Kings Residence

Very confusing street plus had construction going on. There is nowhere to unload luggage. Parking for this hotel is a 5 minute walk & costa extra. The room was VERY adorable, nice & big, & had a skylight window area. No AC but was ok. Loved the refrigerator in the room.

We very much enjoyed staying at the hotel. There were some minor deficiencies like the air units not working, and the windows not staying open, but nothing that overly detracted from the stay. I would happily stay here again. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you have a rental car and are uncomfortable on small streets, the parking here is almost non-existent and somewhat nerve wracking if you’re not used to it.

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr schön dass die Toilette getrennt vom Bad ist. Frühstücksbüffet war gut. Parken im Innenhof für größere Autos schwierig. Auf der Straße vor dem Hotel dürfen nur Anwohner parken. Lage ist auch okay, man kommt zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Hst aber auch die Möglichkeit mit der Tram zu fahren.

Great room, plenty of space, LOTS of closets Great location, 2min walk to metro that takes you to center of town Parking behind closed doors. There are only 2 things I would change or add. Add some fruit for breakfast options and unlock TV remote, becouse it was not possible to connect TV to laptop and select SOURCE on TV There are tourists who dont speak checz or german, and you only have those tv-programs

Parkplatz war zueng sollte angeblich kostenlos sein war aber nicht und ab 20 uhr durften wir das Auto nich mehr nehmen keiner hat uns was gesagt und es gab kein toasterrr bei frühstück 😡😡😡

Nice apartment style hotel very close to the main area. You can reach the old town center within 10 mins by short walk and short tram ride. There is also a mall nearby that has many stores including a grocery store. There is limited parking on the property or you can park at nearby lot.

Die Unterkunft war super! Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und es gab auch keine Verständnisprobleme auf Englisch. Zudem gab es Parkmöglichkeiten an einem anderen Hotel welches nahe an diesem war für 300CZK/24Std. Die Einrichtung war zwar relativ minimalistisch und eher spartanisch dennoch trotzdem schick und für den Preis absolut mehr als erwartet. Wir haben 33€/Nacht bezahlt und dafür hatten wir Ein Doppelbett mit Fernseher, eine eigene Küche mit großem Esstisch und ein sehr großes gut ausgestattetes Bad. Zur Stadt kam man auch schnell 10min zu Fuß bis zur U-Bahn und dann zwei Stationen zum Nationalmuseum (Halstestelle: Muzeum) oder direkte Bahn Anbindung innerhalb von zwei min zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten in direkter Nähe Einkaufsladen direkt um die Ecke (ca. 600m) und auch ein Ramen-Restaurant direkt neben dem Hotel (sehr zu empfehlen) und natürlich noch mehr Restaurants und Imbisse in direkter Umgebung. Allen voran möchte ich sagen, dass wir auch Frühstück inkl. hatten und dafür war dieses vollkommen ausreichend also der Preis ist schon wirklich zu günstig um wahr zu sein. Im Gesamten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen, wenn wir nach Prag fahren. 👍

Rather small room, with a metal column in the sloping roof and right next to the bed... not the most optimal. Garage entrance by car very, very, very narrow. Parking place tiny, takes a pro driver to enter and exit without damaging your car. Unfortunately the breakfast was worse than what I ever imagined something like that existed... Boiled eggs that were grey. 1 sheet toilet paper, maybe it's a czech thing, but wow. All in all it was okay, but don't know if I would book here again.

Vi havde 3 overnatninger i 3 familie værelser, de var alle ganske udemærket. Air con og køleskab fungerede. Gulvtæppet var en anelse slidt, men det ændrede ikke på vores generelle oplevelse af at der var rent og pænt. Det ligger 2 min gågang til sporvognen så ganske nemt at komme rundt. Hotellet havde kun 4 parkeringspladser, så de har et samarbejde med et hotel der ligger 300 m væk, her parkerede vi og gav 900 tjekkiske for alle dagene, så det fungerede fint. Og vil heller gå lidt med bagage end parkere på de smalle gader.

Bis auf Park Möglichkeiten war alles wunderschön gewesen.

Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung für unseren Urlaub in Prag. Das Personal ist freundlich und kann englisch. Das kostenlose Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend für ein normales Frühstück. Die Rezeption ist ab 20 Uhr geschlossen es gibt aber eine Nummer die angerufen werden kann sollte es Probleme geben. Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung war gut. Einzig der Teppichboden hatte Flecken und das Bett hat geknarzt. Es ist auch ein Kühlschrank für selbst gekaufte Speisen und Getränke vorhanden. Für die Klimaanlage konnten wir in unserem Zimmer keine Fernbedienung oder ein Panel finden, zum Glück war nur Frühling. Die Tram ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, man kann aber auch fußläufig das Zentrum Prags erreichen. In der Nähe befindet sich außerdem ein Lidl und mehrere Restaurants. Letztlich hat uns aber doch der fleckige Boden sehr gestört. Das WLAN des Hotels ist auch nicht zu gebrauchen. Wir erreichten auf dem Zimmer teilweise keine 5 MBit/s.

Cleanest I have seen in prague, cheap, perfect service.

Das Hotel liegt günstig an allen Straßenbahnlinien. Das Frühstück war ok. Leider haben wir bei unserem 4-tägigen Aufenthalt die Putzdamen in unserem Zimmer vermisst, lediglich Toilettenpapier wurde erneuert. Schade :(

Room was very substandard. Carpets are extremely dirty.

We loved our stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind. The hotel is a little bit out of the main town but very close to the tram stop so it was very easy to get into town. Only downside is that they didn’t change our towels when they say they do on the third day.

Alle Bewertungen sind total Überzogen, Bettlaken sind löchrig, Handtücher waren dreckig, der Teppichboden ebenfalls dreckig und das Frühstück schrecklich Automaten mit Kaffee und Saft beide auf Pulver Basis der Rest dem angeglichen. Die Handtücher wurden nicht mal gewechselt auf Nachfrage, nur der Wannenvorleger. Die Wanne hatte weder eine Vorhang noch eine Glasscheibe um eine Überschwemmung zu verhindern. Dieses Hotel hat nicht zu einem Positiven Aufenthalt in Prag beigetragen.

The room was not very clean. Hairs on the floor of the bathroom and on the furniture. They made the beds once in 5 days without cleaning the bathroom or changing the towels. Our room was separated from the main building, it had very thin walls, we could hear everything going on in the adjacent room and the view was on the parking lot. Breakfast was not very good. There were a few things, almost nothing vegan/lactose free, and it was served in the “basement”. The cleaning ladies woke us up twice at 7 am because they were chatting very loudly in the parking lot our room overlooked.

The stay was well worth the money. Everything was very good. The one thing that was not so good is the acoustics. You could hear door opening/closing, flush from the next room. Rest all is very good

No internet in rooms. Making it impossible for tourists to plan the trip. Had to top up data ourself. Making it more expensive of a trip than we expected it to be. Repeated requests at front desk. I would not recommend the place. Food was quite basic too. Could be better.

Prima hotel voor de aangebode priijs. Kamer netjes badkamer wel klein. Wij hadden 2 kamers 1 was prima qua badkamer maar bij de andere moesten we douchen in klein bad. Ontbijt prima ,brood wel wat droog ,maar wel voldoende keuze(wel elke dag zelfde) Dichtbij het fantastische metronetwerk en winkel.

The Kings Residence was an en excellent hotel, very convenient for the tram and metro and only a few stops away from "Old Town" Prague. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean, toilet and shower room were small but adequate for us. (could have been difficult for a larger person). The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Great hotel, great staf! Close to public transport. Simple but clean! When we arrived we saw that the sheets werent clean. Probably the person who switched them wounded himself/herself. When we let the staff know and they immediately took action and switched the sheets for us. We had a very pleasant stay

Pluspunten: Kamer ziet er mooi uit. Badkamer ook. Locatie is leuk, indien je niet midden in het centrum wil zitten. Minpunten: We konden onze kamer niet om 14:00 in (check-in tijd), maar pas om 15:00. Kregen hiervoor geen compensatie (hoeft niet in geld maar gaat om het idee). Kamer werd niet opgeruimd, terwijl er een uithangbordje op de deur hing. Personeel is niet behulpzaam. Ontbijt valt ontzettend erg tegen, erg weinig keus en niet vers. Airco deed het niet. Queensize bed met twee aparte dekens en matrassen en een harde onderkant. Al met al niet aan te raden.

