This hotel was beautiful! We had a remodeled room and it was very nice. Front desk staff was personable and welcoming. The pool was a tad cold but was large and recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The pool was closed and there was renovations going on all over. (The one lounge was full of paint cans) There was no ice. Our room shower drain didnt drain which made you have to stand in dirty water. The shower was really dirty. The managers reception was sub par compared to ther staybridges we have stayed at before. We also found that our door to our room was not locking properly. We only stayed one night so, not worth spending a night trying to fix the issues. Definitely not worth the price we paid for the room when so many amenities were affected Thankfully, breakfast was great!

We will most likely never stay there and it has been our go to place for years. During the 3 nights we stayed, there was no housekeeping. The breakfast buffet potatoes cold, patty sausage like paper, ran out of coffee & sausage gravy, used paper plates, 2 pump creamers empty even though I told her for 2 days. Pool had 14 kids under 16 no supervision so loud my granddaughter & friend had to scream to talk. Then 15 more people came & the place was out of control. I'm sure they get 1-2 rooms & invited all their friends $ grandkids & grandparents. The next morning, the 2 Moms were making at least 10 plates of food, 8-10 waffles. I cannot believe your staff was not aware and someone should keep an eye on the pool. Maybe a camera? My husband said he saw a man waiting at the front desk for 15 minutes. I like your remodeling, your lobby, your rooms but wow I was so upset about the pool. The kids were diving,, flipping, total disrespect for others. So loud we left. Ruined my time with my granddaughter.

The kids had a blast swimming. The accommodations were spacious. The little kitchen area was perfect to cook. A small meal, and the outdoor accommodations were amazing while being able to let the kids run around outside.

I had rather high expectations and was excited for our trip. The location is great, right next to shopping and restaurants. However, cleanliness was the biggest issue. The condition of our room clearly showed good help is impossible to find right now. There was food left on the floor, a massive bug in the bathroom light fixture, dust on the furniture. The place could use a deep cleaning.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. it was not cleaned properly. The dishwasher had all the dishes in it and the coffee pot was still dirty. The bedroom when I open the drawers to put our belongings in had food from the previous guest. For the price of the suite I would like to think it was clean. I even questioned if the bed was cleaned because there were like little pieces of paper which would indicate to me either it was from a previous guest or nobody shook out the sheets when they folded them . And when we tried to call to report the problem, none of the phones worked in the room. I think you need to check in with your cleaning staff.

We have been here four other times with minimal issues, but boy have things gone downhill! Poop on the toilet seat, bathroom smelling like fried food, shower drain backed up, cards had to be reprogrammed multiple times, dishwasher door was not able to be locked so had to be hand washed, microwave light was out, one bathroom was freezing, and the cart situation for loading and unloading was rough. The carts were small and the one we used was missing part of it, so we had to make 2 trips. Leaving we had to carry everything by hand because they only have 2. It took us 3 trips, which sucks when you have a baby. We were really disappointed. All employees had zero personality at front desk! Surprisingly, the other staff were much more friendly.

I made a complaint at the desk and was told the manager would contact me. I also wrote an email with photos of the dirty rooms. I still havent heard anything back. Our room smelled like fish. There was what looked like dried up poop under the bed they upgraded us to a suite which had hair in the bedding. Very unhapy with the cleanliness and sanitation.

Will never stay at that hotel again. The only bright spot was the lady working the desk the night we checked in. The first room had mouse poop on the pullout. The room they moved us to we noticed food under the bed while checking for one of my son's toys.

Wonderful service from the friendly smiles at check-in to the hustling attendees at the breakfast meal, constantly filling up food and supplies. I cannot say enough good things about the Maumee location. 6 of us: 3 kids, my 74 yo mother and my husband and me so we had a bigger room. Our beds were so comfortable my nine year old said, "...it was the best sleep of her life..." We had an extra large room with 2 bedroom and 2 baths. Everyone had plenty of space and it was well worth the extra money. We stayed past the 10pm limit at the pool and no one blinked an eye. We were late checking out by 20 minutes and no one said one word. So I'd say EXTREMELY family friendly. LOTS of great choices at breakfast, plenty of towels, lots of amenities provided in our kitchenette. The two minor down points were: the mattress on the sleeper sofa was very thin and the pool area did not have a hot tub (which was a disappointment for my 7 year old) We would totally stay again (and again and again, if our budget would allow the extra-big room!)

