Staff is friendly and easy check in and checking out . Nice pool . Great places to eat and shop.

Everything was fine. Hotel was clean Tried to use the gym but it was a mess and everything in there was broken

our room was great but the current remolding has lead to very messy inside and out.

The hotel was a mess because its under renovation, I can excuse that. The clothes from another customer in the drawers, the filthy bath linens, the uncleaned bathroom floor and general condition of the room was awful. Will not stay there again.

First off I was not told when booking that this property was undergoing a renovation. Arrived to room and in hallways had a strong fishy smell, probably paint and other chemicals mixed Room didn't have a trash can, toilet wouldn't flush unless you removed top to "unstick" the lever/plunger. Curly black little hairs in bathroom, I have light brown straight hair. Lastly body wash btl was empty but empty btl still in carrier. Made many calls and stops to front desk and while they were as good as could be, I would not have booked here if I was told property was a mess

No hot water, toilet broken. No AC in master suite. Unacceptable. The pool was murky. Full of debris. The hallways smell. Trash cans are overflowing.

Check in took longer then expected. Staff appeared to be new. Hotel is extremely dated and smells horrible. Carpet in hallways is a tripping hazard. The pool was slimy and nasty needs to be emptied, scrubbed and painted.

It was just ok...when the heat came on, it was very noisy. Made a gurgling sound and a whistling noise. Hard to sleep. The pool was disappointing, the water was cold. And i think for the price, some kind of breakfast should be included, even if it's just donuts and coffee.

One of the reasons for picking this hotel was that it was pet friendly and it had an indoor pool. The pool was broken and the entire hallway we stayed in had empty beer containers by a lot of the doors and it smelled like weed terribly.

This place is amazingly beautiful, to at all to complain about. The staff was so kind, they have a pool and outdoor grills.

Not clean at all I wished I would have taken photos. Recliner was broke, dishes were dirty, shower head is horrible, toilet seat was broke, no continental breakfast you get your in room kitchen lol refrigerator runs non stop, carpets are stained and ripped, dirty towel under our bed, too numerous to mention it all. We will not be staying here ever again

The room was not very well cleaned, there was debris on the carpet in the bedroom, crumbs on the carpet in the living room, the shower was not clean and there was an unpleasant smell in the room most likely from recent renovations. TV picture was not good.

We have been staying at the Candlewood for years. They have started renovations and things have changed for the worse. The new carpets, fresh paint and furniture are very nice. The problem(s) I had with the 2 queen room were; there were unwashed dishes in the dishwasher and no teaspoons. There were only small juice glasses. There was no clock or phone in the room. The only table to eat at was a smaller computer type table that faced the wall, with a single chair. The other chair was stuck in a corner with very little light and there was a small tray-table. If you sat anywhere other than on the beds, you couldn't see the TV. We couldn't eat together, one of us faced the wall, the recliner with tray faced the bathroom across the room. The curtains were nice and new, but they didn't come close to overlapping, which allowed the light from the parking lot into the room. On a personal note, I have had hip and knee replacement surgeries, and the mattress was uncomfortably hard. The biggest complaint is that the room we had would have been fine for one person. If you like to look at your partner and converse while eating, you cannot. Same with relaxing in a chair to watch TV. I am hoping that maybe there are other rooms that will suit my desires. I would hate to have to find another hotel after 10 years. The person who designed this room should be made to stay in it with a partner for a week. Maybe they would realize how rediculous the layout is.

Stay was 4 adults, only given 2 towels & 1 washcloth; conditioner & body wash were empty; comforter was brown stain on it; was not given ant blanket; phones didn’t work to call front desk

Strong odor of marijuana in the lobby and throughout the first floor. Book room on line and had to re accomplish the check in at the desk. In the morning the staff had no record of my stay. When they looked into my reservation they realized the clerk from the previous night had me marked as a no-show. This hindered me receiving a receipt. They said they’d have to email me a receipt. I would probably not stay at this location in the future.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The first room we had didn’t have any heat in it so I called the front desk and he told me to come downstairs and get a new room. He had everything already done when I got there. The room was clean and cozy and I slept well. I will be back in May and will be staying there.

We stayed in the one room suite. It was nice and spacious for the four of us. Nice peninsula table, kitchen was clean had some basic supplies. Stove top, microwave, full size fridge. Bathroom was clean and spacious. King sized bed was comfy, linens were clean. TV in living room and bedroom. Foldout was comfy enough too. Just stayed one night, but we needed the recoup.

This hotel is in an area where there are many workmen from the fracking industry. It was very clean but due to the high traffic, it definitely showed the wear. It also had what seemed like a design flaw in the positioning of the bed on the wall; while there was plenty of room, the bed was so close to the one wall that it made it difficult to get into bed on that side. Also, the in room coffee maker leaked all over the place so we couldn't get a cup of coffee without going out for it.

Ordered a room with 2 beds, got one

Online it states that breakfast is excluded but this place does not have breakfast also I asked the man at the front desk for items needed in our room but he forgot 3 different times and so I needed to wait for shift change to come in order to get what was needed. Room was not properly cleaned and was left with garbage in it from prior renters.

Surprisingly quiet

The location of it behind the other hotel was hard to find there needs to be better signage once you get to the TGI Fridays that the Candlewood is around the back from the main street. It looks like you drive right into Comfort Inn and I got out went into the wrong hotel had to be redirected so better signage

The GM was the only good think about this property. He was kind and attentive but the carpet was filthy, only one of the electrical outs worked and therefore the TV did function. The bathtub/shower floor was gray with dirt, the air conditioning was very noisy when it kicked on every 30 minutes all night long and the shower rod was bent so the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed and water flooded the bathroom floor. There was cereal and coffee in the common break room bath there was no milk.
