This hotel is very nice! And the staff was very friendly and helpful! The one thing we didnt like is we got this hotel because of the pool for something else to do with our kids and it was closed our entire 4 day stay.

After arriving at the property at 1:00 am, we were told the key card machine was not working and hadn’t been for the past 3 days. We were told that while we were welcome to stay, we could only get into our room with the help of the front desk and their master key. Meaning, we would need to be let I to our room each time we left by waiting for the front desk to let us in. We understand there are malfunctions with computer systems. However, 3 days is unacceptable in a civilized area. The remedy..we had to search out another hotel to stay in.. after a 4.5 hour drive, I wasn’t to pleased to be hotel hoping at 2:00 am!

The room was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. I let the desk staff know In the morning that the room smelt really musty or moldy. Breakfast was ok but not what was expected given the description. Lastly, I wish we would have known the pool didn't open until 10. The kids got to use it for about 30 mins before checkout.

Poor experience all around. The customer wasn’t put first from check in through check out. Unhelpful front desk. No water at breakfast, no hand soap in our room or the lobby bathrooms. When trying to swim, we couldn’t only one door to the pool worked with our key card. We needed to go outside and around to the back parking lot to enter. the pool ladder only had one rung- the top one. Unhelpful. The pool water didn’t seem treated. Even after setting up late check out our key card was deactivated at the regular check out time. I’m glad to be gone and home2suites has lost my business.

Pool was FREEZING cold

I liked that this facility felt a safe and quiet (other than some children being loud and playing out in hallway that their parents didn't seem to mind) place to stay. I did not like how at time of check in and check out (BOTH TIMES!) the entrance to the hotel was blocked due to others parking their vehicles IN THE ENTRANCE WAY, causing an inconvenience to others (including us) who were bringing their belongings into the hotel. We had to go ALL THE WAY AROUND to the handicap area to come up that way with our carts that carried our belongings. THIS IS UNCALLED FOR!!! There should be a sign posted on the posts at the entrance stating to DO NOT PARK HERE. All those individuals had to do was MOVE THEIR VEHICLE UP PAST THE ENTRANCE for others to be able to utilize the walkway. Upon arrival, a truck was parked, blocking the entrance for carts of those bringing in their belongings and all the person was doing was unloading their child to walk into the hotel! I asked this individual if she was almost done and was going to move the vehicle, but she said something nasty. Why didn't they just park in a parking spot or MOVE UP!? I even heard the mother who was unloading the child say, "This is the third person that has said something..." Yes, well, apparently she didn't get the hint from the first person that asked her! Inconsiderate.My mother was with me and she is 72 years old trying to push a cart with belongings!!!!! Management needs to address this issue!

Very nice room and overall property. Parking is tight, especially if traveling with a trailer.

GM, Shonda and staff were great. Very nice and friendly. Property water heater was not sufficient. Only warm water. We stayed four nights and did not receive any daily service. Extended stays like this usually offer every other day. Lack of those services scores good, not excellent. Other than that, it was excellent.

Room was great- bathroom needs more towel rods. The pool towels are scratchy hand towels!! The quality of towels should match the awesome quality of the room. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

Very clean. Pieces broken/missing from gym equipment. Elliptical needs to be serviced. Beds were VERY comfortable.

Room was not properly clean, carpets were pretty dirty, shower was not cleaned properly, walls had some food stains and bathroom sink leaking water

When I first arrived to my room I noticed a dirty towel on the floor. Had to go grab another bag out of the car so on my way back out I stopped at the desk and asked the gentleman at the desk how well they clean the rooms or how much attention to detail. I explained to him about the dirty towels on the floor and he did apologize and offer to change my room but I had worked all day, driven in pouring rain and was too tired to change rooms. He could have atelast offered to have someone come get the dirty towels but he did not. He was apparently ok with the dirty towels staying where they were. The next morning in the shower the prior person's hair was all over the shower and shower floor. Not good. Not happy with the stay or the lack of concern from the staff member. Will not stay again.

Foul smell in the second floor hsllway

Upon going into bathroom there were feces on toilet seat and under, hair and boogers on tile in shower. Food on wall. Horrible experience. I am still shocked at what I encountered at this highly rated hotel. Very disappointing abd an eye opener for me when traveling.

This chain of hotels is always reliable with amenities other hotels charge more then my budget for which is why I continue to stay at them. However with staying in them regularly you learn that some are better than others. Not that it makes them worse they just tend to not focus on what look for. For me this hotel lacked a higher level in cleanliness. Standard clean requirements but our rooms had wallpaper in the bathroom that really needed to be added to the regular cleaning list as it was filthy, as was the shower base platform and other less frequently cleaned items. These areas still need to be cleaned often. With that said the overall stay had no issues/negatives. The staff were all very friendly, attentive and easily found. The breakfast was one of the nicest we’ve had and that was mainly due to the staff that were providing it. A great reasonably affordable option and would certainly stay here again.

While the service at the front desk was great, the floors were dirty, hairs on the toilet in our room. Food on the floors in the hallway, in several spots down the hallway. Elevators stink and appeared to have some dried dog urine in them. The food this morning was cold with no microwave to heat the meat up with. Overall the worst Home2 we have ever stayed at and we always use Home2 because of the quality we normally get. This one in Savannah Richmond Hill is not the same quality.

Yes good breakfast roaches were found in the bed the kitchen the walls killed but not reported to tired

Carpet in our room was still damp from a cleaning and smelled musty.

When we arrived we were sent to a room that was out of order , had to go back downstairs and get a second room assignment and the second room was occupied, finally got a room on the third try. There was roaches in the room and to top it off a towel was folded as if it was clean and it was dirty.

