Our stay was good, although the back door doesn't stay locked and the key thing to get in the back door does not work. There are many houseless people in the area and once the find out the doors are open all night they will find a place to stay in there.

the agent at the front desk was very helpful upon check in. he explained immediately that not all the doors around the building would be open with the key card cause they were broken. we parked at the one nearest our room and one held the door while the other unloaded the vehicle. the room did not have fridge and microwave in it; there is one microwave near the vending machines for common use.

When handling luggage, it is difficult getting through the entrance doors. Both sets of doors need to be pulled open requiring you to set down your bags to move through both sets.

Friendly staff! Not impressed with no fridge or microwave in room. Room was what i expected. No elevator (didnt need it), came during winter and trying to park in the snow filled small parking lot wasnt fun. Overall what i paid for it was reasonable.

Unfortunately, the water in the shower was Luke warm, the toilet seat was loose, the sink had a very slow drain. The lock on the door wasn’t operating properly. No tissues in room. Coffe was good but the breakfast was not good. Only had granola bars, donut, and apples. No pool. For the price we paid , we were very disappointed.

Overall it was an ok stay with my family of 5. Checking in was painless. We had issues with our key cards being deactivated. Linens were not replaced as advertised in room so keep that in mind and call the front desk if you need new towels or wash cloths provided. There is no refrigerator in room and we kinda expected that there would be a mini fridge. Bring a cooler if you are planning on bringing your own food.There is a shared microwave near a vending machine.

The lobby had funny odor. The breakfast to go options were terrible. the room sheets had hair on them and had to be changed and the bathroom fan was so loud. I will not stay here again.

Inside of the hotel is updated and in good condition. room was nice and clean. Outside of the hotel is in older condition, but I was pleasantly surprised by updates on the inside. it is on a highway, so there is some highway noise, but nothing too loud. we stayed one night for Boilermaker and it was in a great location for that event.

Front desk staff was very pleasant! The room was mediocre at best! There was a dirty pair of men’s underwear on the luggage rack that obviously had been left from the previous guest, so that was our very first impression when we got there & tried to put our luggage down, only to find that! Pretty gross! Otherwise, lots of cob webs around the windows, & all the outlets looked like fire hazards! But hey, I guess you get what you pay for!

The room was clean but the noise level in the hotel hallway was CRAZY LOUD. People were screaming at each other in their rooms, in the hallway and yelling "Good Night!" to one another as late as 11:15pm. We were on the 2nd floor (of two) and other than having to lug our suitcases up the stairs, that may have been the bonus. Breakfast was coffee, packaged donuts, apples or packaged granola bars. I was not impressed.

Upon arrival in chicken, the room was at 79°. We were told they fixed it and that it would be cool after our dinner and when we came back, it was still 79° with no change. There was no other rooms and they only took off $60. I would’ve liked to seen them sleep in the room themselves with a 79° temperature totally unacceptable some compensation was better than none at all, but I would’ve preferred a comped room for my troubles. They were not having it just doesn’t seem fair.

When we were locked out of our room , not due to our error, no one was in the front. He went out to get food and left front desk wide open with everyone's financial information in plain view. Also after 11 pm kids and parents screaming in the hallway. Construction items all over the place for painting. It was a real hole. I would expect treatment like this would warrant a REFUND!

My husband and I stayed here the night prior to The Boilermaker 15k road race. Great location, close to the finish line. The hotel offered late check out to the runners and also welcomed us with water upon check in and put out a light breakfast much earlier than their scheduled time. Many restaurants in walking distance.

My arrival around 7pm. Danny the 3 to 11 manager was friendly and curious. He opened the doors while I was rolling in my suitcase. I was using crutches and he took my bag to my room. He put on the lights and turned on the heater. He was a great help. He also opened doors for me. Thank you for being so helpful. Victor the 7 to 3 manager checked me out on Friday. He brought my suitcase outside to my car.

Building/infrastructure is old and poor condition. Window AC that needs to constantly run even though the outdoor temp never went above 80 during our stay. Close the room door and you can see the light from the hallway all the way around (and clearly hear every conversation anyone has). Checked in late and stood at the desk for 5 minutes while the staff was busy - or so I thought, he was actually doing something on his phone. Checked out at 7am and the staff member was half asleep. Expected much better for the cost.

The facilities were clean, the bed comfortable and the staff very friendly. The desk clerk gave us a recommendation for a great restaurant which we enjoyed. The breakfast offerings included an apple and donut with coffee and orange juice which was disappointing. The price was right and I would stay there again.

OK Property. Disliked the breakfast. They should not advertise that breakfast is included because all they had to eat really was chocolate donuts and some juice....not what I would call breakfast. Did not have a pool. No mention of iron and ironing board under "amenidies," but they had them. Toilet rocked. Metal bed frame made noise.
