Das Appartment befindet sich in einer super Lage. Über die Sauberkeit des Zimmers kann ich mich absolut nicht beklagen. Es wurde perfekt gereinigt. Die Reception befindet sich ca. 10min vom Appartment weg. Das Gepäck konnten wir bei der Reception nicht abgeben und das Appartment konnten wir erst um 15.00 Uhr betreten. Somit mussten wir von 11.00 Uhr bis 15.00 Uhr mit dem Gepäck die Zeit überbrücken, was ich ein wenig schade finde.
Das Appartment befindet sich in einer super Lage. Über die Sauberkeit des Zimmers kann ich mich absolut nicht beklagen. Es wurde perfekt gereinigt. Die Reception befindet sich ca. 10min vom Appartment weg. Das Gepäck konnten wir bei der Reception nicht abgeben und das Appartment konnten wir erst um 15.00 Uhr betreten. the apartment located in the city centre, many restaurants and shops around, just few minutes walk to the old town, main attractions in walkable distance, main train station like 15mins walk, got 2 toilets and one with shower. Only 2 things can be improve: 1) the water heater is not continuous providing hot water, need to wait like 10-15mins after one person bath. 2) No luggage storage service

Die Kommunikation ist etwas umständlich. Der PIN Code funktionierte nicht, somit mussten wir die Servicestelle anrufen. Unser Englisch ist nicht so gut, um uns damit verständigen zu können. Beim Parkplatz wiederum, muss man sich nur mit seinem Nachnamen anmelden und das Auto wird dann vom Servicepersonal mit einem Fahrstuhl unterirdisch eingeparkt . Da sollte man dann auch nichts wichtiges im Auto vergessen.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They recommended Annecy for a day trip and it was absolutely amazing. Location is perfect. Having a parking garage was great too. We will stay there again.

Positives: - The apartment looks new and modern and is very clean. - The beds, including the sofa bed, are comfortable. - It is close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport stations (Tram and Metro). Negatives: - The balcony of the apartment we got faces the inside of the building, which is different from what is advertised on the website (overseeing the centre). Fantastic location and nice, spacious and well kept apartment. Happy the balcony was not facing towards Wenceslas Square as that would have been noisy.. the airconditioning was nice with vents in the floors, which also helped refresh footwear after long walks in the heat.. A few points for the hosts to consider improving: - PLEASE get some different pillows. Would expect most places to have either a pretty all-round pillow or multiple typew, but here there was only one - it is massive, very high.. not good to lie on your back with. Got some pain in the neck because of it. Called the host to ask if different pillows were available, but no. - As the place will only get cleaned after day 4 (unless you pay 15 EUR more), it would be great with 2 more towels upfront, especially in warmer periods where shower needs are frequent. The towels start to smell quickly. - the microwave had an alarm which went off randomly, once around 3am but otherwise at different times.. would be great to have a manual for the microwave, as it was not obvious how to turn the alarms off.

Eigentlich ein tolles Appartment - jedoch mit übel stinkendem WC/Bad Das Appartment hat eine Top Lage, ist gross, gut eingerichtet und allgemein sehr Ansprechend, insbesondere auch für Familien mit Kindern. Der sehr gute Gesamteindruck wurde leider durch ein extrem übel riechendes Bad/WC getrübt - trotz rückmeldung und beschwerde wurde hier während unserem 4 tägigem aufenthalt keine versuch unternommen dies zu verbessern - es war das appartment 13 und es roch nach Kanalisation - vermutlich ist das syphon beim waschbecken falsch montiert. Auch eine Hinweis im nachhinein wurde noch nicht einmal beantwortet :-( Desweiteren wurden am Abreisetag am Aufzug ohne Vorankündigung Wartungsarbeiten durchgeführt so das wir leider die Koffer und Kinderwagen von Hand 6 stockwerke tragen mussten :-(

Average stay in terms of quality, location is a plus and so is the responsiveness of the staff. No mirror in the room, very basic bathroom (below average), kitchen is good, bedding and wardrobe could be improved. Not worth the price, although just at the square and whole city next door to visit. A/C was broken, not cooling and no fan provided, kitchen sink was not draining and was fixed when requested.

