Residence Inn Montreal Midtown

Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber und neuwertig. Gym und innenpool mit Sauna, Zimmer 35m2 mit Küche, Kochmöglichkeit, grosser Kühlschrank . Eigenen Parkplatz. Ausserhalb des Zentrums allerdings 10 min zu Fuß von Metro Station Namur entfernt, 10 min Fahrt zum Zentrum. Er nähe der Metro Station Namur auch alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Gutes Frühstück Einziger Nachteil unser Zimmer hatte Fenster zum Innenhof, war aber nicht so schlimm.

This hotel is fairly new. There are 2 sides, the Marriot courtyard and Marriot Residence inn. We stayed on the Residence inn side and it was excellent. The hotel is very clean. The room was huge and spacious and very clean. We stayed in the room near the highway but u can barely even hear it. The parking is a nice touch if you are driving. We drove so it was very convient. Its indoor self parking and you can take the elevator from the underground parking lot right to the floor you are staying on. I love the fact that you can only get in and out of the garage with your room key card. (Parking is $15 per day). The pool is not that big but its perfect for a nice swim and for kids. The gym is 24 hours and its great. It was perfect for me. They also have a laundry room so you can go back home with clean clothes. Everyone was very helpful. Hotel is close to the Namur metro station if you wanted to take the train into downtown montreal. I would definitely stay here again when i return to montreal for another visit. Also there is alot of restaurants and a shopping plaza across the street. So you can get whatever you need. The shopping plaza has a walmart and i would say its a 10min walk and thats where all the other stores and restaurants are located so i would guess 10 to 15min walk.

Residence inn rooms are super spacious. With a kitchenette and fridge, i can get takeout or bring back groceries to cook lunch and dinner. Complimentary breakfast is great. Sauna and pool are clean. Will be back again when coming to Montreal again.

Staff were attentive. Hotel has gym, pool, sauna and coin operated laundry machines - all located in the same floor. It’s easy to do laundry and then fit in some exercise. Location is not downtown but close enough to the train station - about 7 minute walk.

The workout room was being used for weight lifting at hours unbecoming to rest. One time at 12:30 am.and the other at 4:00 am. I called the front desk which promptly had it halted but rhe damage of nonslleep had already been disturbed. I suggested locking the door to prevent such occurrence but done consecutive times.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It suited our family perfectly. The fan in the bathroom (211) does not work. The pool was a nice addition although a hot tub would have been welcome.

Amazing property Its more than a room its an apartment. Great gym open 24hrs , laundry room Pool and sauna. Close to namur metro.

Il n’y avais pas de cuillère au petit déjeuner, pas de savon et de linge à vaisselle pour laver la vaisselle. Sinon le reste était bien, stantionement intérieur propre et facilement accesssible. Personnel courtois, piscine et sauna tres bien

Un très beau séjour. Les chambres sont encore plus belles en réalité que sur les photos. Propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité. Nous avons séjourné 8 nuits. L’équipe est disponible, chaleureuse et extrêmement réactive. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Un grand merci ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour nos prochains séjours à Montréal.

The hotel isn’t in the city center, but it’s convenient if you’re driving. Parking instructions could be clearer, especially in winter. You can’t park in front since it’s an active driveway, and the back parking is less ideal during cold weather. We had an issue entering the basement parking — the gate opened but we got stuck and the intercom wasn’t working. After calling the hotel, staff came down in about 10 minutes to assist. Reception was polite and helpful. The room itself is a solid 4/5 — spacious, clean, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The in-suite kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, exhaust) is excellent for longer stays. The only thing to note is the kitchen exhaust fan produces a noticeable humming sound when running, which may affect light sleepers. The sauna needs about 30 minutes to fully heat up. Breakfast was better than expected — not a typical continental setup, but the selection was good. The waffle was crispy outside and soft inside, and the fresh strawberries and blueberries were especially impressive. Check-out was quick and smooth. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor operational issues.

Hotel was great. room was not so good. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive at check in. Room appeared to be just fine. Then as night fell. I realized that the curtains did not cover the whole window. All the occupants in the other building had a great view of my bathroom and dining area. I had not way to shut out the lights or the views. This was only apparent as night fell. far to late to ask for any kind of room service. I was disappointed in this. I told the desk clerk in the morning. doubt it made a difference.