We arrived at 20 pm to find that they had given the room I reserved away. We were forced to crowd into one bed. When they did move us to a new room the AC sounded like a lawnmower. I couldn’t sleep. My key card never worked. Each time I left my room I was locked out.

Tile floor was brown and greasy and the tv was blue amd the channels didnt work.

Breakfast is awesome the floors are too thin we're on the first floor we heard everything that was going on in the second floor and we were right by an exit door that slammed like holy hell so now I will not be staying there again

The carpet in my room was greasy. The breakfast is OK. Waffles, bagels, and toast were good. Anything with egg tasted rubbery. Staff was nice. I got an extra pillow and blanket with no problem. The door to my room didn’t latch all the time, so I had to slam it.

The room is fine but the shower head is getting old. It needs some maintenance because the water pressure is weak!

Televisions are out dated. They have a blue tint to them. We tried two different rooms and both televisions were the same.

The hotel is brand new and the rooms are suites - equipped with a kitchen and seating area separated from the bed by a curtain. We did not need this feature as we were there just to sleep that night, but I thought it was a nice amenity if a traveler was planning to stay a few days in the area.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. However, the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom was so noisy. We could not sleep. It sounded like we had a landing helicopter in our room and I believe the blower motor was shot. Our three young children were sleeping in the adjacent living room on the fold out bed and their AC unit was quiet like they should be. They had already fallen asleep when the unit failed and we did not want to wake them up due to the long road trip back Home. The next morning I took a video of the noisy unit showed it to the clerk downstairs and complained. We spent the entire night without an AC unit sweating and uncomfortable That was a week ago and I have heard nothing. It’s pretty sad that they can’t do anything for you While we got zero sleep and still had a 12 1/2 hour drive back home to Delaware the next day with three small children ages 2, 3 and 4. I will never be staying at this hotel again and we have stayed numerous times on our yearly trip to Florida .

From check in to check out staff was top notch

Got in an hour early, tried check in. Found the reservation, They would not let us check in early. Went to my daughter's house until 9 pm. Went back to the hotel, the desk clerk said she could find the reservation. Told her I was there earlier and confirmed the reservation and then she found it. Tried to charge me a higher price than what the reservation was made for, but adjusted the price after it was questioned. Had to cut the tripshort. Told them to cancel the reservation for the next night, they charged us for it anyhow. Now I have to go after a refund for the extra night. Breakfast was terrible, had to wait for food to be prepared and then it was cold, prefabbed convinience store grade items were served. Most of the stuff they served ended up in the trash can. It was overflowing with uneaten food.

We booked for a family that needed a crib which was advertised. We even called ahead to confirm there was availability. The day we showed up, we were told there was no such crib/pack-and-play and hasn't been one for a very long time. We had to go purchase one that day for the room. The room itself had yellow spots splattered throughout, the floor was gross, the door frames were coming a part and the bathroom door had no knob or way to lock. The room features a sign that says we would have our rooms cleaned and new towels every other day. We stayed three days and apparently the sign meant every OTHER other day.

Front desk lady was extremely rude.

We stayed for two nights. While the beds were comfortable, our room was not in the best shape. The tv had a blue tint to it, and the blackout curtain was broken so trying to cover it up was not easy. There also was a lamp that was extremely touchy and would turn off and on. All of that we could overlook, but when I went to get extra towels, twice, they had none. Not one in the whole building and I have a family of 5 with just 3 towels. Ok. Then we used the pool-their towel holders there were also completely empty-to which we were told you can take towels from the gym. Which there was like maybe 4 left and they’re gym towels are tiny. It was not a busy time of year-we were in the off season-so for this being a Hilton hotel to have zero towels?? Very disappointing coupled with the condition of the room. With all the options out there we won’t choose this hotel again.

Convenient location, comfortable spacious room and a Fairly decent breakfast. A nice retreat/stop during a long distance road trip. Restaurants and grocery store nearby.

Adequate stay. Couldnt stay for long but got good rest and seemed to be a nice location close to Savannah, but not too close.

We where passing through town on a long road trip. The hotel was clean and well cared for. There where lots of families. The area seemed safe. Front desk staff was friendly and fast.

Safe, quiet and convenient area surrounding the hotel. There are also multiple dining areas near the hotel that can be walked to.

It was very clean and conveniently located. Easy stop.

Good location to Savannah and Fort Stewart. Quiet and close to restaurants. The rooms need to either have the carpet replaced or shampoo it.

Breakfast can be ALOT BETTER!! Horrible options, but other than that it was phenomenal!!

We've been staying here since it opened and WOW has it gotten beat up. The shower knob is cheap and has completely broken but they have just left it. Breakfast got moved to 9am and 30+ people scrambled to feed their families while the staff hurried to lock everything up and shut down. Next year we'll be looking elsewhere, this isn't worth $200

This was our 6th hotel on a cross country trip and the breakfast was just okay. Out of the 6 hotels this one was the most disappointing. Nothing terrible but a lot of the hot food was room temperature. I think the thing that made it stand out as the most disappointing breakfast of the trip was the staff. They seemed unhappy to be there. Also as a side note the elevator and hallway on the fourth floor felt as though no air conditioning was on, very hot and stuffy.

The room was comfortable and clean, and service was excellent. My only complaint was breakfast. The meat and eggs didn't look very good, so I had a waffle... BUT, the waffle batter was weird - some kind of whole grain thing, I think. It didn't cook very well, and the consistency seemed under-cooked. I ate it anyway, and got sick later that day. I don't know for sure the waffle made me sick, but I DO know it was undercooked, tasted funny (and there were no knives to cut it with, by the way). If I stayed there again, I would skip the breakfast and go get donuts down the street.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was terrible for quality. Coffee was not good. Water dispenser in gym was overflowing. Nothing but fast food restaurants nearby. Bathroom was too small.