Counter Clerk was excellent, size of room was great for our family of 3, new carpet in room, however, rest of room really needs to be updated really showing its age. We had a room that had a dog next door in the other room and it appeared the guest left the dog by itself for a time and the dog continued to bark and cry for about an 1 and 1/2 hours from 9:30pm-11:00pm... we were too tired to call and change our room as we were there for a funeral and worn out.

The hotel was nice. Great breakfast buffet. I stayed in the kitchen suite and it was very large with two bedrooms two bathrooms. The room was very nice and my family of 5 loved it. The only complaints I have were that for 300 dollars a night I shouldn’t see water damage in the ceiling tiles. Some general updates need to be made.

We were unable to check in to this hotel. We arrived at midnight and waited for well over 2 hours (along with multiple other people) and no one was working the front desk. We checked everywhere. Local police was even called yo come check things out. After waiting for over 2 hours we gave up and had to find another hotel to check in to for the night. Can provide police report number and case # with IHG hotels if required. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!

We got there to check in at 11:55pm. There was NO ONE at the counter. We waited for 50 minutes and then finally left to make the 3 hour drive home in the middle of the night. There were several other families trying to check in as well which also finally just left. Incredibly frustrated - have never had this experience. Will be expecting a refund.

We had a wonderful stay. Josh at the front desk helped us with our booking. Our beds were super comfy and the pool was the perfect temperature. Breakfast was great! Bill, was so kind. He even put on a little magic show for my daughters. We can’t wait to stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. We have always had a good experience. The only issues we experienced this trip was that the room door lock did not function. After several attempts to fix the key card, the actual lock on the door had to be changed. The service person was very prompt and friendly and took care of this issue. We do miss the hot tub at the pool. After a long day out, coming back to the hotel for that amenity was always looked forward to. Would like to see it put back. The shopping mall has declined substantially over the years and is no longer a benefit to the hotel, would not suggest anyone pick this hotel if that is an important factor.

When we checked in around 8:30pm, the front desk person was very rude and not helpful at all. We had reserved 2 rooms, under same last name, and asked to be right next to each other, also, advised we would be arriving late. When we checked in, our rooms were on different floors and at opposite ends of the hotel. When we questioned why this happened, we were told no note that we wanted rooms together and that since we checked in "so late" nothing could be done about the situation. When we questioned the person at the front desk the next morning, she told us she remembered talking with me and had she been on duty she would have put our rooms together. Not one time did anyone admit that there was a note on our reservation regarding wanting rooms near each other. We should have had some type of compensation, not just an apology. Breakfast area was small and very crowded, the wait to make hot food was long. The two people filling up food and cleaning away dirty dishes were working quickly, and were very nice, but they were running the whole time that breakfast was available. Suites were clean, but need upgraded. There were no usb ports in rooms, which was inconvenient.

Property was undergoing construction but the rooms weren’t too bad and the breakfast was pretty good. There is a shopping center about a 3 minute walk away but feels like a ghost town but does have some good food and restaurants.

We are local, and had family in from out of state, so we booked a room as well. We had no idea the location was so close to our venue and shopping was available right acroos the parking lot! Although we did not take advantage of the shopping, as we already shop at Fallen Timbers, our family did and they were happy l!!

We were at the hotel basically to sleep- room was clean and bed was comfy. We had to be out early next morning and Very disappointed that breakfast did not start until 7:30 and when asked if there was anything we could just grab since we had to leave before 7, the front desk said no. One of the reasons we chose this place was free continental breakfast and assumed that by 7 something would be available. Very disappointed as I would have chosen a different hotel should I have know this.

Feb 19th Morning. They had almost nothing for breakfast. I usually booke this brand of hotel for their breakfast offerings. Their waffle machine was off. Juice machine was off. Soda machine was off. No muffins No Hot water 2 things they were able to resolve are. No milk and no jelly. They need to be prepared for busy travel times like Presidents Day.

Checked in and had a reservation with Expedia. They gave me the wrong room so we had to come back down. The girl up front seemed new on nights and called for help on how to fix it. The rooms weren’t bad but when we finally got the correct room it smelled like strong onions or food smell and the bed was pretty hard. Cleanliness could have been better. Breakfast was free but not many options and dry. I would not stay again personally but it’s not the worst either.
