Good rooms, pool was ok

All in all everything was good, Except pool not working.

The staff was rude, the room had roaches and the tub drain was slow. The pool was dirty. The breakfast was muffin,toast, waffle, cereal. No eggs or meat.

Property and maintenance has gone down hill rapidly.

Old building needs to be updated GREAT LOCATION for food shopping etc

The staff were incredibly helpful, and I suppose you get what you pay for. The hotel is very clean, but it can be quite noisy since the expressway is right next to the rooms. Unfortunately, there isn't much that can be done about that. On the positive side, the location is excellent—just 10 minutes from everywhere, including the base, downtown, and local businesses. If you only need a place to sleep, this is a great spot to stay.

I had read other reviews mentioning the traffic noise...if you're very tired that soon fades. It was easy to find and has good parking. It felt slightly sketchy but it was ok. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok.

Two light fixtures didn’t work and the property was very dirty.

I want to start this review off with something good. The hotel looks rough from the outside, however the inside was very nice and the rooms were clean and free of bugs. We booed this room for Thursday 6/12 to Sunday 6/15. We don’t smoke inside our house so I am not sure why I booked a smoking room. We stayed on the even side near highway 185. The highway noise was HORRIBLE. It was so loud we had to buy a fan to drown out some of the noise. Saturday night around 10:30 pm while playing cards with our kids, and son who had just had his green ceremony for the army, our room filled with the smell of marijuana. It was so strong it took all of our breath away. I immediately called the office asking for a new room or a refund for that night. I was met with a very rude front desk lady who laughed at me, mocked me, and said they didn’t have any other rooms and there was no way I was getting any money back. My husband went to the front office and we were moved to the odd side of the building. The pool is only open from 12pm-9pm. The pool will NOT open until the maintenance guy has checked the chlorine levels. Friday the 13th my two kids and myself were unable to get into the pool until 3pm. You have to have a pool pass and some staff only want to give out 4 passes per room. Their hot breakfast consists of two waffle makers, activia yogurt, very strong coffe, cereal, cold biscuits and bread, fresh apples once. Not all of the staff was bad. Pay the extra money go somewhere else.

It's an older property, out dated, the staff was excellent, everyone around was nice. The pool was a little cloudy but the kids had fun swimming. Could definitely use some up grading

Check in was good, basic service. Room was in an unusual location tucked on lower outside floor with an open fire hose panel next to it. Bed was comfortable, but the room had not been cleaned for cobwebs, dusting/cleaning of baseboards and corners. Shower and toilet clean and beds also seemed clean. It was for an overnight and we super tired.

It was ok and not so ok the floors in the room was dirt little bits of paper in the corners and underneath the chairs roaches was crawling and the breakfast bar had run out and the attendees didn't serve anymore had to ask for different items and they would say they were out

Huge stain on blanket, only slept with sheets, that were extremely itchy. Didn’t seem like they were cleaned at all before giving us the room. Lights were peeking through as if someone was trying to look inside our room. Took forever to get someone at the door to even let us in at the time we told them we’d be there.

Very dirty and dated. Breakfast was pretty good.

Clean and really comfortable beds

All though the staff was friendly the property was old, run down, dirty and falling apart. Our door wouldn’t stay locked. We saw roaches in the breakfast area during their continental breakfast.

I didnt like how there was minimal space and there werent many food options. I also wanted to say that there were multiple moments when i noticed cockroaches skittering around and there were mosquitoes in my room.

This hotel should be shut down. It’s awful, run down, dirty and unsafe. Nothing in this hotel matches the pictures presented or the description. It’s extremely loud, you feel like you’re sitting on the side of the freeway (even with your door closed and Tv on). I would rate it as zero stars if I could.

My overall stay was difficult. No one mentioned that it's located just 100 yards away from I 185 which allows for all the traffic noise throughout the night. The a/c was also quite noisy, but it did work well as for coo;ing. Breakfast was average for the price. People were helpful when needed.

Everything was great, clean wasn’t too much noise. The beds was a little loud. It was a squeaking noise every time you moved but other than that I’ll stay again.

The beds were extremely firm; there was rust on anything shiney; and I had a giant bubble on my wall- not sure what was in it. Our stay was ok and it was in the center of everything. Good choices on tv stations available too.

The heater was very loud when running.

First room had a wet bathroom floor. Second room had a tv remote that didn’t work

I asked to be on the too floor, farthest away from the elevator. My 2 choices when I arrived were 1st floor right by the elevator or 4th (top) floor right by the elevator. The elevator was in constant use, and dings very loudly at each floor. Another guest was constantly sitting at the stairs, also right next to my room chain smoking & having phone calls on speaker or watching soccer games very loudly on the phone, even though I spoke to him about both. The last day I was there housekeeping just made my bed & replaced the towels. They did not take the trash, replace toiletries, did not clean anything & took a dump that smelled the room up & clogged the toilet. When I called to get the toilet fixed, the manager took over an hour to take care of it. Front desk staff was constantly watching tv and not paying attention & were always surprised to see you standing there. Coffee was very weak, the rest of the breakfast (aside from the waffles) was trash.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The food was hot and fresh. Very kind staff. I most appreciated Quinta taking time to go and request guests that were playing music loudly around midnight to quiet down when I called to complain about this. Very good response on her part.

Staff was the best I’ve ever experienced

when I was checking in, the lady at the front desk was rude, talking on the cellphone and laughing the whole time I was doing the checking process.

The staff wasn’t friendly nor courteous. We arrived late we kept hearing loud banging, hammering cutting as if they were under construction. Called the front desk an hour later called again by them it was 9:00pm. I told them to get it stopped or I would call the police after that it stopped. Breakfast consisted of cereal, bagels, waffles and coffee. that was all. It was very clean. beds were comfortable nice linens and towels. I liked that it had vinyl flooring. The room showed a lot of wear and tear.

First room horrible leak switched rooms. It was OK, but they never made the bed only changed towels never cleaned anything at all the whole time ,we were there all three days. not recommended.

I left early morning and came back probably around 3-3pm and was very disappointed to see my room being left with door wide open and unattended, just like I went in the room anyone could have gone in and taken anything or everything without the service person noticing, I called the lobby and notified them and the receptionist had to go find the person to go back to the room, apparently she had gone to get clean sheets, there’s no excuse why the room should have been left with door wide open and attended..

Front Desk lady was terrible and racist towards us. She told us to "go back" to our country,very uncalled-for. Racial profiling and horrible customer service. I don't recommend this place at all truly.

Hotel was great if older, staff was very nice but neighborhood was a little scary.

Conveniently located to expressway.

OK for the price, but the area is busy and noisy. Also, I'm having trouble getting the $50 deposit refunded from my stay.

The location was excellent! Right near I-185. The room was comfy and clean. I will stay again when I am passing thru.

Good access to the interstate Apprehensive upon arriving due to the street entrance (behind a closed sports bar), but the stay turned out good.

The staff were nice and answered questions. The breakfast was great in the morning thank you! The rooms were nice and clean. 10/10

The room was very clean and quiet. Overnight Front desk lady was very polite good southern hospitality especially Johnny! He went above and beyond helping me with things I requested. Would definitely recommend this stay. Only thing upset me was the lies on the front marquee that states Hot Breakfast. Waffles is not a hot breakfast that's A WAFFLE..

Property was great! Only stayed 1 night, but the continental breakfast was awesome! Definitely try the waffles!
