The room was bigger than most other hotels. Big size bedrooms🛏 with lots of room to move. Lots of car parking,🚗 however there was also a lot more cars about in the morning.🚗🚙 Good size bathroom with bath and good size shower.🚿 The room was quiet. Average stay for the price, you could find better elsewhere. We booked a "deluxe king room" for two nights. The bed was rock hard, they definitely need to look at getting some mattress toppers - we have stayed in many hotels around the world and this bed was beyond firm and caused us both aches and pains, leading to a horrible sleep! There is mould in the shower sealant which could have been easily fixed but hasn't been. The only access to water was the bathroom sink. The tap was so close to the basin it made it hard to fill bottles or the provided kettle. Our deluxe view was a double decker bus parked outside our balcony all night and morning on both days. Front counter staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate our bed issue by providing some pillows at our request which was appreciated.

I booked online for a double room got 3 single beds. Fully booked. Then i was told we wont charge for the extra bed! Food at the onsite restaurant was ok. Opened the fridge in the room, water poured out do turned it on, wiped the floor and the towel turned brown. Wasnt vacuumed as bit of rubbish under the coffee table. Also a horrible black fitted sheet convering a black leather couch that was peeling and ripped.

Beds were very very soft, curtains did not have pelmets so light streaming in above curtain rod all night. Bathroom ceiling stained and needs a panel replaced/painted. We were booked into a deluxe room and when we arrived reception was closed and a note taped to the door for us. We had asked for a cot but no bedding was provided (not even a sheet) The beds were beyond knackered and saggy mattresses. Tile in the bathroom broken, dirty bath (hairs in it, shower glass hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the whole thing needed updating. The other thing was we’re were left without tv or WiFi as the WiFi name and password didn’t match that of the book in your room and there was no way to connect to the tv which supposedly had casting. We were supposed to get free wine and free room upgrade if available due to our status with hotels.com. We got sparkling wine not wine which we left We complained about the issues and no partial refund was given. Just a sorry. Shame you pay and choose for a hotel based on its features. Also the reception is not manned overnight and you cannot get intouch with anyone if you have any issues. Also the entrance way and corridors felt like a prison wing.
