Hotel was clean & close to a lot of restaurants - within walking distance if you didn’t want to drive. Staff were very friendly - from desk clerk to cleaning ladies. Felt very safe in parking lot - even when out late at night.

Hotel was wonderful. I stayed with my dogs just for 1 night. Clean. Roomy. Great breakfast. Quiet and lots of space to walk my dogs. And there were lots of restaurants nearby for dinner.

Die Zimmer sauber und für amerikanische Verhältnisse wenig Geruch wie sonst in dieser Preisklasse häufig vorzufinden ist. Super waren die großen Spender von Duschgel und Shampoo statt der kleinen Fläschchen, zumindest ein kleiner Schritt zur Müllvermeidung. Die Kaffemaschine in den Zimmern produziert nicht trinkbaren Kaffee, der übel schmeckt und riecht. Eismaschine war bei uns im Stockwerck defekt. Das Frühstück eher lieblos und schlechte Qualität , Rührei aus Pulver zubereitet, die Milch sauer , der Kaffe dünn , wie in allen anderen Hotels auch Pappteller und Plasikgeschirr…. Die Umgebung sicher und umgeben von Restaurant, Bars etc , trotzdem ruhig . Den Pool , der viel kleiner ist als auf den Photos, haben wir nicht genutzt , da eine Kinderparty dort stattgefunden hat, als wir angekommen sind.

The staff was very welcoming and helpul. The room was spacious and clean. Comfy bed. The free breakfast was really good with good options. The location was great. The view from the huge window in our top floor room provided my wife and I with beautiful scenery. Spending time together out on the patio with the fireplace, sippin on some java was very enjoyable. The only issue we encountered during the stay is that noise coming from outside. We could hear traffic and such, late into the night. The rooms window wasn't very sound proof. We agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel! The check in is fast and friendly, the parking lot is well lit, the shower has the handle to turn on the water away from the shower head, the blackout blinds are exactly how blackout blinds should be, the pool has a chair lift for accessibility. This place has thought of everything. Third time here. I love it.

The general cleanliness was bad and the bedding was not changed between users. A Bluetooth ear piece was found in the bed along with dirty feet and stains on the pillows. Carpet is atrocious when walked on in white socks.

Very convenient to Interstate I-75. Good value for comfortable rooms and good free breakfast choices. Disappointed with fair amount of black mold in shower and on the shower head. This is very noticeable and should have been removed by the room cleaning staff.

The check in process was horrible! The front desk rep was rude and lazy. Guest checking in had to wait because she was never at the front desk. She was in the office behind the front desk. I can say more able her unprofessional behavior, but I won’t even waste my time. The TV wouldn’t work so we had to call maintenance several times. The floor in our room was filthy. There was dusk on the headboard, some solution on the door, mold in the tube, and damaged furniture. I am not pleased with this hotel at all.

We booked and paid for two double beds as we were traveling with our grandkids. They did not have any left as they had overbooked the rooms. We had to take a king with a pullout couch. Since we had kids it worked out. But I was extremely not happy with the situation. The couch is not the same as a Qbed.

Friendly staff and other customers as well! Comfortable beds and chairs in room. Breakfast was very good! The only downfall was a noise in the heater unit that reminded me of a plastic sheet blowing in the wind. Not a big deal but it was a little annoying.

Nice clean rooms and very comfy bed. Adjoining rooms can have thin walls as we did have to move due to loud neighbors, but ended up in non Adjoining room which was possibly the most quiet hotel room i have stayed in. Staff was super friendly

The area is nice, lots to do and great restaurants within walking distance. The downsides, the bed was extremely hard and the room is small, especially with two queen beds. It was a busy weekend, so the charge was a lot higher than normal. The breakfast was decent. Recommend..but don’t expect the Ritz Carlton.

It’s a nice hotel, the staff is friendly and it’s kept very clean. Good restaurants in walking distance and a good parking situation. The proximity to the highway and the compressor on the ice machine kept us up at night though.

The evening receptionist who checked us in was outstanding. Very friendly, patient, kind, and above-and-beyond helpful. I watched her with a couple guests in front of me and she was amazing. She was very helpful with us as well. The Hampton Inn was good. There was a barn door covering the bathroom or closet with an automatic close feature that was a little concerning from a safety perspective with our 14 month-old granddaughter. Breakfast was only adequate.

When we arrived, the person at the front desk stated that they did not have any rooms available. She worked it out and got us a room for the night. Apparently they had a room that was not yet cleaned. They put us in a clean room and, I assume, got to work cleaning the other room for travelers arriving later that evening.

I cannot say enough about Crystal, your front desk staff person. She was absolutely LOVELY!! Friendly, funny and entirely Customer Service Oriented. Your hotel is always the best place to stay during our bi-annual trip between MO and SC. THANK YOU CRYSTAL. Thank you. The breakfast may has plenty of protein choices, and the staff that is on hand, is ALSO LOVELY. Whatever you are doing with this very reasonably priced hotel, which is very senior friendly, very pet friendly and good food options in walking distance, PLEASE KEEP THAT SECRET SAUCE to yourself.

Nice location off I 75. Newer hotel. Excellent breakfast and breakfast lady was very friendly and helpful. Front desk texted me quite late in evening to see if everything was ok and I would have preferred to have avoided a text that late. Sadly the work light at desk had no bulb so unable to work on laptop. Only a desk chair and 2 ottomans for seats.

Reserved a handicapped accessible room & called to make sure it had grab bars around the commode when we booked. The receptionist went to the room we were to get and verified it did. When we arrived, we were given a different room which didn't have the needed grab bars. It was a hearing & vision accessible room not a mobility accessible room, which is what we needed. Since we were staying only 1 night we didn't change rooms after we already unpacked all of our stuff, etc. The manager did offer us to be moved when we brought to his attn. I just had to use the handicapped accessible restroom in the lobby.

I did not like repeatedly being told when the remote for tv did not work and when I drove all day o lay to be told an hour before checkin that I could no t check in, ‘you made reservations with a 3rd party not Hilton’ and there was no help to be found because ‘I reserved through a 3rd party’. It makes me not want to use Expedia anymore and reserve directly through chain.

Habitaciones no tan limpias pero no estaban tan mal la del front desk super amable me dio un excelente servicio lo mas malo de todo fue el desayuno cuando bajamos a desayunar no tenian nada para comer tuvimos que esperar que poco a poco pusieran las cosas y muchas personas tuvieron que esperar tambien la primera vez que me pasa algo asi con un hotel hampton inn pero en lo demas esta cerca de todo y es una buena localización con muchas cosas cerca

We selected this location because breakfast was advertised. But when we woke up all they had was a grab bag with an apple, untoasted bagel, water, and Nutella (which I’m allergic to). Disappointing, especially because our alternatives were closed for the holiday.

Hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. They had a waffle station my kids loved and everything was hot and fresh. The hotel was very clean. The area was very nice and felt safe. Lots of restaurants around and easy to get on interstate. We will definitely book here again.
