Their internet was down so the "virtual" check in didn't work. They didn't answer the ring door bell for 15 minutes. After that we canceled our reservation. Wouldn't stay again for free.

Rooms are decent and spacious. Room overall was pretty clean. Towels had hair on most of them. Toilet seat was worn out and peeling. Check in was supposed to start at 2pm but when I went the room wasn’t ready until 5:30. The digital check in process was pretty cool but no front desk person available is a bit annoying. Bed and pillows were comfortable but overall impression is weak and won’t be rebooking here.

It was an ok place to stay for a night. Had to check in with a kiosk. No staff on sight which could be an issue if someone needs something.

My stay was fine for just two nights- out and about all day, just needed a place to sleep. A little smelly/musty and a few gnats. It worked. The virtual check in in the office was great.

Sheets not washed, the room smelled of mold, and most residence has barking dogs despite a not pet policy. The cops were called on one residence. It seems like a long term living hotel.
