Nice place to stay when visiting the university. There is no pool or breakfast (complimentary or to purchase). There is one restaurant connected to the hotel but nothing more. Rooms are big, roomy and got lots of bells and whistles. Also its very quiet. So very nice overall but not as nice as other nearby hotels though nicer than their neighbor hotel. So great middle of the road hotel

We stayed for a baseball tournament and the hotel was great! We used the gym and the washer/dryer. Definitely recommend for traveling sports teams.

The property was good. Hated paying for parking since I am paying an exorbitant amount for a room. The amenities were bad. The bar was closed as was the restaurant for renovations. That should have been a discount. But nope. The staff were friendly. The room keys did not work at first but they later resolved the issue at the front desk. The ice machines did not work on 3 of the 6 floors. We had no maid service on the stay which was 2 nights and had to ask the front desk for towels and toilet paper. They ran out of towels. Which said they wouldn’t have more until housekeeping came in an hour later. But we made it work. Overall cleanliness was fine. But the amenities were lacking.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained, only thing is that you have to pay for parking which is $12 a day and that adds up if you’re stay for a few days plus you have to pay to use the

Nice hotel, they were undergoing construction on the hotel restaurant but there are plenty of nearby places like Looney Pub, 2 blocks or so. Great food, lots of TV’s

Great location. The parking garage felt unsafe. The elevator was marked "dangerous". Walking up the stairs with luggage is dangerous. In the earlier morning, there are no corner mirrors to view any persons in the stairwell. Need better lighting and security.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. Very friendly staff. The parking garage is very close but the elevator has not worked since 2023. Unfortunately, the restaurant in the hotel closed two or three months ago. But there are options available elsewhere close.

We stayed while we were visiting University of Maryland, which was walkable. The room was great - modern, nice amenities, comfortable beds/linens. Parking was very convenient and we were able to keep our car there past check-out time. The only negatives were the restaurant being closed and there was a small amount of traffic noise during the night.

Very nice staff. Shower wasn’t super clean, and just a bad design. The blackout shade was too small to block the light of the neon Exxon sign from the gas station next door. The coffee station in the lobby should be leveled up.

Bed bugs in room 623. Complained after being bitten up and taking pics of the bites. Staff moved me to a new room in middle of night. Huge inconvenience, had to shower and wash my hair once there and then wash all my clothes that were in my suitcase and wearing on my body too. No one from hotel even approached me next day to discuss it or reimburse my stay. They need to close down and treat all the rooms with super high heat treatment. They should have immediately credited my stay.

The hotel was very nice but they used to much bleach in their cleaning and washing and i got very sick from it. Also a guest of mines got sich from it as well. I would love to go back to that hotel but not until they reslove that problem

Cambria was on point for all the stuff you look for when booking a hotel. With that being said I would not stay there again, unless I'm traveling alone. The bathroom had a barn door style sliding door with at least a 2 inch gap around all sides. You may as well not waste your time closing it. The lack of privacy was an absolute deal breaker. There were also other small weird design decisions in the bathroom. For instance because of the shower partition you have to be fully in the shower to turn on the water. So you'll be blasted with cold water until it warms up. And the toilet paper is behind the toilet. It's as if whoever designed the bathroom never used it.

Room was large. Shower was big enough for two people. Mirror in bathroom had Bluetooth to play music. Hotel is next to a CVS and a McDonald’s and across the street from other restaurants. Only minor issues was the black out shade wasn’t working properly and the ice machine was empty. They have parking but it’s $12 / night.

Nice hotel … very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff … would easily give 5 stars but the WiFi was down for 3 of our 6 days there, & it was like pulling teeth to get coffee for the room … they had run out of it by the time we left … we ended up going out & buying our own kuerig pods, so easy enough to fix, but coffee & WiFi are pretty basic needs in a hotel.

The room was clean enough. The bathroom has that 1/2 shower wall that keeps you cold and the floor damp. I did appreciate the soft towels and the different colors so we knew who’s was who’s.

I always stay in College Park when I am in Maryland on business. Of all the hotels that I’ve stayed at, the Cambria is by far the best option. This hotel has a classy beautiful design to it Every inch of this hotel is immaculately, clean, and new. Beds are super comfortable. Concierge staff Rayvan and Lia (please forgive me if I misspelled.) these two are absolute gems. They go out of their way for the guests and represent the high level of class for the hotel. Hotel should be proud of me still. I also want to mention James concierge who took care of me during the daytime help me with my office meeting preparation again above and beyond. The restaurant primetime: thank you for coordinating that amazing dinner for my staff with such late notice. Thank you for always keeping the kitchen open knowing that I was getting back at 10 o’clock every night with no food in town. Thank you so much to a bartender named Rush and Shannon This hotel is perfect for people that want a nice hotel on business without getting crushed with expenses. Thank you hotels.com for five to be such a fair plan. Anybody that goes to appraise your hotel is literally wasting money. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I will be back exclusively every time I work in Maryland.

We booked this stay for my parents while they were in town for Christmas. The service will horrible! First, they double charged our credit card and refused to help with reversing the charges of the double charge. After my parents checked in, the front desk staff then marked them as "no shows" and proceeded to give the room to another guest. As my parents were asleep in the room, this other guest, using a functioning key card, let themselves into my parents room and scared my parents. Later, once dressed, my parents went to the front desk and complained. They didn\'t receive a single apology. And because the front desk assigned the room and key cards to another guest, my parents were then left with non-functioning key cards. It took a very long time for them to get new key cards since they were marked as no-shows in the computer system.

We frequent the Cambria and typically never have issue, but this stay left us in a room with a faulty air conditioner on hot summer days. I reported the problem in the AM after our first night. At 6PM I had to again ask for someone to come fix it. Maintenance then came and got the AC running but the issue returned within an hour. We were never given an option to change rooms.

checking in was a little confusing as we had to wait for the manager to come in.. followed by our key cards being disabled EVERYday of our trip creating more of an inconvenience. lastly, our room was only cleaned the last day after me telling the front desk i️ requested it several times before. all in all, I️ probably wouldn’t stay here again based on our experience but decent hotel.

The Cambria is a clean hotel that is located about 1/2 mile from the University of Maryland College Park campus. The area us walkable and there are many food options close by. I would definitely stay at the Cambria again.

Clean, new property located within walking distance to UMD. The property had a restaurant on-site and several other restaurants nearby. Check-in was quick and the room was ready early. My only pet peeve is charging for parking for guests. Otherwise, I highly recommend.

The property is very modern but also a great place for those who have allergies. There is no carpet which is a plus for my wife. I was disappointed that there was no continental breakfast. I travel often both internationally and within the US. This is the first in as long as I can remember that there was nothing offered. They did have a Keurig single serve coffee maker in the room. It's a good thing because the one in the lobby charged $2 for a cup of coffee.

Great rooms and restaurant/bar - service at the restaurant was great and the food was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaints were room services did a terrible job and had to call back twice for not making the bed and then not bringing clean glasses. We also requested early checking of 2hrs and they wanted to charge us $50! Other than that we enjoyed the comfortability and aesthetic of the hotel.

Nice, new appearing hotel. Very convenient to the UM campus Room amenities are great The Primetime Restaurant and Bar is a nice touch. Unlike a lot of hotel restaurants, the food and service is solid Ice machines were empty, but it was homecoming weekend. That was no big deal at all
