This is a fairly nice property, but there’s no one at the desk. They advertise from 2 to 10 but generally speaking there’s nobody at the desk. If you need assistance, you’re out of luck. The breakfast was simple, but it was very done.

You have to carry all baggage up a 1/2 flight of stairs to get to the elevator. Our room was directly above a noisy restaurant with live music.

Close to airport, in Fiumicino. It is an older property, well maintained,in the heart of town, close to a lively restaurant area. There is no shuttle, but a 25 euro (each way) taxi service can be arranged.

Small hotel on 2nd floor of property just off the street in Fiucmicino. Room was great, with a huge balcony. Even though it's a busy area with a restaurant underneath, it was quiet at night for sleeping. Room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Area is great with tons of restaurants and the local populace out and about strolling the river-walk or just eating and drinking. The hotel staff were wonderful as well. You do have to utilize a half flight of stairs to access the elevator. The balcony is wonderful for looking out to the river and people-watching. We booked this after a cruise for the one night before an early morning departure flight and we wished we could have stayed a couple more nights! Last, the hotel was able to arrange for our very early morning ride to the airport, which worked perfectly and this was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Domus Lina Hotel.

We had heavy suitcases, from a cruise and future extended travel and were required to carry them. Not usually a problem but in this instance not appreciated because of our heavy four suitcases. Parking on nearby street was easy.

The hotel is close to the airport but close to lots of restaurants. Nice balcony. Breakfast is extra and there is no hotel shuttle, which meant a 25 euro cab ride. Cab was on time (even early) and the room was clean and nice. Would stay here again.

This was like a B&B not a hotel. No one at desk very long need Digital number to entry. Room over busy Resturant very noisy at night. The lady who checked in me was very brisk and told me three times needed check out by 11:00 am. Area around has many great resturants. Good overnight stay if flying out FCO Rome. It’s a busy area hotels and restaurants.

The area is along an old canal with fishing boats which is lined with lots of nice restaurants. It was very lively in the evening. The hotel is a bit tricky to find as the entrance is behind a restaurant and rooms are actualy overtop of the restaurant. Was there on a Friday night and could hear music, although not loud, till 2am. Clean and comfortable. There was an option on the website for breakfast but were told when we arrived, that it was not available. Biggest con was that there was no coffee/tea in the room or avaiable in the main area. We had arrived to the airport on train. Taxis wanted 30 euros from the airport. Uber less expensive.

Hair on sheets (which were old) made me ask for them to be changed which I did with the help of the front desk staff. Walls dirty and chipped areas everywhere. Carpets were not cleaned. No safety deposit boxes. Overall I was glad I was there for just one night.

Liked that the room was very spacious and clean and well decorated. However, there was a small amount of mold in the corner of the shower that could have been scrubbed off with a toothbrush. Also, the shower door only covered half the tub and it was difficult to shower without getting water everywhere. we stayed here for one night because we had an early flight and thought it would be better to get a good nights sleep rather than get up so early and come from Rome. That turned out not to be the case. There's a green LED above the door that shines in your eye if you sleep on your left side. If you flip over to the right side there's a bright white LED on the A/C unit. It's like sleeping daylight. Then there were the fireworks that started at 11 p.m. and lasted about an hour. The only good thing about the fireworks is that their noise drowned out the street noise and loud pumping bass that was coming from the pub below our room. We were in Europe for 2 weeks. This was the least restful night's sleep we had there. Also, there's literally nothing to do in the town. If I were to do it all over again we would have just stayed over one more night in Rome, bit the bullet and got up super early and made the trip directly to the airport. It cost a fixed $55 Euros from Rome and they charge $25 Euros from the hotel to the airport.

Domus Lina is a quaint six room boutique hotel, with a very friendly staff, Daniela and Paolo. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. In addition, the continental breakfast in the morning consisted of apricot danish, various yogurts, different juices, fresh croissants, prosciutto, ham, and cheeses. The hotel is located near a fishing pier with various restaurants nearby. We were very impressed with our stay, which is conveniently close to the FCA Airport!

Is a nice family run hotel. Have stayed in two different rooms at the property. One room the shower is a little small and not as easy to use. The area outside can be noisy at night and on one night there was noise from children until almost 11:00pm right above the room. (It seems the floor above is where family resides). When trying to go to sleep for an early departure this could be a problem.

Perfect location near Fiumicino Airport! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was nice to have extras like a razor and toothbrush in addition to the usual items like shampoo. The host and staff are WONDERFUL! To easily find the hotel: from the main street (along the canal), it's just a few steps behind Follis restaurant, down a pedestrian-only street. You will find great restaurants, all within walking distance. Be sure to take a walk along the pier.

