Breakfast included was great. It was full breakfast. Staff were friendly. Mattress was really comfortable and bed sheets were really good quality. Location was very convenient with Peel station. Also you can walk into beautiful Mcgill university campus. I will stay at this hotel again. Also there is coin laundry in the building.

Central location. Hot buffet breakfast was adequate. It can get busy but line moves fast. Room, 2 beds studio, is very spacious. The only cons is that the elevator is slow and small.

Very central hotel near shopping, station, restaurants. Nice large suite with kitchen. Gym. Breakfast a bit hectic at peak time but had a decent selection and the breakfast staff were working very hard to restock and clean. Full credit to them.

Unfortunately the property is under renovation and a lot of noise in the front desk area. The elevators are small and some were not working. Waiting time was longer than expected. The location is pretty good, near restaurants, metro and more. That was a great advantage. The room was clean, comfortable bed.

The staff are extremely professional and very responsive, the rooms though is another thing , very small beds, bathroom doors are slide with no locks, the hotel has no pool or hot tub, parking is offsite and very crowded as it is shared with the public , has very tight (dangerous if anything) entrance so if you have a large SUV be very careful as you may end up scratching your vehicle.. other than that their breakfast is really good, they have variety and a waffle maker.

The staff and location was excellent. The room had daily cleanings which is great however the bathroom shower had a odd smell and the shower head had some mold/mildew. There’s also major construction happening on a building parallel to this one. So it may be a bit nosey if you’re near the bottom half of the building.

The hotel is well located for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was large although the decor was a little tired. Breakfast was excellent however the dining room was very busy each day. The laundry room was much appreciated. New and well maintained machines.

We got our stay upgraded without being asked which was great! Boosted up to the 23rd floor along with a complete suite. Staff were super friendly and helpful- walked us through every step along with confirming our payments. Only staying with Marriott from now on.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, great location for metro and shopping downtown. Properties around were under construction which made mornings noisy. Elevator in property was under construction which created elevator backlog. (Nothing property could do but maybe a good idea to let customers know in advance.) Our only issue with service the whole time was that we called down for toilet paper and it took over an hour to get some. Hubby ended up going down to the desk instead. Overall a great 5 day stay.

Room initially offered to us had a continuous loud noise which would interfere with being able to sleep. We notified the desk and as we were earlier than the normal checkin they allowed us access to the original room until a new room was cleaned and available. We were given a new room in about 20 minutes. Excellent service

We were very satisfied with the room in pretty much all aspects: very clean, with all amenities we needed, quiet, spacious. The breakfast menu was excellent with pretty much all the healthy options we enjoy at home (fresh fruit, yogurt, warm oat meal) in addition to favourites such as freshly prepared waffles. Everyone in the staff was not just polite and courteous but warm and welcoming in all our interactions.

This may be our new favorite hotel. The rooms are remarkably quiet! It is near many attractions and public transportation options. Montreal is a very walkable city, and this hotel is in exactly the right spot. The staff are polite and helpful, and the morning breakfast buffet is amazing! If you are going to Montreal, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, our room was impeccably clean. The only negative was the tiny size of the dining room to such a large establishment, not being able to accommodate their guests to the “free breakfast included”. Guests were lining up to at least fill a plate to bring to their respective rooms. Too long. We bypassed and went to the restaurant next door for a wonderful experience.

The property was fine and clean. We booked because it had breakfast included; however, the breakfast area was overwhelmed. The lines were too long (20 minutes to access any food station), not enough seating, the set up of the food was inefficient. We had time restraints so another person kindly let us butt in and grab a piece of fruit and yoghurt.
