Lovely hotel and front desk staff was great!!! So very helpful. We were there under terrible stressful circumstances and they were so helpful. Bar staff was less friendly and slow despite very few customers. Coffee shop was nice and convenient. Attached restaurant offered breakfast or dinner all day and was very good and very friendly, but expensive. As to be expected with the hotel/area. Parking is a pain. Valet is optional but is expensive. Two different prices given to us because of our vehicle size for valet. We checked the sign and confirmed the lower price was the correct one.

This is a great hotel! It’s situated right on the water front with excellent views. There are many in house eateries and some great perks! There was a free wine tasting in the evening and a $10 credit to put toward drinks or coffee. We skipped the valet and parked in the public garage just two blocks away. The room was modern, sleek, and comfortable. Loved the sleep sound machine! We will definitely be coming back.

I liked the spaciousness of the rooms and the eighth floor bar, the staff were extremely helpful, and I found the entire ambience to be very positive. I have two negative comments, 1 - that no robes were available and 2 - that there were no make up mirrors in the bathrooms. As a woman who travels frequently and uses hotels that rank at least a “4”, I believe these two concerns would affect my consideration when I came back to Vancouver.

Such a nice change from downtown Portland! Nice modern hotel with lovely rooftop bar. Waterfront is great, restaurants nearby and nice farmers market on Saturday. Good location to explore wineries and hikes along the Columbia.

Room was very clean. Decor was upscale and finishes were all classy. The view of the river was lovely. The staff was all exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the woman working the front desk very late at night. - The only available parking was valet, and there were practically no options for late night food. Disappointed by the lack of a balcony.

Have stayed here before. I did have a nice view and the front desk staff were helpful. This time, just didn’t get the experience I paid for. As soon as I pull up to valet, the employee’s eagerness to help left little personal space for me ti maneuver or breathe really. As soon as I walked in the room, you could see it had just been spot-cleaned in between several reservations. Wine glasses and the shelf they sit on were covered in dust. Streaky finger/hand prints along the desktop. There was someone’s urine on the rim of the toilet. Someone’s hair in the corner of the bathroom. Wasn’t enough for me to call and switch rooms. But it was enough for me to consider other options next time I want to stay on the Vancouver waterfront.

Room and hotel was very nice. I was surprised however that there was a layer of dust on the night stands and lamp that was so bad it looked like ash. Just expected more. Other than that it was a great stay. Best valets and very helpful!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another Perfect Stay at Hotel Indigo! This was our second stay at Hotel Indigo, and once again, it was nothing short of amazing. The room was spotless, the views were fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. One of the things we love most is how convenient the location is — plenty of food, wine, and whiskey spots just steps away, and the Saturday Market is always a fun adventure during our visits. Hotel Indigo truly makes every stay feel special. We can’t wait to come back for visit number three!

The property and amenities were generally nice enough, however there is a device on the bedroom and bathroom ceiling (likely the smoke detector) that blinked before right green all night. Worse, it didn’t even blink in an even pattern, but randomly. Additional, while there were blackout curtains, there is too much space at the top of the curtains so that the room was bathed in light by 6am, which was frustrating and disappointing. I will say that $45 for overnight parking in Vancouver WA is extreme.

Hotel was property has a lot to offer. Rooftop bar was great. Dining options for every price point from $$$$ to $$. The room was good unfortunately when I reserved I didn’t think about a corner room could be a city view. That city view was of a construction site and construction yard/parking. Which wasn’t noted on reservation site. The fan on low was like being next to busy freeway. Beside those items room was great.

I booked this hotel for my wife and I for a miniature getaway. We don't do this very often, so I opted for a nicer hotel in the newer Waterfront area with lots of dining options. When we arrived, we realized there was no onsite parking; we had to choose between paying $45 (not including tip) for overnight valet or parking on the street. We chose the street but there were no options all that close, so we had to walk 2-3 blocks with our stuff in the pouring rain. Once we got inside, the male staff member was adequate. He did his job and was fine without being overly friendly or talkative. The room was nice and spacious but we quickly realized it lacked some of the basic amenities you'd expect from a hotel: sufficient wall outlets, no paper/pen, and a terrible shower. It had an above head rain shower head with low water pressure, and no barrier separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom except for the shower curtain. After I finished and opened the curtain, I saw water all over the floor. It took 3 towels to sop it up. On top of all this, the room was noisy. They actually left earplugs for us with a note that referenced the noise from the street. There was no noise outside, but quite a bit above us. We were on the 8th floor and I thought it was the top floor, so I don't know what was going on up there. The décor and room was nice but it was nowhere near worth the cost.

I stayed one night with my husband on Saturday, March 19th, in room 212 at the Hotel Indigo in Vancouver, WA and forgot a $700 (Canadian) jacket in the closet with one of my husband’s dress shirts. We called the hotel and they forwarded us to a message line with their housekeeping department. However, no one called us back after we tried several times. Finally, a week later, I talked to the hotel assistant Manager, Jennifer Travis(sp.?) She told me that the things are gone from my room and no one has been in it since we left. (Except housekeeping.) And that was that. They stole our stuff and have done nothing to help us.

Beautiful location on the columbia river and surrounded by great restaurants. Hotel is beautiful and luxurious but what trully made this place stand out was how accommodating the staff were. I lost my wallet immediately before arriving and the bent over backwards to work with me on alternate means of identity verification so i could at least keep my stay with them while i worked on getting my wallet back. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room itself was good. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The view was really disappointing for the cost of the room. It was disappointing to be looking onto a construction site. I also felt like the staff was kind of dismissive, which left me feeling disappointed in my stay.

It was a beautiful hotel right on the river. There were great restaurants all along the river, but not great shopping. We went shopping a few blocks away, so everything we wanted was within a walkable radius. Great stay.

Excellent hotel, clean rooms, modern amenities, close to PDX airport and friendly/courteous staff. Noise level from airplanes flying above the hotel maybe tough for some customers but hotel provided ear plugs did the trick. Overall great 3 day stay at the Indigo hotel.

The hotel indigo was a dream - staff was super friendly and helpful and the place is brand new! Our room overlooking the water felt like we were on a boat. The pre order room service was perfect for our trip and the Witness Tree upstairs was fantastic. Overall amazing experience and would recommend to anyone!

We had a fantastic 40th birthday party for My niece at Indigo! Ahead of our stay we were assured we would have connecting rooms and we did! We've ran into hotels telling us we'd have connecting rooms only to be disappointed by not. No disappointments at Indigo! Everything was above and beyond our expectations! 13 coins restaurant was fabulous! 13 coins cafe was so convenient and wonderful! Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, quiet, and luxurious!
