This was a perfectly fine stay! We enjoyed the quiet of the room, checkin and out was easy and smooth, and breakfast was delicious. The pool was enjoyable, though the hot tub was pretty chemical heavy. In retrospect we should have let the jets run for a few minutes before getting in. I’m not sure if the pool facilities were frequently used or not, but I definitely felt the chlorine! Either way, the location was great, and it was a lovely stop to stay at on our road trip.

I was not happy to find out total remodel gping on but could have dealt with that but a main reason I booked there was it stated breakfast included and I needed to have it included so I could just get back on the road since I was traveling 5 days across country with my dog, They did coffee and pastries due to the remodel they couldnt offer the usual breakfast.There was no parking for my truck and car pull I thought I thought the desk person told me to pull it around back because I told her I didnt see any place to park it then couldnt get it backed out so the reception person hsd a friend of hers back it out and psrk it where I was worried it was going to get hit by somebody pulling out because it was parked awkward. The room was good but couldnt sleep even with decent room. Then they charged me 2 times for the pet fee for my dog

Checked in about 9 pm travelong back home from TN, we'd just finished a 9.5 hour drive. I was checked in and carrying our bags in within 10 minutes. Check out was even cleaner. Hot tub & pool were great and clean. Breakfast was delicious, the biscuits and gravy were amazing.

No hot water!! Would not move us to a different room! Staff was not willing to refund our money and provided no other options. Also, side doors were not functional to use your key at night so you had to walk around the motel to get in. Very disappointing as we usually have a good experience at comfort in. Will never stay at a comfort inn again.

The rooms are nice size with everything you need. Bathroom is nice. The breakfast is hot with plenty of choices. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!

Pictures are misleading. The foyer floor is held together with duct tape. Our bed sheets were so pilled up that it felt like we were sleeping on sand. We got two towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth. We were looking forward to the hot tub for my husbands back but it wasnt working and the pool was not warm enough to use.

We travel with our dog. We pay a premium to have him stay in the room. Pets are only allowed on the 3rd floor which is very far for them to get out to relieve themselves. My dog is blind so this was twice as hard. He made it! The room was terrible. The carpet was wet , the toilet had a piece of styrofoam to hold it up in the back and while I was taking a bath the paint was peeling off the tub bottom ( floating in the water ) I would never go back

Cleanest hotel I’ve been to in a while! They must have a wonderful staff. The ones I met were very kind & helpful. The location was perfect. Near Walmart, gas stations, urgent care, and a variety of food. You really can feel at ease knowing it’s all covered! Couldn’t recommend more.

Very clean facility. Everything new and in working order. Daily maid service was so-so. One day towels were replaced but bed was left unmade. The used terry bath mat was not replaced with a fresh one even when it was damp and bunched with the used towels. No maid service at all one day even though Do Not Disturb sign was removed from door by 10:15am. Breakfast variety was acceptable for this hotel level. Enjoyed the biscuits and honey buns and appreciated that real butter was provided. AC had a digital thermostat and kept the room cold. We would stay here again.

There's good reason why you see so many high ratings for this location. If you are looking for a VERY nice place to stay that’s almost exactly halfway between Fort Smith and Little Rock (1:30 to Fort Smith, 1:05 to LR), this is it. Quiet room, very comfortable bed with great pillows, nice shower with good water pressure, above-average breakfast setup (BEST biscuits I've ever had in my life!), very nice staff. I travel a fair amount, and I was actually sorry I had to check out after two days; I would have been very happy staying here for several nights.

Thanksgiving visit, the staff at this location went above and beyond. Friendly, helpful, If we needed anything they were right there to assist us. The kitchen staff were fantastic. Had a delicious breakfast every morning. The location of this hotel was close to restaurants and stores and close to interstate but no noise from it. Was a great stay

The property was very nice (we only utilized the room and breakfast as we were not there long). The staff was pleasant and cordial. The breakfast is very limited compared to others but what was available was plenty (not a large variety). The coffee was the only real issue we had!