The Marriott is nice and clean. The rooms next to decarie are loud from traffic noise

The entire experience from check in to check out has been amazing! The rooms were so spacious and clean. The room also had a full sized refrigerator, a microwave and a dishwasher! The beds were super comfortable and the entire place was so quiet. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is attached to the Marriott Courtyard building and we also had access to the gym and the swimming pool which was also super clean and had convenient access. I would definitely visit again! Thanks for a memorable stay!

We stayed for a week. Had to move rooms 4 times due to AC/heat not working, next room had perfume and stale odours/cigarette smoke smell coming through vents. Third due to a TV that didn’t work. Finally at the end of our stay a room that seemed OK. The front desk are very kind but Supervisors don’t care if you’re not happy. Would never stay there again.

Everything was clean and in like new condition around the property, and in our room. The room itself was much bigger than I expected, and very comfortable to be in.

Security inside the hotel is not safe proof! We were woken up by a tap on our door by the reception at 4 AM in the morning because a previous guest claimed to accidentally left 2 bags when they checked out. He was with the other 4 guests who were looking for their items and looking drunk as they were also holding a bottle of wine or liquour in their hand. So we told them that we didn’t see any item left in our room before we checked in and they should check lost and found instead. After few minutes, the drunk guys were still on the floor and started knocking our door heavily and aggressively. That alarmed all of us in our room of our safety. We called the reception but no one was picking up the call. So we called 911 instead. It was a horrible and traumatic experience and somethng we won’t forget. We were unable to sleep that night and were all scared of any worst possibility. The cops finally came in after our 3 requested callls. We spoke to Hannah of the reception to follow-up on our incident. She was empathic and helpful. We asked to speak to the General Manager Nasrin who happens to be out of office as it was her weekend off-day. We were able to speak to her on the phone but she is the opposite of Hannah. She was abrupt and shouting on me on the phone as she discussed her options to help with our incovenience. Her method of communication was quite deragatory, upsetting, offeslnsivea and unpleasant especially for the case that happened with us during our stay.

Clean and spacious rooms. Service seemed willing but perhaps understaffed? The desk clerk, breakfast wait staff and housekeeping were all friendly. However, Wifi did not work for the entire time (3 days/nights). So, TV wasn't functioning either. The front desk person simply said: "yeah we've been having trouble with it," but they offered no solution. When we needed some supplies in our room (that were not replenished by housekeeping), it took several requests and two days to receive them. Breakfast was mediocre and anything fresh, like fruit or veggies was always run out or missing. Parking rates and garage were reasonable and location not bad if you are planning on driving everywhere anyway. Pool and gym are also decent. Overall, I'll pass on it next time. I personally prefer functional service and a more central location. However, if you're on a budget and with kids, it's fine if you're into getting groceries and making your own breakfasts or supplementing what this hotel offers.

The hotel was fantastic. Having stayed at many hotels in Quebec and being familiar with the exceptional hotels in Southeast Asia, I can confidently say that this hotel offers a deluxe experience. The location is excellent, conveniently close to downtown Montreal, and the parking is both affordable and secure. The hotel is straightforward with its policies and doesn't charge a hefty deposit fee. The food is good, though I wish there were more Asian options, like rice for breakfast—but that's a minor issue. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The cleanliness and maintenance are top-notch, and the staff are friendly, communicative in English, and always smiling. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Le déjeuner était tres ordinaire. Trop long pour ce servir et pas assez de nourriture

The staff was always very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good and we had plenty of choices: There was four different kinds of milk, sugar free , lactose free and regular yogurt. Our room was very spacious and well equipped.

The property and the room were very nice. I didnt like that the free breakfast buffet kept running out of food. The eggs, sausage and bacon were all empty when i got there. I had to wait like 20 minutes for them to fill it with a little bit. Then waited in line as it emptied again. The bacon never got refilled which i really wanted.

There was a day, where the cleaner came and did not do a good job; still a decent experience. Breakfast was very nice and the staff did their best.

Oscar the breakfast chef on Saturday did an outstanding job working by himself, it was a large crowd food kept running out, his customer service was very professional the customer didn't complain because he assured us we would get feed.

We were there for New Year eve as a family. The first impression was a clear place but a bit cold. Not as a new year eve. The kids wanted to use the inside pool . the water was warm but many people and small place. The room was spacious. The sofa was not comfortable to sleep in it (we have been in USA at the same hotel and the logistic is the same). The breakfast was poor, many people and no place to sit. Things were small in number and they finished as soon as the staff brought them into the places. You had to pay for the parking, the fee was reasonable.
