This hotel was brand new and in great condition. The service at the bar/restaurant was excellent and so was the food. The free morning breakfast was average but fine. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The free airport shuttle was an added perk and worked well for me. I would stay here again when in the area.

Specifically booked this hotel as it has parking. Tiny lot when we arrived so needed to go to overflow. That was close but meant moving around with luggage. In the morning I saw 4 cars had been broken into in the hotel lot. Lucky we were in overflow! Hotel itself was very clean and nice inside.

Absolutely loved our 3 night stay here as we were visiting the strong museum and Seneca Zoo. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast had decent options. Will definitely be back again

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night while visiting The Strong Museum, as the museum is only a 1 min walk away. Hotel is new and clean, staff was attentive, lots of parking. Listing shows EV charging available but management said it's not complete/set up yet. Free breakfast had lots of variety.

The hotel location was perfect, just a 6-8 min walk from the venue I went to. This is easily the nicest Hampton Inn I have stayed in. My room was a corner room on the second floor that had an outdoor area with table and chairs. It would have been a great place to hang out with friend if the temperatures were at least 30 deg warmer. The room was very large and modern. Also, this is the only Hampton I have stayed in that offered a free shuttle to and from the airport. It is also the first one to have a pool, sit down restaurant, and bar. Another unique feature was the room and restaurant areas had numerous plugs and usb ports to charge a device or laptop. I might return to Rochester just for the hotel experience.

This hotel was very clean and clearly managed well by the staff. Special shout out to Silas who checked us in and was very personable and professional, as well as the Manager Alyssa who was very helpful helping us explore a potential extension of our stay. Each person, from the young lady who brought out fresh coffee to the housekeeping staff were very helpful and kind, and that matters a lot for the guest experiences. The room itself was very clean with little touches like l rose in the Kleenex box that just made it feel special. They also welcomed my fur baby and they don’t use down pillows which was a relief!! This will be my first choice whenever I come to Rochester for a visit.

The maintenance staff was excellent, unfortunately they were unable to fix the mechanized curtains in our room, resulting in us having to use black garbage bags and tape. Other staff was not as helpful, though, as the cleaning service skipped ours and other rooms on our floor, despite being asked several times to make them up. Close to the Strong museum!

Good hotel, we liked the breakfast, the location is great (close to lots of bar's and right next to the museum of play). The only thing that we did not like was the shower pressure - too light! The pool was ok, it was a little dark in the room. The gym was really nice. So this hotel is very nice except for the shower.

This is the second time we have stayed at your property and both times we were on the 5th floor and while our overall stay has always been very pleasant, the water pressure in the shower has always been incredibly poor, both times. I never complained because I felt there was probably not much you could do about it. If you fixed that problem you would get an EXCELLENT from me.We will most likely be back because we love the area and it's convenience to the where our son goes to school,University of Rochester.Third time is a charm.

We really liked the hotel. Clean, beautifully urban, great service, and a great location. I would have given it five stars but for the wi-fi situation: you needed to sign up fo the Hampton promotions program in order to get it for free. It felt like an insult, and didn't do it.

There was barely any water pressure in the shower (room 317). The pool appeared to be very foggy and creates the appearance of dirty water. No wifi available during my stay Suggestion: have two waffle makers as this was a popular breakfast station in the morning Staff was very friendly and room service was quick. Loved how clean the facilities were.

This was a nice hotel. We really liked the room. However, the toilet seat was unstable and it had a curtain in the shower instead of a glass door. Surprisingly, breakfast was not different from hotels for which we paid 90 dollars and it was extremeley busy. Also, no fruit options. So, to say that it offers a buffet breakfast is a stretch. We were lucky to find a spot in the parking lot, but it was the last one. Not conveniant at all. If we had arrived two minutes later, we would have had to park somewhere else. Staff was ok, not super friendly. Also, because I booked through Expedia, I could not get my Hilton honors points.

Brand new hotel so it’s new and clean. We checked in at little after 3pm and we’re asked to wait for our room. Not ideal especially when we needed to get ready. Then another employee comes up and says oh no, we do have a room. Shower was barely warm and not powerful at all. Alright breakfast buffet style. Customer service was meh.. average at best

We liked the breakfast, bunk beds and pool. It was across from the Strong Museum which was convenient. We asked for extra blankets as there were no quilts on the bunk bed but they never brought them. They gave us a note the first day that they couldn't clean our room because they were short staffed so maybe that's why.

The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Check in was easy and Elmetrus and Maylee went above and beyond in taking care of us during our stay. When we mentioned that we needed to know how to get to Blue Cross Arena for a lacrosse and hockey game, Elmetrus offered to drive us in the hotel shuttle van herself AND she came to get us after the game when we called her. Maylee gave us excellent suggestions for meals (she suggested the hotel restaurant) but we wanted to explore the neighbourhood. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the downtown Rochester area. The Strong Museum of Play is right across the street too!

The hotel is beautiful, the decor and ambience are so nice. We tried to eat in the restaurant (Laila's). We waited at the first table right beside the bar, the bar tender could have spoken to us we were so close. He never said hi or offered us a drink. We waited twenty minutes the server kept walking by and never came over. We gave up and ended up in the bar across the street NerdVana where the service was amazing. We were so disappointed in the service at the bar and the restaurant. However, we loved the hotel and would definitely return.

Amazing stay. Staff was extremely helpful with a questions we had. Breakfast was great. Not your average continental breakfasts. Bar and food options we good as well. Walking distance to a lot of sites and restaurants if we didn’t want to eat at hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Will stay here again when back in town

Very nice hotel. Clean. Good amenities. Pool was nice. Attached restaurant had good food. Only small issue was with breakfast, it stopped at 10 and we came down around 20 til and could hardly get to anything because staff was stocking and had cabinets open and were cleaning up. Other than that, great stay and great location.

Clean room, friendly staff, easy check-in and checkout process, available parking. I didn't try all the amenities but next time I would skip the free breakfast (awful!) and try a nearby restaurant - there are many good options. We did have dinner at Lila's, the restaurant in the hotel - it's pricy but the food is excellent!