Beautiful place. Great balconey! The woman who cooked breakfast was so kind and friendly. Fresh fruit for bkst. Coffee made to order. She arranged a taxi for me to get back to the airport. I always worry about whether I’m going to be able to get a taxi when I need one and he was right on time. My only issue with the room was that there was not a lot of counters space on which to place things. The desk was small and there was not a chair sitting at the desk. But otherwise the room was great. I really loved the balcony and I sat out there studying during the day. You can see the water from the balcony and the restaurants are right around the corner.

I wish we could've stayed another night because this was a really nice hotel. It was spotlessly clean and having a little balcony was a bonus. The staff was very helpful both when we were there and also ahead of time in arranging a taxi to bring us to the hotel from an hour away, then again in arranging a taxi for our trip to the airport in the morning. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I come to Rome.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was good space and clean, bathroom was large and clean. The balcony was clean and large really nice to sit outside with great view. Pleasantly surprised at the nice room and outside balcony area was great to relax before heading to the airport. Host was very pleasant and nice, made our stay enjoyable with shopping and many dining options. Very convenient to airport, they arranged for private driver was just great! Love this place.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und mit viel Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet. Das Bett ist groß und sehr bequem, das Bad ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht - sogar Pantoffeln gibt’s. Herausragend ist auch die freundliche Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Dame an der Reception. Die Lage ist ideal: direkt in der Ortsmitte, fussläufig von Hafen und Strand und nur ein paar Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. In der direkten Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Restaurants, Cafés und kleine Geschäfte. Das Frühstück ist für ein italienisches Frühstück sehr gut. Ich komme gerne wieder!

A perfect choice for a short stay. Communication was very good, with WhatsApp. Instructions on how to get there and park. Lots of dining options in the immediate area. Pretty walk along the river front. A much better option than at the airport. They will arrange paid transportation if you need it. We had a room with a balcony, right out front which was nice, but noisier than others would have been. But the restaurant noise stopped about 11, so we were fine. Breakfast was adequate. Would recommend!

Loved this boutique hotel. Staff were fabulous, friendly and very helpful. Room was well appointed. Only issue was hot water pressure was not great but managed to work with it. The area had several dining options. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed here the night before leaving Italy to be close to the FCO airport for a very early morning flight. Daniela was helpful and kept in touch via WhatsApp before our arrival. Our room was lovely with a spotless bathroom, and there were so many great restaurants to choose from for dinner. Only downside was the restaurant/club/disco next door, playing loud bumping house music with loud guests going until at least 1am - it might have been later, but I put in earplugs and finally fell asleep. It was a Tuesday night so I was surprised! Everything else was great. Daniela arranged for an early morning taxi to meet and transport us to FCO, unfortunately too early to sample breakfast! We would consider this area to stay for a few days during the summer ... it looks like a fun coastal town.

After a 2 week visit we had a wonderful final day at this neat boutique hotel. Very nice area with good restaurants. Cold A/C. Daniela was warm and helpful. Arranged airport transfer was on time.

The room was very clean, VERY large in comparison with other rooms in Europe we’ve stayed at. Breakfast was very nice - the cappuccinos were wonderful. But the best part of our day was dealing with the very friendly front desk lady. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. She was very helpful and fun. Music downstairs at Follis was noticeable, but to us, certainly not a problem. Location on the boardwalk of a canal was very quaint and beautiful- especially the sunset! Loved the Domus Lina!

Daniella is a wonderful host. She was so helpful getting us from the train station in Rome to the property. Our train was delayed by over an hour and she kept checking in with us to get updates for the driver. She arranged for our transportation to the airport the next day. My only regret was we left too early to have breakfast as we had an early flight but it did smell very good.

Our stay was wonderful. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. The location was great with many restaurants nearby and right on the water! We were fortunate to have a balcony that provided an additional living space for relaxing and playing cards. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, but the complimentary coffee was so very good. We stayed 1 night at this hotel so that we were close to the airport. The lady working at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. She provided a homemade breakfast in the morning including a fresh loaf and tart. We were also able to store our luggage at the hotel after check out which was convenient.

