I have very low standards when I'm on a road trip and just sleeping at a motel. This Motel 6 didn't come close to meeting my low standards. I've stayed at many Motel 6s and they've ranged from good enough to pretty nice. This one was awful. The outside doors from the parking lot were broken. The ice machine was broken. They didn't even have any towels in the room nor any available when I asked at the front desk.

I don't understand why they are still open. Lock boxes to get in have wires cut or pulled out. Hallways need painting. broken windows one going to the front door. No grass except under the sign. The locks to the rooms thankfully work.

The property & motel really should be condemned. The city or county Board of Health needs to get involved. We looked at 2 rooms & both had never been cleaned. The pool which looks beautiful in the website, was 1/3 full of green, algaed water. Carpets ripped out, stairs with no carpet. A sad day for Motel 6. We never did stay. It was just as bad as a horror movie.

For what we paid, like sixty bucks it wasn't bad! Cost was not much more than a campground, for a bed, running water, shower etc. They didn't even charge me an extra $30 pet fee like Extended Stay or Super 8 always does! Cleaner than our apartment can be. No frills: one towel, half a roll of toilet paper and a used bar of soap. Don't need to pay extra if you have that stuff with you. Friendly desk clerk, vending machines, free ice; building was a little run down: wife complained about it but I felt pretty safe there. If on a budget, Motel 6 is most bang for your buck.

Do not recommend staying here. The pool was closed and under renovations. The pool was only reason I made a reservation. My room had a busted window - ready to fall apart and I had to be moved. Driving around the hotel, I saw ALL the side doors either busted out glass or broken security locks. Most of the rooms on the back side of the hotel had broken and boarded up windows. I was supposed to have a room with a microwave and refrigerator but did not. The bedding had yellow stains and the flooring was coming apart. Definitely way overpriced for what I got. The website pictures are very misleading.

Did not like anything about the place. Terrible smells, broken windows, dirty room. The bed looked like someone just got out of it and when we pulled back the covers there was an ear ring in the bed. We could not stay there because it was not fit for animals. I need a total refund.

Staff was nice but there was literally poop on the wall. No towels. Dirty room. Run down. Definitely not worth $70. Beds were very comfy thou and it was quiet. Would not recommend however based on cleanliness.

I was looking for a room, I booked on line and despite having the confirmation code I was told they did not have my reservation. They said they could give me a room with no tv at discount….. the room had human blood, was filthy with food, trash under the bed and needles under the mattress. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I would rather sleep on the streets.

The room was filthy! We had never seen so much poop outside of a toilet It was on floor, walls, door facings, baseboards, toilet, and tub. Aside from poop, floor was dirty, bedspreads had holes in them, tub had some sort of blue chemical all over it. There was one dirty towel and one partial roll of toilet paper. We paid for one king bed, but got two doubles beds. The hallways were filthy as well. The halls and room reeked of tobacco. Outside planters were filled with weeds. Pool was empty in August! The lock was ripped out of our bathroom door. The outer safety doors had the card lock mechanism ripped out, leaving the entire motel at risk. We will never go to this motel again. It is not worth the cheaper price.

This property is filthy: vomit on the wall, stained sheets, sticky floors, holes in the curtains...the list goes on. The key card was unnecessary as the door didn't even lock! The back part of the building was a haven for squatters, windows were broken, the parking lot and hallways were disgusting; a perfect place to go if you wish to OD or hire a prostitute. We stayed less than 30 minutes and found a different hotel. This location is unsafe and should not be listed on Travelocity.

Holes in mattress with spring poking through. Curtains full of holes. No towels, then given icky looking ones. Tub falling apart literally the faucet was only attached by the hoses. TV didn't work. I didn't want to stay but we were on a tight budget. Thiscwas the 2nd room they put us in. The 1st ine smelled so bad I am sure someone died in it. Not joking. Fights in parking lot and multiple rooms over our 2 day stay.

It wasn’t a pleasant stay. The bed was lumpy, the mattress felt like somebody had bent the springs. The AC didn’t stay on and the room was warm. The shower felt like the floor was falling out. The staff were nice and courteous, and they tried to keep the place clean, but it was clearly a difficult task as the building looked dilapidated.

Gave us a single king bed room instead of the two double bed room we reserved, they left the room window open while it rained so we had to wait 10 minutes for them to clean it up, floors are falling apart, door key card readers barely work if at all, only one towel in the room, whole building smells like cigarette smoke, bath tub is chipped all over, bathroom fan vent is missing cover, have to really force the room door to shut when you close it, heard someone telling front desk that their room ceiling was leaking on the bed.

We arrived to check in at 8pm, well within the check in window, and there was no one at the front desk or anywhere to be found. For about 30 minutes, we called their phone multiple times, walked around the building looking for someone and sent a message, and never received a response. Eventually, we gave up and stayed at the other Motel 6 across the street. Apparently this is a common issue at this property. Stay away!!

I made a reservation and paid for the room but when I arrived they said they didn’t have a room for me. They said my money would be refunded but it hasn’t been. When I called to find out where my refund was they told me someone would call me back. It’s been 3 days and I haven’t heard from anyone.

