It was old looking inside. Need updates. The hot tub didn’t work. The pool water was ice cold. Bed sheets had stains on them. Bath towels did to.

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend. I booked it because it was relatively close to the airport, about 14 miles. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean but the hallway floors need a good shampoo. I also booked it because it had a pool and free breakfast. What I didn’t realize was that it was a bit cool in December and that the pool was closed until March. Also, the breakfast wasn’t very good. There were no eggs or hashbrowns at all. There were some sausages one day. They had peanut butter but no butter for the toast. Otherwise there was just waffles, oatmeal, cereal, bread, juice and coffee. We were very disappointed with that. Overall, besides the breakfast, it was a very comfortable, nice stay for our first visit to Arizona.

The building is in need of an update. Talking to others at the same work event, their hotels were in better shape. There was a color change of paint in the bathroom with missed spots, caulking on the tub was yucky, sink drain plug was working. Eggs only on the weekend. Very few dumbells in the gym. Staff were wonderful.

The property had a flood and has drying fans running constantly .. but even still, many of the key pads do not work, the staircases are disgustingly dirty and smelly, the hot tub did not work, and the breakfast was extremely limited. Hot water, but no tea or hot chocolate or oatmeal... what is the point of the hot water?? Bagels but nothing to put on them. Cereal bins were empty and never refilled while the staff cleaned around them... only apples, no other fruit. Only cow milk, no dairy free choices or gluten free choices other than scrambled eggs. The staff were very friendly and they did try to keep things clean, overall the property needs repair and updating.

I booked this property because it listed having a spa and I have been driving all week and my lower back is all stiff and locked up. I was hoping to sit in the spa. Spa is apparently broken and has been since “last year” according to the front desk. I would have booked somewhere else had I known.

The room itself was clean, but after we left for a bit and came back the AC had put a rather damp smell in to the room like old wet towels. Other than that though the staff was friendly, the breakfast was decent IMO, eggs sausage and waffles plus bagels and toast. The pool is small and located in the "front" of the hotel so felt a little too public for our taste. But the location is great, especially if you're interested in the Asian district and the Chandler mall both just down the road a bit.

The room was never cleaned. Found a bandage in the shower tub. Sock was on the floor. Not our sock either. Floor was not vacuum. No washcloths in the bathroom and most of all a very dinghy smell to the room. Smelled like they try to spray something to cover it up but eventually the smell came out. Unfortunately I could not get a refund. I cancelled the second night and did not receive a refund.

They only clean by request - and even then its very minimal. Furthermore, they don't make the policy clear at check in. The common areas of the property are very dirty - carpets, baseboards, etc.

Soooo dirty! The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. We arrived late so did not find it until the morning. We found another hotel and requested a refund. The management was awful and refused a full refund, still charging me for 2 of the 3 night stay. It appears they are remodeling but just covering all the nastiness with paint. The breakfast was also gross. What was available was expired.

DISGUSTING put me in a room where sheets had not been changed. Huge yellow spots on sheets, long black human hair everywhere around pillows, clearly visible and sheets not tucked in but comforter/ bed was made but the Sheets were DIRTY, UNCHANGED, DISGUSTING. Vacuuming was only done minimally as you could see the thick line of dirt all against the walls that was not vacuumed up. Who knows what else they skimp on as far as being sanitary & clean. Front desk changed my room but didn't offer me any credits or anything for inconvenience. I would have demanded a refund but it was late and I had already had to repack and unpack and switch rooms once Never will I stat at a wingate again - especially this one!

Our room was very dirty. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. The sink drain was filled with hair and used floss. The bathtub was stained with scum. Horrible. Upon check out, the front desk staff was nowhere to be fond.

Reserved a Junior Suite. One was not available upon arrival. Was offered a regular room at a discounted price. Was moved to a Junior Suite the next day. Parts of the hotel are showing signs of age. Curtain rod in the regular room was not properly fastened.

Was excited to get some rest after a long day of driving, to come into a room where it has been out dated and an AC unit that was noisy and sounding like it had a venting leak. Even after a tiring day, the whole family was unable to sleep with noise and uncomfortable room.

Hotel is older. Missing a place to hang your bath towels. No drain covers. Items left in the hallway for days, boxes and an old desk chair. Beds were comfortable. Slept comfortably. A couple restaurants in walking distance and close to highway.

Great stay! The staff is very helpful if you encounter Sam, Jaime Lynn, and Kimberly at the front desk you are guaranteed a great visit. Aneisha the attendant during breakfast time is also very welcoming and always willing to help with all your needs as well. Great comfortable bed, which led to a good nights rest!

Waited 25 minutes for someone to arrive at the counter to check, and barely received an apology. The room was fine, the sheets were comfortable and the bath linens were nice. The drapes were torn, and the cabinet door needed to be fixed. There was no washcloth in the room, and no cups, except one coffee cup. When checking out, again had to wait for someone to show up at the counter.

Bed was very uncomfortable and would sink when we sat on it. The room was stinky and humid, smelled like dirty wet socks. The tub was painted to cover up the fact that it was old and stained, but the paint they used was peeling off when we used the tub. The continental breakfast was not great, but adequate and they didn't offer any protein (non-carb) alternatives for diabetics. The front desk and hotel staff was understaffed so they couldn't appropriately care for their guests. We asked for clean towels twice, and got the runaround when we did (the cleaning staff told us to go to the front desk, and the front desk told us the opposite). We had to ask for them to clean our room the day before or they wouldn't do it, who does that anyway??? Overall a lousy hotel. I guess you get what you pay for with a Wyndham hotel! Never again.

I think at one point this was a nice hotel, but not so much now. The price was good, but they don't clean rooms unless you request it, and even then, it may not happen. The staff there are friendly, but a little more attention needs to be paid to keeping the place clean and tidy. The location is ok, and it's easy to find; reasonably close to stores and other amenities. Despite being beside a few large roads it wasn't noisy, and there were very few guests which helped in that regard as well.

Overall we had a Great stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had all the amenities we needed. Check in and check out were a breeze. The hotel was in a good location. It was close to a lot of restaraunts and stores we needed. It was in a good neighborhood and it felt safe.

Overall is was great. The property was easy to find. The hotel exterior was clean and free of debris. The interior was clean and the dining area free of debris. The room was comfortable and had clean sheets. The bathroom was clean and had clean towels. The only thing the shower did not have a curtain, so the floor was wet after a shower.

The place was hidden, there were alot of transients around the area. But the property was very clean, upscale and overall pleasant. Noise was not an issue even though located by freeways.

Check in was a pain, parking was annoying. Worst continental bfast I’ve ever had. All they had was coffee and mini donut waffles. And not a huge amount. Who wants mini donuts for breakfast? We took a few each, but couldn’t load up as they only had one basket out. We still had to go get breakfast after. We chose it because this place supposedly had breakfast included.

Outside condition of the building was good, but inside was in disrepair. Shower fixture was detached from the wall, water was a trickle of barely warm water. After three days backpacking I was hoping for a decent shower. Soap was so cheap that it did not generate any suds. Corner molding in the room was peeling off at various spots. Windows were fogged up. The heating system worked randomly. The breakfast at 8 did not have any sausage or eggs. When I mentioned it, the sausages were brought, but eggs never made it. I know this is a cheap hotel and they used to cost a third of the price just few years ago. They are no longer cheap and some basic services should be included.

This motel was much nicer than many that we stay at. The room was quite large with a sofa bed. The full breakfast was much nicer than what we usually get--eggs and sausage were very good. The people at the front desk were very friendly, as were the maids and kitchen help. The elevator and ice machine really worked--some places they didn't.
