mannaioni home for the week. Grazie mille !

The apartment is beautiful, quite large (especially by European standards), very clean, and centrally located in the Santo Spirito, and only about a 5-minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. The people at reception were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when in Florence.

This hotel is hidden on a quiet street. It’s almost hard to find. But then you get to the room, open the windows, and realize your patio faces the back of the Santo Spirito church. The bell tower is right there. It’s a 3 minute walk, literally around the block, to a piazza with several restaurants. The other direction takes you to a bridge across the river. But first you pass by firenze’s top wine window bar. There’s a super market around the corner. The bed could have been softer, and the shower, while new and clean, is the typical Italian tiny stall. But the location and charm more than make up for these things.

Very nice property located on the other side of the river from the major attractions. For us this was optimal is it allowed us to relax and get away from the mass of humanity near all of the major attractions. Lots of locals hanging out near the nearby bars and restaurants plus a great vibe in the immediate area. Staff was very helpful and the amenities were very good.

The room has ample room, bathroom has great space as well, nice air conditioning, quiet and cleaned and/or tidied up the room and replaced my towels every day. The staff was excellent, attentive, friendly and accommodating. They also provided a breakfast basket before my departure at 6 AM which was very thoughtful. The only slight issue was that the internet was intermittent at times but not a big deal.
