Great stay! From the friendly front desk (thanks Courtney for a super fast check-in) to quick and sufficient breakfast - we would 100% stay here again. We’ve stayed at a lot of simple hotels - we weren’t looking for luxury, just a place to sleep and we’re glad we chose this one! Kids were disappointed we weren’t there any longer as there was a pool table and games that could have kept them busy! Also, pet friendly was a huge plus!

For maybe a one night stay , good..Staff was very pleasant, rooms were clean..Bed and pillows definitely need a upgrade .Rooms are small no drawers or closet, tiny refrigerator and no microwave.Only ice machine is in the 1 st floor..No pool..it said there was a pool .Cozy lounge and great for family kids with lots of games..No snack machine and $$$ at the desk.. Breakfast very Bland..Carts were terrible..Nice bathroom/shower.. Close to tons of stores and restaurants.. Beautiful lake where you can walk behind the hotel..

Prior to booking, I had seen some poor reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were pleasant, and the facility served our needs . The gym was great as well as the breakfast area. The rooms were decent and the beds were relatively comfortable. The only complaint was the water pressure for the shower, and the electronics for the blinds was not working in our unit. They were going to to have maintenance investigate, but it didn't get done in our week that we stayed there.

Walkable to a few restaurants and the mall. Very close to bowling and Frankie's fun park too. Staff was friendly and the market area (snacks/drinks) they had was nice. Gym has a pelaton, 2 treadmills, kettle bells, TRX, the usual equipment and even an option for a monitor to guide you through a 10 20 or 30 min workout. Would stay again. Dog friendly too and for a fair price.

Elevator was down and the property only had rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor.this was not disclosed at the time of bookiing. Desk clerk said it would be 1/2/25 before it was repaired

The elevator was out and I was forced to go outside to use the stairwell up to the third floor without any sort of compensation. The people above us were really loud through 4 am.

Room 321 must not of been cleaned all the way. The floor had water by the bathroom Under the laminate flooring, the bathroom Had a dirty shower, dirty towels from the previous people, garbages weren’t emptied. My son spilled some chips on the floor and as I was cleaning up the floor when wipes was black! We just felt gross to be there and didn’t bother with taking a shower for the day!

When we first arrived the computers were not working so we had to wait. After 25 minutes we were checked into a room where the blinds fell to the floor when trying to close them. We were then switched to another room where the walls were dirty that you could clearly see when you face the wall, there were roaches in the bathroom and the bed felt as if something was crawling on you. After pulling the sheets back I noticed blood specks on the sheets. The room was supposed to be serviced every other day and wasn’t not one time. This was very uncomfortable.

I frequently book stays at Tru hotels for I tru-ly enjoy the environment and style of this Hilton hotel. HOWEVER, this particular hotel was poorly managed and I cannot recommend it. So unfortunate ;-( My room was infested with little tiny roaches coming out of the walls, sinks and floor. The bedding had tiny roach carcasses, hair and dirt under the sheets. The mattress frame was full of crumbs, dust and dirt. When attempting to chat with the front desk during check out about the issues so they won't rent the room out to anybody else in its condition, I received zero acknowledgment and just asked if I wanted a receipt. Since she didn't care when I started to bring up my concerns, I just remained cordial and left -- not like I planned on staying there ever again. sigh...

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. But......as soon as we walked into our room we had to kill a small roach by the bed. Walls are very thin and could hear everything in the hall. Could hear people running on the floor above us as well. The inside of the room needed a little work but that was not a big deal. Bed was comfy. The next morning I had to kill another roach in the bathroom sink. And lastly, a couple of times I walked out of the room and the hallway smelled like marijuana. Not exactly the kind of stay I expected.

Stayed with with family. Loved how close the shopping center was and other stores. However I was very disappointed towards the night. My child complained of a weird smell from the bed. Turnes out the complete bedding they were about to sleep on had some horrible sweaty body odor from the previous person that slept there. Either the sheets were not changed at all or not washed right. The staff was nice enough to give us some new sheets but doesnt excuse the fact that the bed was not properly changed and was unsanitary. We normally do book tru hotels but was very disappointed this time.

Staff was nice. Room had water spots from the floor, like little puddles. Dead bed bugs in the mattress, they were dead so we just sucked it up for the night, it seemed like the bed had been treated. Optically pleasing but seemed fairly cheap. Could hear everything in the building as well

The young lady that checked us in was super sweet and helpful! The room was extra clean. Love the fact that they dont have carpet! And there was plenty of towels.

Overall, the stay was decent. Definitely not worth the price. Room was dusty but not enough to complain. Floor wasn't swept or mopped but I travel with a Swifter. The corners of the bed or sharp so watch walking around them. The slot that the ice machine releases from is rusted. The guest furniture in the lobby is stained and there is a tight fit with the current furniture arrangement. Decline of Tru since our last visit 6 mos ago. Will stay somewhere else next time if price doesn't lower. Decent for a 1-2 night stay but because there are no dressers you can't unpack unless "everything" is hangable BUT bring your own hangers. All else was fine.