O hotel fica localizado próximo ao centro histórico de Praga, facil acesso via tram. Nas proximidades mercado, algins minis mercados, lojas e restaurantes. Atenção a recepção do hotel fecha as 20h e o check out do hotel é às 10h. O hotel é ótimo, limpo, organizado e excelente atendimento. No quarto que ficamos, era um apartamento, com 2 quartos, cozinha equipada com frigobar, forno elétrico, micro-ondas, panelas, pratos e utensílios, TV LCD, wi-fi, boa cama e ducha, endredons quentes, mesa de jantar, sofa-cama e o banheiro com sabonete líquido e ducha, bastante armários e um cofre O café da manhã é bom, com boas opções que sempre são sempre respostas. O atendente do no nosso check in foi muito atencioso e prestativo, mas todos no hotel fazem de tudo para.o seu bem estar. Lembre-se de ter sempre um contato do hotel, pois caso precise de algo depois das 20h, tipo perdeu a chave, somente será via telefone, aliás sugiro ao hotel criar um WhatsApp, pois nem todos os hospedes quando viajam para outro país, tem uma linha telefônica e sim compram pacotes de dados para usar a Internet e redes sociais e o WhatsApp é um deles e é fácil de contatar via mensagem ou chamada. O bairro do hotel é tranquilo e com boas opções de transporte. Gostamos muito da nossa estada no Kings Residence Praga.

The room was spacious and clean, toilet and shower room were small but adequate for us. (could have been difficult for a larger person). The staff were friendly and helpful. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet,sauber und für den Preis völlig angemessen. Das Frühstück war lecker und für jeden etwas dabei,allerdings wäre ein zweiter Kaffeeautomat angebracht, da der vorhandene ziemlich langsam ist und es so mitunter zu längeren Wartezeiten kommt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und in jeder Weise zuvorkommend.

Hotel in einer Ruhigen Lage. Aktuell (Juli 2024) ist eine große Baustelle in der nähe, aber man hört nichts davon im hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, hell und modern. Der einzige Nachteil ist der helle Teppich, der ebenfalls sauber war, aber aus dem scheinbar sich nicht alle Flecken vollständig entfernen ließen. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück war nicht besonders groß aber ausreichend um satt zu werden. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 30 Minuten). In der nähe ist außerdem eine Straßenbahn Station an der viele verschiedene Linien entlang fahren.

Super Lage!

Tolle Lage. Man erreicht schnell die Altstadt über viele Tram-Linien in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Ansonsten auch viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Kleines sauberes Hotel. Alles OK.

I only stayed there one night but it went great. It was in a nice area close to public transportation. It was clean and modern. Easy checkin. I wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you.

Stora fina rum, ligger bra till både spårvagn och tunnelbana, går snabbt att ta sig centralt. Frukosten var ok, många som äter kl 9 fick vänta på påfyllnad, så ät gärna innan 9😊sköna sängar. Finns någon pizzeria i närheten en asiatisk restaurang precis sidan om med gooood mat

Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber, allerdings riecht es bei der Ankunft extrem nach Reinigungsmittel. Wir hatten ein Familien 4 Bett Zimmer gebucht, aber statt 2 Einzelbetten (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen) gab's nur eine extrem harte Ausziehcouch für die Kids. Das Frühstück, war die totale Katastrophe. Der Frühstücksraum liegt im Keller, überall sind feuchte Flecken etc. Schlechter Kaffee, trockenes und nach nichts schmeckende Brötchen und Brot, Eier die wohl min. 15 min. totgekocht wurden. Allgemein sehr schlechtes Angebot. Also, für den Preis sehr Mittelmäßig.

Ich kann die vielen positiven Bewertungen leider nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch meiner Meinung nach nicht seinem Preis entsprechend. Das Zimmer wies mehrere Risse in den Wänden und der Decke auf. Außerdem waren Flecken auf dem Matratzenschoner bzw. Laken zu sehen. Das Bad und die Toilette waren zwar modern und schön gestaltet, allerdings fehlten in der Toilette sowohl ein Wandspiegel als auch ein Handtuch zum Abtrocknen der Hände. Im Badezimmer war zudem der linke Wasserhahn „verrostet“ und sollte dringend erneuert werden. Darüber hinaus fehlten aufgrund der vorhandenen Badewanne sowohl ein Duschvorhang als auch eine Badematte. Dem Frühstück würde ich nur eine durchschnittliche Bewertung geben. Am ersten Tag wurde eine Stunde vor Frühstücksende nichts mehr nachgefüllt, und die vorhandenen Speisen wirkten optisch unappetitlich oder bereits ausgetrocknet. Am zweiten Tag waren einige der anfänglichen Mängel behoben, jedoch zeigte sich ein weiteres Problem: Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein für die Anzahl der Hotelgäste. Es gab weniger Sitzplätze als Zimmer, weshalb wir kurz warten mussten, bis ein Tisch frei wurde.
