Tides Oceanview Inn and Cottages

. The female at the office was nice. The room was clean. There is no pool. Every thing is too tall. The shower head is attached on the wall so high that I couldn’t adjust the spray or direction. The bathroom is so small that if you are a bigger person there is no way you are going to fit between the sink and the shower doors. There was not enough room for me to bend over and blow dry my hair at the sink. I had to turn sideways or hit the wall. There was about six inches from my knees to the wall while on the toilet. I’m 5’5” tall. There is no closet or dresser. There are some pets on the wall, maybe to hang clothing up? Who knows? Three hangers. Coveys are under the pegs like at pre school. No lighting near the only area available to put on your makeup. I brought my own mirror….thank goodness. No mirror at the table. I had to pick up the chair to move it over the throw rug each time I used it. No one checks on you regarding towels for future days of your stay, they do not tidy up your room or dump the trashes. I had a trash can directly in front of my room that was not dumped daily so it stunk and was very full. There are two chairs in front of each down stair room. I had people just randomly sit in the ones in front of my room and chatter very loud. I will not be staying there ever again.

Great experience, excellent location, super helpful staff. Didn’t love the beds or the pillows, but that could be very subjective, would definitely visit again.

Overall very nice hotel that is right by the beach, close to downtown, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend. Pismo beach is beautiful!

The stay here was very relaxing soothing and peaceful very close to the beach area quiet comfy for the pets and my boys love how clean and calm it was
