Pictures showed balcony, but no balcony on arrival. However hotel staff went above and beyond to rectify this. Hotel/reception staff were great. Helpful and friendly. Would certainly stay here again. Thank you Lukas and the rest of the team.

Hello. I never ever have written a negative review. I travel a lot. Travelled to Prague with friends. Booked a two bedroom two full bathroom. When we arrived it was one full bathroom and a powder room. We booked because it said it had laundry facilities. That would lead you to believe that the facility is at the hotel. It was not they have a laundry service that is very expensive or you have to get on the subway and go down two stations to a laundromat. None of the bedrooms had any dressers or shelves of any kind. They had one low table. The TV for the living room was actually kind of in a hall and you could barely see the TV from the living room room. One tea towel. The listing said it had a coffee machine. There was no coffee machine.It was listed as having one. None of the bedrooms or bathrooms had garbage cans. There was only one garbage can in the kitchen. The window blinds in the main living area were broken. I’m writing this so that perhaps Hotels.com can address their listing and make it more accurate, it’s very misleading. This was not a cheap hotel. We paid approximately 3000 cad. For 5 nights. The location was great. The roof top patio was great.

Awesome apartment as always. Only downfall was there garage had broken down and had to park 400 meters away. Definitely not the fault of the staff though

Kitchen was well-equiped, house-keeping was done daily. Superb location near attractions and food options. Only complaint was that the wifi was quite slow.