This hotel was lovely! We weren't sure what to expect, given that it was in a very residential part of town. We stayed there because we had a flight the next morning and it was near the airport. Its a bit out of the way, you have to take a cab from the train station or airport, but its only 10 minutes. It turned out to be a beautiful room, friendly, helpful staff, and a wonderful breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We walked in to the lobby with the smell of fresh baked cake for breakfast the next day. Great location close to harbour for a nice walk. The travel to FCO airport was super easy arranged by the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are very spacious and our balcony was beautiful! The only concern about the area is that there is no reliable public transportation around. You will need to have a car to get to and from if you want to get to Roma. Other than that it’s a great beach town with lots of restaurants!

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und mit viel Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet. Das Bett ist groß und sehr bequem, das Bad ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht - sogar Pantoffeln gibt’s. Herausragend ist auch die freundliche Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Dame an der Reception. Die Lage ist ideal: direkt in der Ortsmitte, fussläufig von Hafen und Strand und nur ein paar Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. In der direkten Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Restaurants, Cafés und kleine Geschäfte. Das Frühstück ist für ein italienisches Frühstück sehr gut. Ich komme gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our one nights' say at Domus Lina. The property is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had lots of dining options to choose from and were pleasantly surprised that we were so close to the water and could walk past local fishing boats along the pier - talk about fresh seafood! We arranged to have breakfast at the property and it was fresh and tasty. The only downside is the lack of local taxis at the airport that will take visitors to the property/Fiumicino area. There are dozens of taxis waiting at the airport, but the drivers only take fares into downtown Rome (as they make more money on these fares at 50 euros a trip!) We waited in the local taxi line up (in the hot sun) for well over half an hour along with other travellers and not one local taxi arrived. Finally we talked a "Rome" taxi driver into taking us to Domus Lina for 40 euros. I would HIGHLY recommend contacting Domus Lina in advance for them to arrange an airport pick-up to take you to the property. They arranged our return trip to the airport the next morning which was much less expensive and less stressful. We would recommend Domus Lina...lovely property and a great way to end our trip to Italy.

We loved our stay at Domus Lina and the staff was very kind and helpful. We were surprised, too, that a lovely little breakfast (with excellent coffee!!) was provided. It is a trendy area with lots of restaurants and bars so be aware that it is a bit noisy in the evenings. We didn't mind it, though, and really loved the vibe. It is close to the airport and they arranged transportation for us, from the airport and to the cruiseport. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay prior to morning flight! My husband and I were warmly welcomed by Daniela and had a fantastic night's sleep! In spite of being in the midst of several lively dining options, as well as near FCO, the room was very quiet and comfortable. We walked along the fishing docks, on the drawbridge over the river, and dined at Cielo, enjoying excellent meals--the freshest seafood ever! Lots of couples and families were enjoying the area which felt very safe. We even had a lovely balcony with a double swing to enjoy the evening breeze and the sights below. (Our only hesitation, is the step down from the bed area to the door and bath. This could be an issue for older adults with balance/fall concerns.) Taxi service to the airport was arranged by Daniela for the next morning following a very good breakfast with homemade baked goods. We'll definitely return! Thank you, Daniela! Marion & David

A perfect choice for a short stay. Communication was very good, with WhatsApp. Instructions on how to get there and park. Lots of dining options in the immediate area. Pretty walk along the river front. A much better option than at the airport. They will arrange paid transportation if you need it. We had a room with a balcony, right out front which was nice, but noisier than others would have been. But the restaurant noise stopped about 11, so we were fine. Breakfast was adequate. Would recommend!

The breakfast was continental. The lady, I dint get her name was very pleasant & helpful. Also, she made an exceptional blueberry tart each morning. This hotel is on a boardwalk so theres numermous restaurants to choose from. Though it was hard to find simple spaghetti with red sauce & meatballs.

We were greeted by a nice friendly lady who was so helpful and answered the many questions we had. This hotel is a lovely location close to many restaurants. Highly recommend this unique property! Extremely helpful management, who prepared a delicious, full breakfast just for us 20 minutes ahead of time because we had an early departure. Staff was most acommodating. Staying here also allows you to see an interesting area of the city with several good restaurants. About a 15 minute taxi ride from airport.

One of our favorite properties in italy. We spend our last night in italy for each of our trips slways here. Danielle, who runs it is fantastic and treats us like family. They have just added brand new smart tvs in all the rooms, which is a great upgrade.

Not easy to locate, as our taxi driver dropped us on a different street. After a phone call, a staff member came out and found us. Lovely place, clean property. Only issue is that the lift does not come to the lobby level, you have to climb several steps with your bags to then take the lift up to your floor. Breakfast was available early and was simple but tasty. Room was comfortable and had all needed amenities. Only negative is that it is a 25 euro cab from and to the airport. But there is a string of wonderful restaurants a very short walk from this hotel.
