スタッフの感じや対応は良く、ベッキオ橋まで歩いて行けるので立地も良いです。 シャワーの圧力がほぼなく、スタッフに対応してもらいすぐに直してもらいました 1月の宿泊のため気温は低いですが、部屋の天井がかなり高くて暖房の効き目が弱いため、出掛けている間も暖房を切らずにいました。 プールを楽しみにしていましたが、故障中で水がかなり冷たいため入ることができませんでした。 部屋まで階段がかなりあり（エレベーターで対応できない部屋あり）重いスーツケースの上がり降りはかなり大変でした。オシャレな内装ですが全体に設備の古さは感じます。

The suite was very large with two bedrooms, kitchenette, and large balcony. The staff was all very friendly and willing to help with any questions. The gym was well equipped and kept up nicely. The hotel was very convenient to walk to the duomo in Florence and other attractions.

Excellent location. Minutes away from Cathedral. Super cute rooms. No parking so car needs to be parked at some Garage and walk to hotel. I would recommend this place.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful! Rooms immaculate, quiet and comfortable! Breakfast was excellent! Spa was a little tired looking! Jacuzzi not working, just needs a little sprucing up and would be super!

Exceptionnel ! Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Personnel adorable, patron aux petits soins pour ses clients. Hôtel très bien situé, à côté de tout. Le Spa est a réserver pour 1h/j à l'avance. Serviettes fournies. Le petit-déjeuner est varié avec du salé, du sucré avec également des gateaux maison. La chambre était immense et magnifique. Si nous revenons à Florence nous retournerons dans cet hôtel.

One room…shower had no hot water Other room. Shower was burning hot Issues with door locks had to go back to front desk Pool…whole reason we booked. Key did not work. Front desk says we need a reservation to use the pool! What? That’s a first. Road in front closed had to walk with luggage. 12 dollar gross breakfast. Cheap feel. Ametuer look and feel. Not worth the price.

Absolutely amazing hotel, I've never stayed in better. We got a room upgrade and it was the nicest room ever. Art on the ceiling and the altar! The staff were all wonderful. We went in the sauna and pool both nights, and the gym. Really good choice of food and drink for breakfast. Couldn't fault anything.

We booked a room for three people and were given a spacious room with a separate bedroom. However, all the rooms were dark with limited lighting, table and coffee maker were dusty, the bathrooms were okay, not great. There was moulding on the bedroom wall, which really concerns me. And one our last day, there wasn’t any hot water for showers, and this was New Year day (winter!). I asked the front desk and was advised that they just turned on the water heater, there should be hot water available soon. Couple hours later, there’s still no jot water. Location was great but amenities were not good at all.

The staff were beyond nice and helpful. The only complaint is the cleanliness. Found two cockroaches in the room. Aside from that it was good. (Just spent the night checking sheets and pillows just in case).

We overall enjoyed our stay at this property! It is an incredibly convenient (safe & fairly-quiet) area that was within a 15-minute walking radius of all our activities. The items listed below are only a couple of details to note but did not deter from our stay or review. * The rooms look stunning in the photos. In actuality, some walls are scuffed, you can see some humidity/water damage (in the ceiling), and the lighting is pretty poor (only a couple of wall lights in living area and sleeping area - one of ours didn't even work & there were moon lights that required a charge and were dead when we arrived). Would we stay again at this hotel? Absolutely! These couple of small things did not deter from our trip in the least!

Staff was very helpful, thank you! The shower water fluxuates between VERY hot to very COLD every 15 seconds, a very uncomfortable shower. Also, there is a lot of mold on the bedroom wall. Very unhealthy.

The hotel is in the perfect location. Walkable to everything within 6-8 min. We were really pleasantly surprised by that since it seemed closer in person than on the map. The room was clean but sparsely furnished. The main room would have benefited from a couch instead of just a table. There was plenty of room for it. And the bedroom needed a dresser, not just a closet. The only mirror was in the bathroom. It needed at least one more and a full length one at that. The pool was nice but don’t forget towels—none down there. We loved the outdoor balcony. Overall it was ok—did what we needed but there wasn’t anything to make this an over the top stay. I’d stay in the area again but maybe try another place. Also getting a taxi in Florence is not easy. No apps and no Lyft/Uber. So plan accordingly if you need to get around, you’ll need to ask a hotel or someplace to call a cab for you

I don't normally leave reviews but we were so happy with our stay here I had to! We were staying in a junior suite and were so impressed by the amount of space, the huge balcony, the decor, the beautiful swimming pool, the breakfast every morning, the lovely staff throughout and the location was so handy for everything we wanted to go visit! This hotel gets a 5/5 for everything from myself and my family :)

Great central location; easy walking to everything. Lobby staff was always welcoming and helpful. The breakfast room ceiling rivals a Michelangelo masterpiece! And the buffet was equally terrific, and more wonderful staffers. The suite was extremely comfortable, albeit the kitchen area could use improved lighting.

The hotel was fantastic! Clean, conveniently located, quiet and great A/C. Only downside was the WiFi. Cell service poor inside buildings in historic Florence and then the hotel WiFi in our room was not good. We had to move around the room and sit still to get enough bandwidth.

