The parking lot it get full fast

The room was clean, the staff (Ramona) was very courteous. I didn’t get the name of the person who checked us is but he was courteous as well, there was plenty of parking space, laundry room was clean

Solid place the crew that runs it is super caring and friendly. Parking is tight they are a super nice group.

Tried to buy a water at the vending machine, on the machine it says 3 dollars, but I was charged 7.5 dollars, and the water didn’t even come out the first time, had to buy the 2nd one for the first one to come out. Very bad

Parking was safe and easy

The room was large and clean. It was fine for one night. Beds were a bit firm, but fine for one night. The housekeepers were kind enough to help us down the stairs with our luggage because we were on the top floor and I don't believe they have an elevator. We were looking for a decent room for one night at a good price near the Port of Los Angeles. This was fine for our purposes.

Like the convenience of the property and the washee and dryer facilities

Very roomy large room very nice and clean. What we did not like is carrying 5 luggage bags up a lot of steep stairs but once we did get up there the room was awesome. Still we are finding nobody puts at least one pen and a pad for making arrangements very simple addition to be even better. Overall a great experience for which we had chosen to be close to cruise pier.

Staff was great at check in, Room was big and clean. Plenty of room if sharing room, mini fridge and large mirror. Only ok thing was parking a little tight. Don’t let the area scare you off, older neighborhood.

Check in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. (The metal bases on the beds were a bit annoying, as we kept accidentally kicking them and making noise that we thought would bother the neighbours). The courtyard parking was a little tight, but worked out. Good spot for quick access to the Catalina Express Ferry in the morning.

The room was amazing, super clean and elegant. I was surprised how beautiful it looked.

There was sticky stuff on the floor and bugs (gnats and a cockroach).

Dirty, had black hairs in our shower when we got in Rooms are pretty run down - loose times on the floor The microwave didn’t work but the owner / manager did replace it Not the greatest or safest location as well

Updated, clean, good parking, perfect for an overnight business trip. Definitely recommend.

Road noise bad! Fridge and mic but no coffee maker. 🙁Tried the reception coffee, yuck. Room clean but had to ask for 2 pillows as only 2 on bed. Looks like the are updating rooms. No carpet, new tiles in bathroom, new window shutters.

Property needs some attention. Bed mattresses are broken with springs creaking. A/C is noisy and rattling. All night hearing dogs barking, car horns/alarms going off.

Underpriced, nice big rooms, comfy beds, clean and well located

Recently renovated tub was ungraded to a walk-in shower bed was comfortable. The staff person on duty was friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Close to World Cruise Terminal. Overnight stay on Pacific Coast Highway. Nothing fancy. Very basic, older building, but clean. Spacious double King-size beds. No complaints.

I was pleasantly surprised. Glad to have no carpet- I can't remember if flooring was linoleum or not but it was clean. Everything looked recently remodeled, bathrooms had tile on floor and walls, though a bit rough around the edges. Room was large with 2 king beds, refrigerator too. I can't remember if it had a microwave oven since I didn't need one. Several places to eat nearby.

room was nice, clean, nothing was broken but internet was crap has a weak signal, couldn't watch a movie with out buffering and there are barely enough parking spaces but overall its good

The girl at the front desk was super nice. Check in was at 3pm and we got there at 8 pm. She saved the room for us. We had gotten the 2 king size beds room. It was huge really comfortable and very clean. It had microwave and fridge. Very spacious room.

This was a nice small motel with competitive pricing. Staff was very friendly. Room was on the small side but had everything one needed. There was on-site free parking. A few small complaints: - my room faced the PCH and was loud, could have used better sound insulation. - Bed did not have a blanket(!), more of a top sheet (did not find any blankets tucked away in room). It therefore got chilly. Could have turned on heater, but that's also loud. - Wifi internet was spotty in my room. Would have decent connection, that disconnect for 5-10 min at a time. It did this the entire 2 day visit. - Shower water only got warm, not hot. If you stay, make sure you ask for blankets plus room not facing the highway.

The couple that run this place are AMAZING! Super nice and friendly! It was so easy to check in. Room looked and smelled good. Food and stores close by and just an all around good experience!