This apartment was amazing. Overlooking Wenceslas Square which is a partially pedestrianised shopping street. Perfect location in the heart of Prague or at most 10 mins from everything. The balcony was so sweet, we were in no 1, so great views. Still very quiet at night though. Lovely comfortable beds, nice shower, fantastic location! Good price. Felt very secure, had a 24 hr doorman at the entrance! Who was helpful when we had questions about things.

La situation de l’appartement était parfaite en plein centre ville.Appartement spacieux et très bien agencé.Dommage que la vue donnait derrière (sur les photos ça donnait sur la grande rue)Attention les photos sont un peu mensongères!!!! Il manquait aussi des crochets pour accrocher les serviettes et quelques autres lumières d’ambiance dans le salon car la grande lumière était trop forte

Allting var bra förutom krångel vid incheckning. Man skulle få en länk, kontakde även boendet om detta. Dem skulle skicka ut en ny länk. Den kom aldrig. Kontaktade igen, utan något. Fick åka in till ett annat hotel för att checka in. Och dem var inte så jättetrevliga. Annars var allting väldigt bra förutom detta.

Die Reception befindet sich ca. 10min vom Appartment weg. Das Gepäck konnten wir bei der Reception nicht abgeben und das Appartment konnten wir erst um 15.00 Uhr betreten. Somit mussten wir von 11.00 Uhr bis 15.00 Uhr mit dem Gepäck die Zeit überbrücken, was ich ein wenig schade finde.

This property is at the centre of the city and 10-20 mins walk from most popular locations in the city. The area is busy all night but the room was quiet. The access code is very important as there are multiple doors where you will need the code. The pre-entry form is little long but it’s for our own safety.

The hotel has a check in policy that is unconventional and Hotels.com did not provide effective communication alerting us to the fact that one needs to check-in at least 24 hours in advance of our stay. Even when we attempted to contact the property over phone, we found the phone number to be inactive.

Die Kommunikation ist etwas umständlich. Der PIN Code funktionierte nicht, somit mussten wir die Servicestelle anrufen. Unser Englisch ist nicht so gut, um uns damit verständigen zu können. Beim Parkplatz wiederum, muss man sich nur mit seinem Nachnamen anmelden und das Auto wird dann vom Servicepersonal mit einem Fahrstuhl unterirdisch eingeparkt . Da sollte man dann auch nichts wichtiges im Auto vergessen.

This apartment was amazing. Overlooking Wenceslas Square which is a partially pedestrianised shopping street. Perfect location in the heart of Prague or at most 10 mins from everything. The balcony was so sweet, we were in no 1, so great views. Still very quiet at night though. Lovely comfortable beds, nice shower, fantastic location! Good price. Felt very secure, had a 24 hr doorman at the entrance! Who was helpful when we had questions about things.

Positives: - The apartment looks new and modern and is very clean. - The beds, including the sofa bed, are comfortable. - It is close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport stations (Tram and Metro). The property is very nice, modern and comfortable. It is very well located near major attractions and not too far from Prague Central train station. The only negatives they only go by cleaning the room and replacing towels every 5 days... that seems too excessive. Also, it is not easy to get a hold of the property manager; they give a phone to call but nobody answer. It will be good if they could provide laundry room services even with an outside company.

The accomodation is immaculate in great location and comfy, however it would be great to know that the building is currently being renovated and construction work happening right below my apartment started at 7:30 am. I know it is out of control of the host, but transparency would be much appreciated as I really needed the rest. Other than that spotless, and will be coming again once the construction work is completed.

I wouldn’t say this is good for more than one couple or maybe two close friends. The shower is in the bedroom so if you have someone sleeping on the pullout couch, it is a tad awkward. The location is also a little weird at the moment due to construction - can’t fault the property for this as they did warn us before we checked in! This gave more of a motel vibe than a little apartment. Overall the stay was fine but nothing super special!
