Very clean and fantastic location with views to die for. Great breakfast included. Incredibly helpful staff including one cleaning woman who found our daughter's teddy bear and saved the say by acting quickly to have desk clerk run out of the hotel to catch us.

We stayed two nights and had a very pleasant experience. Breakfast was very good and served in a lovely dining room overlooking the town. Restaurants and places to visit all very close by and convenient car park also very close. The hotel has some limited parking on site. We would happily stay again.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, well- located for exploring Innsbruck. Cannot fault it. Would very happily stay again!
