Very expensive without the service / facilities to match!! Lift out of order for whole 4 day stay. Breakfast granola bars and coffee!! Balcony nice but filthy. Room nice but absolutely no storage space at all. Had to request rooms cleaned 24hrs before! Ice machine on 4th floor out of order for 3 out of the 4 days.

It was a great hotel, rooms were very clean and smelled really good. staff was amazing and very friendly as soon as we entered we were greeted. The free parking was very convenient and very easy access . When staying here you need to check the Skydeck it’s such a vibe !

I can't believe you charge your customers for parking made an otherwise good experience down a notch...if you want the $ for Parking just ingrate into your room rate, it is insulting to charge us separately

Hotel was perfect for us, even though it was 2 miles from the pier and there are plenty of buses running, they didn’t seem very safe after dark. The sun lounger deck was nice but the furniture there and on the balconies needs replacing - that was the only thing that let the property down. Plenty of parking in the garage

Clean and quiet but a bit outdated. Comfortable bed but only multiple small pillows for a king size bed. Floors are all laminate with no carpeting or throw rugs to provide warmth for the space. TV was a bit small and located very far across the room from the bed and was not in high definition so the picture was dull and did not seem very compatible with the service provider. Hotel location was great right on Santa Monica Blvd so a lot of restaurants are within walking distance or a short Uber ride away. Good price for an area full of mostly high end options. I would stay again but would probably opt for a smaller room. Not set up particularly well for business travel but fine if you just want to enjoy all the area has to offer.

very friendly and helpful staff. This is an older building, but it is well kept although it probably could use a makeover at some point. Great location $10 day parking no frills just a comfortable easy place to stay at a somewhat affordable price. Very nice.

The rooms were very, very clean and comfortable. The lobby, hallways, the elevator and even the stairways were very, very clean. The bed was comfortable. I slept well every night I stayed. The front desk associates were very friendly, answered questions and made us feel welcome. The parking was safe, convenient and affordable, $10 a night. I have no complaints about this "gem" in Santa Monica and I\'ll stay there again.

The hotel was convenient and easy to get to. The room was clean and had plenty of room, a refrigerator and microwave oven. Parking was plentiful albeit at $10/day extra. The only real negative about my stay was the walls seemed to be very thin as I could hear someone snoring in the room next door and someone coughing consistently in the room on the other side of me.

We had a bigger 2 queen BR that was sufficient for the whole family. Everything was clean, quiet location. Just the breakfast was less than I expected as a typical low budget hotel breakfast. Overall it was a great stay for a few days!

Good room, recently refurbished at a decent price for Santa Monica. Well located near 405 and 10 freeways for access to LAX airport and downtown. Straight down Santa Monica Blvd, 23 blocks away is beach and pier. Can take bus directly there. Don’t expect much service at the hotel including for cleaning. Breakfast is very basic with breakfast bars and coffee.

The bed sheets had a little red in them, but the staff said it was bleach from the outsourced cleaning company. However, we asked to have this rectified and they took care of it w/o any problems. On the 4th floor you have an extremely nice view of the mountains and skyline.

If you're looking for a budget hotel in the area, this is it. It's an older building with poor insulation. If you're on the Santa Monica Blvd side, you will hear traffic constantly. The walls are also poorly insulated. You can hear conversations in the next room, and every time someone walks down the hallway or opens/closes a door. If you're looking for a quiet room where you can get some sleep, this isn't it. Breakfast is coffee, juice, and granola bar only and not until served until 7am. I will say the room was very clean and the guy at the front desk was friendly.

On March 16 2024 at 3am I was trying to checking, I offer to pay more money. Both employees were so rude and said no we can’t do that I don’t have an option for that. I didn’t get any explanation for this or a reason in why they couldn’t check me in. The customer Service is poor won’t even give a one star on top of that the lack of communication that’s given is also poor never again book with this hotel

My husband paid online but for some reason it was put under just his initials. The receptionist would not let us get the room because the name didn't match on my husband's ID. So at that point we were tired and just wanted a room. So we ended up paying again for a room. The receptionist was very rude. No care in the world that we just lost out on nearly $500 for 2 nights. The receptionist was very rude very unprofessional and very arrogant. No room service. We had to go to the desk to ask for towels and toilet paper. This guy "the receptionist" acted like we weren't even worth the toilet paper. I will never take my family here on vacation again

I do not usually stay at Days Inn....this one was super clean and centrally located in Santa Monica...close to everything...the neighborhood is nice..plenty of walking around the neighborhood is fine....not a fan of Santa Monica blvd in this area tho as it is dirty and ugly...but you are not at this hotel to hang out on Santa Monica blvd rith? The price is right...it was very clean and the staff from the front desk to the maids was very friendly. good deal for Santa Monica. the balconies are huge and definitely worth asking for if you just want to lay out in the sun or have a cocktail while getting ready to go out. Nice view facing west!! Would definitely book again.

The adoption of Wyndham guidelines for breakfast is curious. Most minimal "meal" I\'ve ever received at a hotel. Minimal nutritional value. Most likely due to effects of covid but we\'re past all that and all other hotels that provide breakfast have gone back to normal. I suggest that Wymdam do the same.
