The Hyatt was great! Great location. The pool was amazing, even in November!! It has 3 different levels in the big pool and was heated to a nice temperature for November and the hot tub was spacious and wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The free breakfast was really delicious and something different the 2 days we started there.

Overall pretty decent. Comfortable room and bed. The continental breakfast better than most. My only criticism is they have a bar but all the “cocktails” are pre mixed and are terrible. The person behind the bar is not a bartender. Spoke little English and didn’t understand the Cosmopolitan was hideous and I had to argue with a manager to have it taken off the bill.

This is a great place to stay in Moab when everything is working. On the first full day of our stay, the pool was closed, and the TV was not working. We had to ask several times before it was fixed. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean, food is good, pool has a nice view, rooms are clean and they have entertainment for kids and a gym.

We booked a casita as we had a nice time in one before. This time we found that the light switches at the entry were broken and though they worked, it felt like the switch would break completely at any moment. When we walked in to the master bedroom we were surprised by a few cockroaches that quickly hid when the light was turned on. I am glad we are only staying for one night.

Visited Arches and Canyonlands NPs in March 2025. Hyatt Place Moab was a great hotel choice. Very close to the entrance of Arches NP and just north (but within walking distance) of the main drag in Moab. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was welcome and had good variety. We will likely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Great hotel! However, we likely had a "lemon" room. The fridge didnt work, which messed up our meal plans for the week. The mattresses were ok but on the lumpy, slumpy, bumpy side. We found rotating them helped. The floor was more comfortable than the couch mattress. The TV also had a poor signal

We love the spaciousness of the room, the comfortable bed, and how clean everything is. Also great if traveling with a pet. The breakfast is a full hot breakfast with many options and they have a cute bar area that also serves food. Love the hot tub!

I had a mistake booking my stay on May rather than June. The hotel general manager agreed to waive the penalty for not showing off on the wrong dates. Great service. I’m looking forward to stay in at the hotel in coming June.

New property, staff is trying. Free breakfast was worth what we paid for it. Close to the reasons why we came to Moab — proximity to the national Parks and other attractions. Clean and neat but staff failed to clean our room one day. Pool and hot tub are excellent.

Couldn’t enter the room as room card/key didn’t work. Went back for new card, that didn’t work either. Maintenance guy tried to fix it, but couldn’t. Then assigned another room, were we found table tops full of dust, bedsheets didn’t look fresh. Then moved to another room. The whole evening was ruined.Really terrible experience.

Great hotel. Okan was such a great guy in helping with our reservation. Upgraded me to top floor always presented us with smile and always attentive. You don't find that anymore these days. Dinner was great. Pool and spa was excellent. Other guests there were so super friendly. I will definitely recommend this to other people and will stay here again .

We stayed at the Hyatt Pl., Moab for four nights during the Moab music festival. Our room was comfortable, had a great view, and was very well maintained. The breakfast included fresh fruit and juices, as well as hot breakfast entrées. We use the filtered water dispenser for our water jugs as we headed out for hikes and music events. We had dinner one night at their bar and the food was good but not great and the bartender attenti was divided amongst several tasks so Service was a bit slow. It’s our only complaint from on otherwise wonderful stay. We have stayed in a number of Moab ends and Hotels over the years, and our stay at the Hyatt Pl., Moab was among the best.

Everything was perfect! From check in, the attendants were courteous and helpful. They suggested great restaurants to eat in. Our room was perfect. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We would highly recommend your hotel for visitors staying in Moab.

This place worked out great! The staff was awesome! Isiah at the front desk went over and above to help. He recommend a dog friendly hikes for us as well as helped me with the printer when I couldn’t quite figure it out. All the rest of the staff was very friendly as well

Location right on main highway but up on a hillside with a lot of traffic when turning into or out of facility. Facility and staff were clean and professional. Breakfast was mediocre at best for flavor and arrangement of breakfast bar too chopped up and confusing and difficult to access.

Great hotel, located a bit on the edge of Moab but wonderfully peaceful. Free parking and a great pool area. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming – I had expected more from Hyatt – but the staff were extremely friendly. Lovely rooms, we felt very comfortable and would definitely come back.

On north side of Moab, so avoids city noise and congestion. Easy to head out to Arches. Quiet, clean, comfortable, very good breakfast, easy check-in/out, very nice, courteous, helpful staff. Excellent place to stay for a visit to Arches National Park - or just to stay for any reason.

We dined 1 night, and the food did not match the menu description.. Grilled chicken breast on a ciabatta or some other fancy roll " Chicken was several slices of chicken and was served on white toast. I told our server, and after much discussion with her and a kitchen staff person, she removed the sandwich from my bill. We did enjoy the breakfast offerings

This place is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so friendly and the hotel is perfect. The breakfast every morning is different and the food quality is that of an expensive restaurant. I am now a Hyatt Place fan and will always seek out this brand of hotel.

Great property with clean, well appointed rooms and friendly staff. Located north of the busier area so not really walkable to get to restaurants, but it means that it’s also a bit quieter. Pool area is lovely and very welcome after a day at the national park. Room walls are pretty thin so I could hear everything in the hallway, but it wasn’t a big issue. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed while I was there which was a bit of a hassle, but other dining options are a short drive away.

Hotel was clean and updated. Breakfast could use some improvements. Would be nice if they provided regular sausage and not just the nasty vegan sausage. A lot of things were out and weren't filled very quickly so it really limited your options. The drinks at the bar were ridiculously high and the bar tender's english was difficult to understand.
