Easy check-in, pool was open until 10, 24 hr fitness, great breakfast, easy parking. The person who checked us in, was busy--hotel was full and she was alone--but took the time to be personable, professional, speedy with the check-in process. A little mold in the bathroom, water pressure was low in the shower are the worst I could I find to complain about. Would stay again.

The room was much bigger than expected and beautiful! Only problem was there were a couple of things missed by a vacuum before us - a toenail and a corn nut on the floor in the bedroom which was a little gross. The pool’s chlorine concentration was a little strong so my eyes were burning even just sitting pool side. Nice, shallow but small pool. Front desk was nice. Breakfast was very yummy! Overall though I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed 3 nights with family of 4. One of the cleanest properties we've stayed at. When we went down the hallway of our hotel room, it smelled of cleaning chemicals which was nice to know it was cleaned and not musty. Air conditioner in room was cold. Bedding was fresh on beds. Mattresses were not the most comfortable, but cleanliness of the room made up for it. Breakfast was great. Lots of options and was constantly refilled to not run out of hot or cold food options. We utilized the washer and dryer on site. Was affordable, but there was no option to purchase detergent. Dryer didn't get hot enough to completely dry our clothes. Check in and out was a breeze. Friendly and attentive staff. Would absolutely stay here again.

Had a great stay and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Our only complaint was parking. There was absolutely zero parking when we got back from a concert and that was due to semis and or trailers taking up multiple spaces:( we had to park over at the tru Hilton hotel and walk over.

Great Stay! Our family came out and visited us in the hotel Lobby. Our room could not accommodate us all.But everything worked out My brother was especially comfortable in the lobby. He is a double amputee so he is always conscious about taking up space with his wheelchair! The staff treated us respectfully and made sure we were comfortable!. The1 thing the pool was not in good shape and closed during our visit. So my grandchildren did not get a chance to enjoy it. However, they went to the beach the following week!

The only complaint was that there was no parking when we arrived later in the evening. There was a bus that took up 6 parking spaces and a pick up truck with a boat on a trailer that also took up 6 parking spaces. There should be a specific area for these type of vehicles. I had to park along a curb in front of the entrance which was Ok’d by the front desk personnel.

We stayed for 4 nights with a family of 7. They were able to accommodate our large family without having to spend tons of money for an extra room. They serve breakfast, while it was the same options everyday it was delicious. Houskeeping tidied up everyday while we were gone. No smoke smell or loud noises during our stay. The pool is only about half the size of a normal pool but it was fun for our family. Great stay!

It Is a nice hotel just bathrooms needs to be more clean, water wasn’t going in bath tub and sheets and cover sheets were duty with blood spots. But besides this incident staff was really nice and respectful. Breakfast was delicious. Nice and modern building!!

Property couldve been cleaner. The TV picture was blue and we couldnt get it changed. Our bathroom door did not lock and the sink plug did not work, wasnt even hooked up.

Holiday Inn Express never disappoints. The room was comfortable and large. The mini-fridge could have been a little larger. Also the door to the room stuck and you had to push it to force it to close. Other than that it was a great stay.

Room is comfy , pool was cooling , kinda surprised at the $50 deposit my website didn't say anything about. Breakfast good, room good. However do not get a room above the lobby. You hear their music for the lobby ALL NIGHT LONG. Sounds like a jam session. Didn't get a lot of sleep at all. Besides that pretty good. DID like the full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. and Dove! Night light in bathroom was great for us to see by.

Nice average hotel. Door to bathroom was a sliding door with no lock and 22 month kept opening it with other family members in it and without them too. Finally just had to hold her constantly. Also, trash cans very small. Not large enough for a family and kept overflowing.

The hotel was cleab abd updated and I have now stayed there more than once. My only complaint is you can hear a lot of road noise all night, maybe because the windows are so big and not soundproof lol. And people in nearby rooms walking around sounded like stomping from my room was not what I'd prefer, but other than that no complaints. I travel overnight once per month for work and have tried out a variety of different hotel chains and so far I have found Holiday Inn beds to be the most comfortable. I prefer to book there because I dont want a rock hard mattress! Several hotels have super firm mattresses that I can't sleep well on but holiday inn is a little softer

I arrived shortly after 1 a.m. after 13+ hours of travel to find the front desk completely unattended. I waited alone in the lobby for over 90 minutes with no staff, no access to my prepaid room, and no security. The alarm panel was beeping with a flashing trouble symbol, and I walked the hotel calling out “Hello?” multiple times. I even recorded video to show it was vacant. There was a handwritten Post-it with my name, confirming they knew I’d arrive late. I had also called earlier to inform them my flight was delayed and was assured check-in after midnight was fine. While I was on the phone with customer support trying to find another hotel, they called the front desk, and I answered since no one else was there. Well sometime after that, the front desk attendant finally returned. Instead of apologizing, he was rude, aggressive, and intentionally intimidating. He said I had an “attitude” and even told me to “just go” because he didn’t like how I handed him my ID. He said I was “late for check-in” and he “didn’t have to give me a room,” despite knowing I was coming. Other staff had been great, but this experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unsafe. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I arrive over an hour after check in started, but was told there were no clean rooms for me to check into at that time and they had no idea how long it was going to be until one was. I was a long way from home with no idea what was in the town but really just wanted to relax after a long day of traveling. No accommodations would be given or offered for the huge inconvenience and the fact that I waited more than 2 hours after my arrival to be able to have a room. The corporate number was hateful and no help either

After going back to the front desk, was told that the suite that I booked was not available and the hotel was completely booked so they could not accommodate me. No communication offered. Holiday Inn never seems to disappoint! Hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable! Pool was nice and clean as well. Breakfast was delicious! Close to Southlake Mall and plenty of food options! Just a mile or so down the road from Albanese candy factory too!

This was a nice place near the highway and close to a mall with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The baseball tournament fields were only 9 minutes away. There was a good breakfast and the location was safe and clean.

It was a wonderful stay. Only one night for a concert in Chicago. The price made to drive in and out of the city worth it. Front desk staff was kind and cheerful. The condition of the room was to be expected of this level of hotel, not perfect, but not bad. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, even more so than pricey hotels. Same with the sheets, so e of the softest I have ever felt. Breakfast was okay, serviceable. All in all, a great stay for the price, better than expected for sure

Five stars for cleanliness and quiet but 0 stars for breakfast. Very disappointing! No coffee. Regular or decaf. I had to ask twice. Two employees standing at the front desk visiting. No scrambled eggs or sausage. The biscuits were old and hard as a rock. Too bad. I won’t be back.

I would have the breakfast start earlier.....at like 0600, like other hotels. It's not a complimentary breakfast if people have to leave at a normal time and have to go purchase breakfast because you serve brunch, not breakfast.