The hotel was in the perfect location and the restaurant right next door was delicious. The hotel staff were so helpful calling cabs for our early morning trips. The room was clean and spacious. I just wish there was more seating. There was only one desk chair and lots of empty space. A small couch or a pair of comfy chairs would make the room so much better and more comfortable.

We had two rooms here for our stay in Florence-- one for us and one for our teenagers. Both rooms were beautiful and comfortable, very clean. And the location really could not be beat-- very walkable to just about every major attraction in Florence. Our only issue was that the air conditioning in our room was not working correctly. It was blowing air, but it never got cool our entire stay. Even with the temp set as low as possible, our room was very warm all the time. We brought it up at the front desk, they sent a maintenence worker up to look at it. He fiddled with the remote a bit, turned the unit on and off a few times, then left saying he needed to get someone else. But no one ever came back to address the problem.

I The hotel had a very cool design and decor but was overpriced for the level of comfort offered. The AC in room 403 was extremely loud and kept me up all night. On top of that, there was a blinking light from the smoke detector directly above the bed, which was distracting. The bed was very firm, and the pillows were hard as rocks. Unfortunately, I barely got any sleep. The WiFi was down the entire time I stayed there also. This was a real bummer since I needed to plan and book the next day of my trip. Breakfast was very good, they had the best croissants and fresh fruit.

Very nice hotel, you get a lot for your money! Our room was much larger than we expected (had a living room and mini kitchenette with all the tools we could need), and we really enjoyed the pool room! Staff were very friendly and called us taxis whenever we needed them. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Florence!

Mi vuelo a Florencia se canceló y no pude llegar a dormir, así que hablé al hotel para avisarles pero al día suigiente llegué a media noche al hotel y me dijeron que mi reservación había sido cancelada! Francesco at the front desk was friendly and personable, making us feel welcome immediately. Our room was ready shortly before scheduled checkin time, and it was gorgeous! Fabulous location, walk to most major sights. Breakfast was tasty and the woman in charge was cheerful and very pleasant. Highly recommended, we will be back!

We had two rooms here for our stay in Florence-- one for us and one for our teenagers. Both rooms were beautiful and comfortable, very clean. And the location really could not be beat-- very walkable to just about every major attraction in Florence. Our only issue was that the air conditioning in our room was not working correctly. It was blowing air, but it never got cool our entire stay. Even with the temp set as low as possible, our room was very warm all the time. We brought it up at the front desk, they sent a maintenence worker up to look at it. He fiddled with the remote a bit, turned the unit on and off a few times, then left saying he needed to get someone else. But no one ever came back to address the problem.

The hotel is in the perfect location. Walkable to everything within 6-8 min. We were really pleasantly surprised by that since it seemed closer in person than on the map. The room was clean but sparsely furnished. The main room would have benefited from a couch instead of just a table. There was plenty of room for it. And the bedroom needed a dresser, not just a closet. The only mirror was in the bathroom. It needed at least one more and a full length one at that. The pool was nice but don’t forget towels—none down there. We loved the outdoor balcony. Overall it was ok—did what we needed but there wasn’t anything to make this an over the top stay. I’d stay in the area again but maybe try another place. Also getting a taxi in Florence is not easy. No apps and no Lyft/Uber. So plan accordingly if you need to get around, you’ll need to ask a hotel or someplace to call a cab for you

I have stopped in central Florence many times but this gem of a hotel is a first. It was so convenient to be so central, just a short distance from the Piazza Signoria and close to the Bargello and good restaurants. The staff were so helpful and the rooms were lovely…so clean and fresh. We will certainly be back. Thankyou for a fantastic stay.

A lovely hotel in a perfect situation for all the attractions. It was 5 minutes to most and there was an excellent restaurant next door. The room's decor was amazing and the beds were comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we were made welcome from the moment we arrived. We had an upgrade which was appreciated and the room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was good and varied and the serving staff were always on hand to help with anything. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The suite was very large with two bedrooms, kitchenette, and large balcony. The staff was all very friendly and willing to help with any questions. The gym was well equipped and kept up nicely. The hotel was very convenient to walk to the duomo in Florence and other attractions.

Great hotel. Has everything you need and is in a terrific location!! We were able to walk from the train station with our luggage which was just under a 15 minute walk. It was nice to be in the heart of Firenze for our stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed 3 nights, during a heat wave, and we very much appreciated the on-site pool! The power went out in our room for one night, and Gianni rhe manager discounted the evening's stay. Staff was incredible! Super clean room, great breakfast, great location. A little disappointed that our "two bedroom" wasnt really a two bedroom. It was a bedroom with a pull out and NO television and a bed in the living room. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

For the similar price compared with Rome and Venice, I got a huge room with kitchen. It even had another bed room that we didn't even touch. Staff were great and my booking also included complimentary breakfast. The quality of breakfast was also great except that they serve breakfast fairly late so we didn't get to use it on the day we had to leave.

Absolutely amazing hotel, I've never stayed in better. We got a room upgrade and it was the nicest room ever. Art on the ceiling and the altar! The staff were all wonderful. We went in the sauna and pool both nights, and the gym. Really good choice of food and drink for breakfast. Couldn't fault anything.
