Enkelt, lite hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Fikk et lite rom med en balkong ut mot bakgården. Ikke plass til stort annet enn dobbeltsengen i rommet. Lite, men OK bad. To stoler og bord på balkongen, benyttet ikke dette selv, tror man burde bruke sko der ut. Ingen gardiner, men foran balkongdøra er det elektrisk solskjerming som bråker litt, så bør unngå å kjøre den opp/ned når som helst. Også lytt ut til gang og er man på badet hører man naboen; men jeg ble ikke plaget av støy. Betjent resepsjon, men man kan låse seg ut/inn av hotellet med nøkkelkortet. Enkel frokost, fin utsikt fra frokostrom. Noe mulighet for bagasjeoppbevaring, men begrenset plass. (Ikke noe toalett i 1.etg, må evt opp til frokosteom i 5.etg).

The room that we used for 5 nights was filthy.and dusty. The shower was very small, barely squeeze in. The interior was outdated with only one point to recharge phones and the cupboards were broken. The door to the room required force to open and close. Location is convenient close to transport.

Everything was as you would expect it to be. Breakfast service was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the shower was decent. Cleaning staff did a great job. I did report a minor issue with the plug not working but other than that it was absolutely fine.

The door to our room wouldn’t open. He promised to get it fixed right away. We could barely get our suitcases and didn’t get done. Frame of the closet door was broken. We couldn’t even open it and I took a bunch of pictures. I spoke to them about it. He was gonna get fixed. They didn’t do it. I asked to be moved to another room. They told me to pack my bags this was on day too, and they would move my items. To another room. When I got back at the end of the day, nobody knew what was going on and the status very rude. They made us feel very uncomfortable as if it was our fault the room we were in should’ve never been booked because everything was falling apart and bathroom smell like a sewer shower door was broken. We took a shower all the water with pee all over the place. Made us stay very uncomfortable. The cleaning crew is excellent the receptionist they were very rude.

Our room smelt like chemicals when we first came in and the washroom smelt of urine. We had to air it out to make it tolerable. Then we found dead bugs and shoe prints all over the ceiling and live bugs in the clean bath towels. The shower was also backing up/not draining. When asked to switch rooms they said they had none available and came to our room spraying poisonous bug killing spray and heavy deodorizers to “fix it”. When we told them we couldn’t stay in the room inhaling that stuff they “found” a room that we could switch to but seemed annoyed. Staff weren’t overly friendly and some didn’t speak any English at all. Breakfast was ok but you need to pick a time. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

Nice little BUDGET hotel with no frills or luxury of any kind but staffed with lovely, friendly people who make you feel welcome. Convenient location close to train station and all the places you want to visit in Florence. Small rooms but equipped with everything you need including a safe and a little fridge. Only thing I missed and would like to have is a little table.

The room was clean enough, but it was too small for two people. There was no room to open 2 suitcases. Nothing extra, not even a chair….and the bathroom was also very small. The staff was OK….the one good thing was the breakfast.

I rented two rooms for our family. Both rooms air conditioning units worked very poorly but one was worse than the other. At 1:00 am my kids woke up sweating. When mentioned to staff they didn’t seem to have a solution.

駅からも近く部屋も清潔ですが、wifiルーターの調子が悪いのかとにかくブチブチ切れて速度もADSL並みに低速です。シャワーもちょろちょろ。この2点だけ不満でした。朝食は質の高いものではありませんが、必要十分で窓からの景色も美しい。wifi環境さえ改善されれば次回も選択肢の一つとなるホテルです。

We booked a stay, tried to confirm a late checkin contacting the hoyel from expedia since two weeks before arrival, they never replied to messages or calls, we called the phone number they provided and we didnt get a replied after many attenptsx we looked them up on google and found an email, they never replied to that so we decided to book another hotel amd tried to get a reimburse, even expedia personnel confirmed that it was hard to contact the hotel and they tried to get the reimburse without success. Stay away from this hotel and look for better options they get a negative in cistomer service from even the simplest things like initial contact

We were able to check-in early. It is walkable from Santa Maria Novella train station and so are the points of interest. When we arrived, the electric metal blinds was not working. Letitia gave us a sheet to temporarily give us privacy. When we came back from our tour the next day, it was already fixed. Great place to stay. Worth the money we paid for. Santa Maria Novella Basilica is close by. Worth visiting. Well recommended.

Hotel limpo, quarto e banheiros bom para 3 pessoas , um pouco apertado para 4 pessoas, bem silencioso . Café da manhã tínhamos tudo o que precisamos. Ficamos muito felizes com a gentileza e carinho do pessoal do café , em preparar uma sacolinha de café da manhã , quando saímos bem sedo para o passeio. Vocês foram maravilhosos

Great location. Safe. Close to station (4min), Duomo and evening. They had decent breakfast but one morning, there was a dead bird by the balcony table, next morning, coffee machine was out of order. Worst thing thing about the hotel is their service... not a single one that were welcoming/helping. Also. they were very cheap with their towels. We didn’t get our room cleaned for 3 night and when we asked for three towels on the 3rd day, they refused and told me to wait for the next morning. and I had to beg for it.

Worst thing thing about the hotel is their service... not a single one that were welcoming/helping. Also. they were very cheap with their towels. We didn’t get our room cleaned for 3 night and when we asked for three towels on the 3rd day, they refused and told me to wait for the next morning. and I had to beg for it.

The door to our room wouldn’t open. He promised to get it fixed right away. We could barely get our suitcases and didn’t get done. Frame of the closet door was broken. We couldn’t even open it and I took a bunch of pictures. I spoke to them about it. He was gonna get fixed. They didn’t do it. I asked to be moved to another room. They told me to pack my bags this was on day too, and they would move my items. To another room. When I got back at the end of the day, nobody knew what was going on and the status very rude. They made us feel very uncomfortable as if it was our fault the room we were in should’ve never been booked because everything was falling apart and bathroom smell like a sewer shower door was broken. We took a shower all the water with pee all over the place. Made us stay very uncomfortable. The cleaning crew is excellent the receptionist they were very rude.

So I had specifically chosen this hotel due to its proximity to the train station. Upon arrival we were told it our room was located in a complete separate location across the city. I had to pitch a fit to get the problem resolved. Even after that I feel we were put in a downgraded room because it was nothing as it was shown in the photos on Expedia. The breakfast was subpar and not enough was served in the room for all the guest that were present. I would steer clear of this place as the price is most definitely not worth what you pay for.

Hotel was an 8 minute walk from train station. About 10-15 minute walk from sights, lots of restaurants in area, launderette 5 min walk. Room was small but fine for a few nights. Continental breakfast is included and was sufficient would stay again.

The Aurum Firenze is in a very central location, close to the railway station and within walking distance of the historic centre and of tram/ bus facilities if planning to go a little further afield...During my 4days stay, I also went to Fiesole and the bus stop was very close, on the opposite side of the road going towards the station. The room was comfortable, clean and, although the Hotel is placed on a main road, surprisingly quiet. Highly recommended.

Petit déjeuner très peu varié. Seulement croissant ou céréales, des œufs brouillés séchés dans le fond du plat. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisé tel que mentionné dans l’annonce. On entendait les cuillères frotter dans le fond des bols des céréales de notre lit. Les matelas sont vieux avec la forme qui creuse au milieu. La chambre familial est fourni avec un lit queen et un lit plus petit qu’un double. On a toujours l’impression de déranger le personnel à la réception mais le personnel des étages sont super gentil.
