It has a great water park for kids, great location.

Staff was great. Pool was nice. ( a Bit cold) but my kiddo enjoyed. Gym was functional but could use a stack of dumbbells. Breakfast was good.

Great pool! Average room, facilities and breakfast. Treadmill and universal weight machine were both broken.

overall stay was excellent. I came back in after meeting a friend for dinner. it was around 9 pm. So many big Rigs and campers taking up so much of the parking lot it was hard to find a parking spot. Maybe just designate an area for trucks and campers. will definitely stay there again.

Amazing breakfast with hot and cold items. Espresso machine with many coffee offerings was so good. Very friendly staff from front desk to cleaning our room. The kids loved the pool. It was clean, but a little chilly. There are so many things to do in the pool. Excellent! Our rooms were very quiet and we'll maintained. We'll be back

I didn’t like that the hot tub was closed

Great pool. Chose this place as a one night stop on a long family road trip. Great pool for the kids. Helpful staff and great decor.

Staff were very kind and helpful. The facility was very clean and in good shape. The room smelled very strongly of bleach when we arrived. It appeared clean until we found a swim top under the easy chair in the corner. The sheets and bathroom were very clean.

Loved staying at this hotel. It is so cute and quaint and clean and the staff were great, from the front desk folks to the folks monitoring and keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked. There was a nice walking path right outside and the rooms were very clean. Would happily stay again.

The room was clean. The pool was nice. Breakfast area was small but it was good. No signs of bed bugs is always a plus!

The staff were nice. The place needs an update! Hallway carpets are terrible. Black pathway into each room. Smells. Mattresses and pillows are very uncomfortable. Pool area was fun for the grandkids.

Hands down the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was very nice. And the beds were very comfortable. No complaints

The pool area was great for kids, breakfast was good and the air conditioning worked great. The showers leave a little to be desired, they need some updating, and there was a bikini left on the door from the last guest in the bathroom.

A scetchy area, didn’t feel safe at times. Hotel was average and room was large and spacious. Gym was average. Too many kiddos at the pool, we didn’t utilize it!

Breakfast was good. Needs one more waffle machine had to wait in line. Dining room was too small for the size of the hotel and the beds are in need of an upgrade. But other than that it was great. My kids had fun and the staff were great and the room was clean.

We’ve stay here twice and love it so far. Beds are comfortable, it’s quiet, very clean. We are definitely stay here again.

The staff are extremely attentive and friendly in all areas of the building. The whole place appeared clean and the environment is cozy. The pool was smallest than appeared in pictures but fun! The beds are ok comfort-wise. The water is super noisy but it didn't bother us, though I could see how it may bother some. We really appreciated the hot breakfast too! We'd stay again.

The third floor ice maker has to be the most disgusting ice I've ever seen. Bed was very comfortable and my room was quiet and clean.

Everything was so nice and clean and cozy. Room was fabulous, clean, had everything we needed. The lawns were taken care of. Only minor inconvenience was the lack of water pressure in the shower.

The staff were super friendly and its in a pretty safe area of town. Got one of the suites and at first glance it was amazing! However when it was time for bed there wasnt much for bedding for the pull out and hardly enough pillows. The pillows were definitely on their last legs and the pull out was pretty sad, but I guess thats what you get with a pull out.

Staff was pretty rude throughout the entire visit. Not friendly. Pushy with their religious views which was super odd

We had a good time at the pool area, although it was way overpriced for the rest of the amenities. The hotel itself was beautiful, but one staff member Sammy at the front desk was awful. She discriminated against me called me in the middle of the night after I already spoke into the previous Front desk, clerk and let her know about the person below me banging on the ceiling. I have two children one of them is a toddler and on the spectrum. We had just gotten out of the pool at a little after 10 when they closed and within five minutes of being in the room Had someone banging on their ceiling/our floor I called the front desk and the woman September was super friendly and understanding. As soon as the other woman got on shift, she called the room and was immediately telling me I was being loud I needed to keep it down or the person below me was going to call the police. I let her know the situation and she replied with. “ well since you know that about your child, maybe in the future, get a room on the ground floor”. Keep in mind I have no option of the room that I chose and was not offered a different room after I had spoken to the police. They said why doesn’t the person below you just get a different room and the front desk woman replied well they are not the problem. I then reiterated that my son is only four, we just got out of the pool and we’re waiting for our pizza to arrive. We also paid almost $300 to stay there and had been driving for six hours. Not impressed

The check in staff were very friendly and informative. Check in was a breeze. Nice choices at the continental breakfast. The rooms were very clean and adequate amenities. I would recommend staying here. The pool looked like fun for kids.

Staff is awesome and have great hospitality. Felt very welcomed. Room was huge, pool was fun. Those fireplace cookies very yummy. The multiple choices of expresso/ coffee lattes etc... yummy i tried every single flavor. When my battery completely died , the staff was sweet and helpful to get my car jump started. When we got what looked like 10 inches of snow and i was shoveling my car out, staff immediately came out to help me. My daughter and i came here for her 4th birthday and we loved loved loved it ❤️ absolutely will be returning. We cannot wait until our next stay here.

Nice location. Great Bar/Small Casino in the shared parking lot with tasty and inexpensive drinks. Lots of resources nearby if you need food, groceries or anything else.

The Best Western Plus is a cute hotel with an indoor pool/ water play area for children. Breakfast is ample and constantly restocked. The staff were very professional and helpful. A big plus: it is close to the interstate and easy access. There are a number of dining options nearby, and downtown is 10–15 minutes away.

Our go to place when we have to be in Billings. Great friendly staff, clean property, quiet. Convenient to interstate.

Best Western kelly Inn is a great hotel. The rooms are big, the checkout time is a plus. And the Continental Breakfast is really good. And it stays open til 10.😊

Very nice hotel - great pool if you're traveling with kids. The breakfast was very good. Nice hot coffee available early in the morning. We plan on staying there again for our next trip too Billings!

The only bad thing is where the waffle maker was is the dining room. Way to many kids making them so it made it hard to get to the other food options.

Staff is courteous, helpful & knowledgeable. Breakfast is great. We stay here when going to Billings because it is a wonderful place to stay.
