Cannot beat the location!! Place was very comfortable, clean, good deal, and great communication and flexibility. Any issues that came up were attended to quickly. No elevator but not the end of the world and worth it for the location! No kitchenette in suite 302 but nespresso machine in room and in communal kitchen in hallway if needed which was nice! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

It was a wonderful place to stay. I think though if you have walking problems the stairs might be tough while carrying heavy suitcases. But the folks answering emails do remind us if we need help they can get help but to give them time to respond and get someone to help. My son and I had a great visit and made wonderful memories touring Montreal.

This place is a hotel without reception desk but all the self check in instructions are written very clearly. Definitely a hidden gem in old port Montreal, close to everywhere. Room is lovely with many amenities, I've been to Marriott and Hilton and this place is no different quality wise. The only thing is parking during events can be super difficult, but there is this underground parking called Complexe Chaussegros-de-Léry that was $20 for 24hr, and maybe 3-4 min walk from the hotel.

The small hotel was in the perfect location in the Old Port. We walked everywhere. There are great restaurants and bars right there. The Italian restaurant attached is wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and kitchen on the floor very accommodating with large fridge, cooking available and tea/expresso.

Chambres spacieuses, décorées avec bon goût, et emplacement parfait. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces aspects. Cependant, certains éléments ont nui à notre séjour. L’acoustique de la chambre était problématique : nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans la chambre 403, comme s’ils étaient avec nous. Leur horaire plus festif a malheureusement affecté la qualité de notre sommeil et de nos deux journées sur place. À noter également : il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, ce qui peut être important pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou avec des bagages lourds. Enfin, nous avons remarqué que certaines portes d’issues étaient maintenues ouvertes. Pour des raisons de sécurité, il serait préférable qu’elles demeurent fermées afin d’assurer l’intégrité des séparations coupe-feu et la sécurité des usagers. A big WOW for this absolutely adorable accomodation. It was everything and more. Spotlessly clean, super comfy bed, duvet and pillows. Loved the extra touches like robes and slippers. Best in room coffee too. Hosts were great texting me and very easy access since there is no reception desk. Excellent location too. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful location. The property manager was responsive to having our bathroom cleaned - there was something on the floor that may have contributed to an odd smell. The unit would be perfect if they would consider replacing the carpet in the living room, putting high quality new large towels in the bathroom (the bathmat was quite frayed and towels were thin) and having a better mattress and bedding. Great stay for a young couple or for short stays.

Lovely, clean room with good amenities for making your own snacks if needed. The shower head was so clean I could have used it for a mirror. A minute from the restaurant area in downtown, but far enough not to be too noisy, although earplugs were provided! Very happy, would definitely stay again if visiting Montreal.

It wasn't clear that there would be no lobby or staff, just a code to enter and a code for the room. There is no elevator and the staircase is narrow. The lobby and staircase were worn appearing. The location is outstanding - could not be better. The room was terrific- clean, uncluttered and everything was in great condition. Now that we know it, we would definitely stay there again.

Great location, the girl in charge of the place was absolutely incredible. Very helpful and kind. The only downside was no closet and shower too small where i could not shower without hitting the walls. Also needs new pillows.

The room has a sink, mini fridge and microwave, as well as an electric tea pot and small nespresso machine. They think of everything—space heater, Bluetooth speaker, dishes, a comfy chair and little bar area to eat. The location is perfect, right in the middle of shops, restaurants and cafes.

The room is great, the hotel is quaint but there are parts under a little bit of constitution. You have to communicate your needs with staff via text or email but they’re extremely responsive and accommodating. The area is fantastic and the easy access to the metro for the Canadian Grand Prix is a bonus.

Location!! Beautiful location just a block from restaurants, shops, etc This is more of an apartment complex than hotel as there is no reception or lobbies. But it worked perfectly for us. Check in was smooth. You can park right in front, unload luggage and then park car. Room was spacious. The kitchenette was down the hall. Coffee in room. 3rd floor, no elevator, but was not an issue for us. Warm bagels in the entry area in the morning was a nice touch. Comunicación was excellent . We walked everywhere. Highly recommend!!

Very well equipped, had everything we need plus things we didn't even know we needed! Info to access the property was straightforward and although there is no check in desk or anyone on site, the communication is good so I'm sure if we had needed anything it would have been done promptly. The croissants in the lobby every morning were a nice touch. Excellent place to stay!

Super clean and comfortable room. The remote check-in was easy and convenient. Because the building is historic and the road outside is paved with cobble stones, every car driving by is quite loud, but the hotel thought ahead and provided us with earplugs if we wished to use them. Would absolutely stay there again.

The location is beyond compare. Even being located in the heart of wonderful streets of Old Montreal, the accommodations were quiet, spacious and cozy. We had a wonderful stay!

It was very good value in general. Well situated, clean, stylish and comfortable. We would have appreciated an elevator…my husband uses a cane and found the stairs challenging. We didn’t like the garbage removal that went on for 90 minutes starting around 6:00 am on a Sunday!!! The hotels in the area should complain to the city.

Great hotel, felt like an apartment in the city! Excellent location, walking distance to everything! Lots of nice restaurants, cafes and things to see and do near the hotel. I would stay here next time I’m in Montreal.

I was disappointed that the complimentary croissants were just left in a bowl in the lobby so that some guests did not get any as others would take them all. There should be someone giving them out or they should be delivered to each room.

Location!! Beautiful location just a block from restaurants, shops, etc This is more of an apartment complex than hotel as there is no reception or lobbies. But it worked perfectly for us. Check in was smooth. You can park right in front, unload luggage and then park car. Room was spacious. The kitchenette was down the hall. Coffee in room. 3rd floor, no elevator, but was not an issue for us. Warm bagels in the entry area in the morning was a nice touch. Comunicación was excellent . We walked everywhere. Highly recommend!!

Very well equipped, had everything we need plus things we didn't even know we needed! Info to access the property was straightforward and although there is no check in desk or anyone on site, the communication is good so I'm sure if we had needed anything it would have been done promptly. The croissants in the lobby every morning were a nice touch. Excellent place to stay!

Lovely, clean room with good amenities for making your own snacks if needed. The shower head was so clean I could have used it for a mirror. A minute from the restaurant area in downtown, but far enough not to be too noisy, although earplugs were provided! Very happy, would definitely stay again if visiting Montreal.

The small hotel was in the perfect location in the Old Port. We walked everywhere. There are great restaurants and bars right there. The Italian restaurant attached is wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and kitchen on the floor very accommodating with large fridge, cooking available and tea/expresso.

Great place and close to everything in Old Montreal. Very clean. Great comfortable bed and nice small touches. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. No ice on-site and no parking but lots of parking options in area. As long as you’re aware then no problem. The proprietor answered any questions immediately thru text or phone call if preferred and check in was seemless. Self check in.

Easy check in. Large clean, pretty room and bath, well serviced with lots of included thoughtful items. Mini kitchen for coffee, heat ups and with fridge. Nice bed and linens. Extras like umbrellas and yoga mata to borrow. Close enough to meteo to walk.

Great room in the heart of the old city. Comfy bed and they've thought ahead for anything you might need. They’re virtual concierge checks in to see if there is anything you need. Appreciated the black out blinds, comfy bed and the coffee and croissants!

A big WOW for this absolutely adorable accomodation. It was everything and more. Spotlessly clean, super comfy bed, duvet and pillows. Loved the extra touches like robes and slippers. Best in room coffee too. Hosts were great texting me and very easy access since there is no reception desk. Excellent location too. I highly recommend staying here.