No one was there. I could not check in. I called repeatedly for 2 hours. Stranded in the city now. Awful experience

Very clean and prompt helpful front desk. Would stay in the location again for the next time im in town, cause man what an upgrade for the price.

This is an actual good stay here and it is clean. BUT BE CAREFUL !!! The woman at the front desk takes your card information down for a deposit if you were to damage the room or anything in that nature. I left the room perfectly fine and she charged my card anyway. I asked her 3 times was she going to charge me anything else because the room was already paid for through Expedia she said no. But later charged my card. So just be cautious

We’ve stayed at this Travelodge multiple times when visiting family, and it’s always a great experience. This weekend we booked two rooms again and the staff went above and beyond. They were extremely friendly and helped us switch my mom’s room to downstairs because of her mobility issues, and adjusted my room too. The rooms were immaculate, and it’s clear they’ve been recently updated because they looked even better than last time. I highly recommend this Travelodge to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

The managing staff went over the top to welcome us for an early check in. They even offered to carry our luggage to the room! I suspect the managers are also the owners so they want to ensure this will be a successful business. They are on the right track as the hotel was entirely booked that night!

Staff are fantastic! The property is a little dated, but very clean. Lovely little fridge and microwave in the room. There are not many places to eat or shop for necessities near by, and the neighborhood feels rough with lots of homeless peoples wandering about the streets nearby. Im not sure how safe we felt walking around with our kids in tow. If ypu need a reasonable priced clean place to stay it does the trick. Pack something with you to eat so you don't need to go out.

The room was not clean. Not much more to say except the noise from the road and the air conditioning. The staff helped when asked. Not a good location.

Stayed one night before our cruise. Location was close to the Port of Los Angeles. Room was large and spacious for a family of 4.

The area is very commercial, off the busy Pacific Coast Highway.

We needed a one-night stay close to the San Pedro cruise port, and didn't want to break the bank so we chose this property. We arrived around 1pm and expected to be checking our bags, but our room was ready, which was a pleasant surprise. The motel is in a sketchy area. There was a pile of trash and junk in one corner of the lot which was weird. If they're remodeling, they should get a dumpster. Room was a good size and smelled like bleach when we arrived. The tile floors seemed dirty, like a dirty mop was used. Bed was decently comfortable. We left for the day to spend time with a friend who lives in the area. That evening on our way back to the motel, when we were just a couple blocks away, the power went out on PCH. We arrived to the motel around 7pm with the sun down and no power. We sat around for awhile hoping power would be restored/trying to figure out what to do, then decided to try and switch to another motel. We were working with Expedia customer service for about an hour and we were about to secure another room (now 9pm) when the power came back on. Two hours wasted, but we were thankful we didn't have to move motels which would have included an Uber/Lyft. Overall it worked out, but not sure we'd stay there again based on the neighborhood.

Ok for price and what we needed for basiclly just to spend the night since our flight arrived late. Hotel is pretty clean and rooms were surprisingly nice with 2 large king beds but aurrounding area was pretty unclean but this is not hotels fault. Just not best side of town but pretty close to.port so thats what we needed.

Room very clean, staff was friendly, helped me when I arrived early. If you have to visit Harbor City, this was a safe quiet stay.

Our room was next to the street. We got to hear semi trucks, motorcycles, and everything else roar past our window. Didn't get a wink of sleep.

Good location for our pre cruise stay

It was a short stay to be close to Long Beach. Room was spacious and clean. Check in process was fast and simple. Close to many food places.

Pros: Owner was gracious enough to let us check in early to put our things away, as we had a very long day ahead of us and would not return until very late. Room was very clean, safe parking, micro, and fridge in room. Many food options nearby. Cons: Very thin walls, older hotel, no view or nothing at all fancy, if that's what your looking for. We would return in a heartbeat for the price point and owner friendliness.

Great place to stay, easy access, great dining close by and in good shape

The room was clean and looked like it was updated not too long ago. Bed was soft, clean linen and clean bathroom. A/C worked good. Good location for my weekend stay. Close to long Beach and Rancho Palos Verde and LA. Fresh coffee in the lobby. Great stay!