Checked in very late. Was told they have been without hot water for about a week. I had no other choice than to stay. There were tarps everywhere in the hallways. They were painting and scraping the walls in the halls all night long. Only 2 towels in the room, no washcloths, cups, ice bags or even a bucket. Had to ask 3 times for the washcloths. The curtains were half hanging. No smoke detectors. Light above the sink didn't work. The floor was peeling tiles and filthy. Was told there was wifi and it shut off at 11 pm as well as the TV. I have pictures if you would like. Was told there were only 3 people that work there because the family had just moved up from Texas that had bought the place. I think the Health Department should get involved personally.

Had to get my room switched cuz the TV wasn't working... The new room was horrible the door looked like someone used a crowbar to break into it at one time. The sheets had urine stains on them. The bathroom was filthy like like it was not washed in months. Around midnight someone was having a fight the front desk never answered when called. They were yelling and banging for 2 hours and a dog was barking. The main doors weren't secure in anyway the card readers were destroyed. Windows on the first floor were broken and the place looks run down

Booked this motel only to arrive at 3 am to be told that there was no room. Young man at the desk said his boss told him to cancel all bookings. His comment to me as I left was "My Bad". I had to call to get refund next day. Could not get through to Motel 6. Thank Goodness I used Expedia. They refunded my money even though they could not get through to Motel 6 in Billings. This is the second bad experience with this Motel.

WE made reserevation through expedia. We arrived and they said that there were NO ROOMS, they manager had overbooked and we had to go find another place to stay!! How ridiculous!!!!! NEVER AGAIN MAKE A RESERVATION AT MOTEL 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They called about an hour before we were ready to check-in and said they had to cancel 1 of the rooms - so we told them they need to cancel both because we needed 2, but didn't refund our credit card

The hotel needs some serious updating. It is in an industrial area. It didn't feel dangerous but it was less than ideal. Close to the interstate. The halls are disgusting and appear to not have been vacuumed in a while. The room itself appeared adequately clean. It definitely could have been better but could have been worse.

I didn't not like it there. The place is very dirty &ran down. Alot of stuff going on there. People dealing drugs outside. Its a place where drugs & hookers go too. I was afraid to sleep on bed with there sheets, they looked dirty . I actually had my own blankets that I used from home & my daughter sleep in her sleeping bag.. If it wasn't for the fact we where just sleeping their one night to get home. I will never stay there or place like that again

This place was nasty. Drug deals going on in the parking lot. People smoking in the hallways. Whole place felt unsafe. While walkiing down the hall some guy was pounding on a door and blocking the peephole with a knife.

This property is filthy: vomit on the wall, stained sheets, sticky floors, holes in the curtains...the list goes on. The key card was unnecessary as the door didn't even lock! The back part of the building was a haven for squatters, windows were broken, the parking lot and hallways were disgusting; a perfect place to go if you wish to OD or hire a prostitute. We stayed less than 30 minutes and found a different hotel. This location is unsafe and should not be listed on Travelocity.

The place is a complete dump. Garbage all around the outside of the building and the lobby is disgusting and dirty also. Staff is completely useless and do not care about anything but gettinf theor money. Do not ecer stay here. Run away!! It had also apparebtly had alot of crime/murders at the motel.

This place should not be put on your list of places to Spend the night.It has homeless people in it. It has drug needles outside the doors, condoms. They were swept up in a pile. The rooms were not clean, they were dirty. They were not able to lock doors going in and out of the building, sign in side room asking you to dead bolt you door for your safety.There were windows boarded up. This is not a safe place at all. And I would like to know how to get my money back. I stayed 30 minutes with my family. And I left and slept in my car

Absolutely would not stay there with my wife without a gun. Ate the cost of the reservation to get accommodations elsewhere because it was that disgusting.

Very basic accommodations. The glass in the door and wall at the entrance to the office was very dirty. The outer door was stuck open. The desk clerk was in an old t-shirt and shorts. The carpet in the hall was filthy. The room was clean enough. No breakfast. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Had to request a blanket for the bed. In other cities I've found Motel 6's that were refurbished, updated and pleasant to stay in, which is why I chose the Motel 6 in Billings. It has evidently been left unchanged, unrepaired, and staffed haphazardly. It's the only hotel in which I've been offered to see the room in case I want to refuse it, with full refund, and told that other guests have refused their rooms. I will not stay at the Billing Motel 6 again.

The room is with very strong urine smell. The exhaust fan in bathroom is not working and covered with dead flies. The light shade near the bed also covered with some dead flies. They provided coffee in the morning but without paper cups or creamer. There is no body wash, shampoo, conditioner, or hair dryer. The wifi is very weak and easily disconnected even I lived near the reception. The cellphone data signal inside my room is also very week.

This is a VERY basic stay - no refrigerator or ice, no breakfast, no shampoo, not even pictures on the wall! But for a quick, cheap, pull-off-the-highway-and-sleep it’s good. It’s clean, restaurants and shopping are within a few miles.

If you go into this hotel with the mindset that your staying at a hostel, you won’t be disappointed. It is clean, quiet and no bugs or rodents. Just bring a sleeping bag to sleep on top of the bed and flip flops and you’ll be fine. Safety is questionable as far as who they let in the building (front door is busted and propped open) but being a single woman traveler, when is it safe? This is a great place for a one night stay on the way to your destination, do not mistake it for a destination resort or hotel. Lots of good restaurants within 2 mins.

Already sent a complaint to head office. Friendly but indifferent staff when approached about issues. Room phone didn't work, wifi barely worked. No breakfast to speak of even though it was advertised..staff sitting on counter playing on phone. A real joke of a place. Did sleep well though