I wanted a place to stay for a New Year's Eve staycation and it was just perfect for what I needed. The room itself reminds me of a New York loft. While there wasn't a traditional closet, there was a space to hang up extra clothes and hooks to hang up your coats and purses. The property has a bit of wear in the room itself, but it wasn't enough to make me not want to book the space again. The only thing I didn't like was not having a microwave in the room, but there were plenty of dining options in walking distance and a mini fridge to store drinks for festivities or convenience.

Young lady at front desk was nice but I didn’t have access to the tv. She came to my room to test it and to see if it was low batteries. She could not get it to work, even by trying another remote she had. So I had no tv for my stay. She offered to see if I wanted to switch rooms but since I have to leave so early in the a.m. and had already somewhat settled in, it wasn’t worth the hassle.

Stay was ok, no microwave in rooms so you have to go all the way to lobby to use one. Pillows were all too soft, housekeeping/staff kept knocking on my door at 9am and checkout is at 11am very annoying

It was very average at best. We spent the prior week at a tru & it was much, much nicer. The bathroom door was almost impossible to open or close completely it rubbed so bad. The room seemed smaller than normal too with no storage space. There was a sign that said, storage space under the bed. Maybe I am some strange snob, but I am not putting anything under a hotel bed.

The property was amazing .! It’s always a pleasure staying here because it’s close to everything . Butttt this stay was a little different . They need to improve the front desk staff . Wasn’t friendly at all . No greeting . No smiles . Looked as if they hated workint there . But housekeeping everyone was sooo sweet & welcoming

The Ac was making loud noise. I reported downstairs front desk they came looked at it said was nothing wrong when I got back I asked him they said it was no noise then when I went back to the room turn on the AC it was making a noise I called front desk and let them listen to it and they said yes you are right, but never move me to another room so I was really not satisfied because the AC was keeping us up at night.

I confirmed my room on Friday 11/17, and again on the morning of checkin 11/18 on my way into town. Upon arriving at the Harbison Drive property, I was told the hotel had oversold, and there was not a room for me. Mind you, I have Parkinson’s and it was midnight. The female employee behind the counter was the opposite of helpful. My wife remotely was on the phone with Hilton Honors customer care, who said no one was answering her calls to the Tru Harbison location. She said she had no other form of contact, and transferred my wife to another property which was also sold out. My teenage son and I had to drive to AUGUSTA, arriving at 2AM. I cannot tell you what this kind of experience does to my health, nor the effect on my son it likely had. I have never been so disappointed in a company. Never.

Hilton has here Receptionists at Front Desk.who is roude to customers of other race than her. ..... I knew Hilton as Reliable, Great, Pleasent, Desirable Stay. Here it is different now at Hilton.

We had two rooms booked. Rooms were standard nothing to bad. Bad thing was security was terrible. Cameras on the outside of the building in the parking lot were useless. 9 trucks in the parking lot broke into with windows busted out of each vehicle. Looks like they had help because no camera footage caught anything! Will not be staying here ever again!

The property is in the heart of shopping and restaurants. The Mall is literally right across the street. So many food options on the area. It’s also close to the freeway to get in and out of the area. The rooms are a decent size and very clean. Breakfast being included is always a plus and there were a decent amount of food options too.

Loved the lobby area. Checkin was easy and service friendly. However, the room and breakfast were disappointing. The bathroom door rubbed against the floor so opening and closing it was difficult. My son had to lean on it to get it to move and it made a horrible noise. I can’t imagine how it sounded to the poor people staying below us. Breakfast was disappointing. Pancake machine as well as a toaster were out of order. Coffee was cold. No gluten free muffins or bread available. Very little options overall.

The first room had water coming up under the floor in the bedroom from the bathroom. Asked to change rooms. The first morning breakfast had no pancakes or eggs or sausage or fruit….. The truck did not delivery the day before. Our primary reason for booking was to have breakfast before we left for the day

Good breakfast. Lots of choices. Coffee excellent. Bed was good. The only issue is the bleach smell on the sheets have a strong bleach smell. I’m glad I brought my own pillow to help filter the smell. Love the hotel and staff!!!

My epxerience wasn't the best. Tru-hotels must be the lowest of lows of the Hilton Hotels. I would not take my family to this location. Upon arrival my daughter and i heard extremely loud gun fire so we knew they had to be close. So we got into the hotel better safe to be in there than ridk getting caught in a cross fire. Service next at check in/out were friendly. Breakfast food was terrible. Glad was only one night.. the restaurants around the hotel are pretty nice restaurants.

The breakfast was good. Other than that it was only a place to stay. Cleaning was non existent in the room while there. Coffee in the lobby was often too cold. They were very little help when problems arise in the room.
