A spotlessly clean and quiet hotel close to the airport. When we arrived, we called the phone number provided and arranged for the hotel shuttle to pick us up. Note however, it’s not a 24 hour service, so remember that for when your plane gets in. For us though, the timing was perfect. The driver told us that there was a free dinner offered to guests that night which was great for us not having to worry about where to get something to eat after such a long overseas flight. There are some eating places around the area though. The hotel shuttle also can take you to places within a few miles of the hotel also if required. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a small kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. Friendly staff. Breakfast was provided with good variety. We would stay here again if in Houston.

Very nice hotel. Convenient location. They offer both free breakfast and a light dinner and drinks, a very nice feature and the food was fine. I swam and worked out. One of the elliptical machines wasn't functioning properly. But overall this is a great deal for the money.

Spacious, clean, nice gym, laundry room but best of all the shuttle! They have airport transport and will take and pick you up to any place with in 5 miles. Really helpful for attending a conference I was at. Breakfast was also really good!

Very well maintained new property. Every employee was super kind and genuine. Airport shuttle was quick, reliable and convenient. Kathy at the front desk on the overnight shift charged my phone because I didn’t have my cord. Good breakfast. Pleasant stay after a long travel day.

This was the scariest stay I ever had in Houston!!! I don’t know who gave this hotel an Excellent rating, but it’s far from it. It smells, outdated, the shower floors are broken and busted up. The pool looked and smelled suspicious. The shuttle doesn’t work on time. They block in certain ways to get into the property at night- so weird. Find another hotel. The only plus was *nothing- I wish I could get my money and my time back.

The shuttle was out of service when I arrived at Bush International Airport. Therefore, the Front Desk Associate advised to take an Uber and they would reimburse me. They kept their word and I received my reimbursement for the Uber. Also, the breakfast was scrumptious!

I liked the clean, quiet, and the professional help from all the workers. I really didn’t like the the “wet; sour smell of the room when I first entered” but, after turning a/c on and getting freebreeze spray from the front dest and a little time later the smell was gone

Flight delayed and realized when I got off my flight in Houston that the shuttle at the property only runs until 11pm. Called the woman at the front desk (possibly Rebecca) who told me to call back once we got to door c105. I did at 1036pm and she proceeded to tell me the shuttle only runs until 1030. I pleaded with her to have someone pick us up (the airport was a zoo due to weather related delays). She said she would arrange for that and told me he would be there in 20-25 minutes. He showed up within the half hour and was excellent! Travis! Also the gentleman that checked us in was very professional. Our room was spacious but there were no coffee cups to enjoy coffee the next morning. I chose your hotel because it had the best rating for hotels close to the airport and provided shuttle service. Also weird stains in the tub.

Staying overnight for an early morning flight. This hotel is HOT. No AC in the halls and the rooms have the thermostat locked at 71 degrees, takes a while to cool down. The room was clean, bed is reasonably comfortable, basic amenities and overall a good place to stay if you have an early flight and want to be 10-15 minutes from the airport. Front desk employee was very professional and personable. The duvets are a bit rundown but bed sheets were newer.

The main problem was that someone had smoked in the room prior to our stay. They sprayed something to try and get rid of the smell, but it didn't do the job and it was difficult to breath and to sleep since I have athsma. When I told the staff about the problem the next morning, no apology was offeree, they simply stated that they would let maintenance know about it.

Leslie made the check in process very smooth. She offered us the shuttle to go get something to eat, and even gave us a list of places that were close so we knew what options we had. The room was very nice and clean, and it was much bigger than we expected for the price we paid. Overall the room was great, and the service was excellent!

I can’t say enough about this property. The staff went above and beyond on all fronts. The GM picked me up from the airport (off hours) and told me about the area and hotel offerings that included a shuttle to the local mall, famous grilled cheese sandwishes and cornbread, happy hour buffet etc.. the gym, pool and were spotless. I will definitely be back again.

We confirmed ahead of time that we could get later checkout at 2pm and that they would let us know if, for a fee, we could stay until 6 (we were checking in after midnight for a 21 hour layover). The booking also indicated a free shuttle from the airport. W arrived and the shuttle stops running at 11. The taxi didn't want to take us because it was such a short ride and he has been waiting at the airport for 5 hours, so we got attitude there as well. When we arrived, the doors were locked and no staff responded to ringing the bell for awhile. When he did arrive, we got nothing but attitude on check in. He started by saying the people in the messaging after but actually at the hotel so can't promise late check out, then would not check us in until I would listen to his lengthy explanation as to why and what he could and could not do. Never apologised for the conflicting communication, to just condescended. We ended up getting a 1pm late check-out after putting up with 10 minutes of this little power trip from the night clerk and what seemed a very deliberate attempt to check us in as slowly as he could.

Excellent Stay – Great Service, Comfort, and Value I had an excellent experience at the Staybridge Suites IAH Airport East. When I called for the shuttle from the airport, it arrived within five minutes, and the driver was exceptionally friendly and helped me with my bags. Check-in was quick and efficient, and my suite was spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the free WiFi and full kitchen — it’s not often you get a proper fridge and freezer in a hotel room, and for anyone traveling with a medication cooler that needs refrigeration as well as a freezer, that’s a huge plus. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety, including several cooked options, and everything was fresh and well presented. Overall, it was great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a comfortable stay near the airport.

We spent a weekend at Staybridge (Friday-Monday), and it was amazing. The hotel has a shuttle, and they offer transportation within a 5 miles radius, which was awesome. The hotel breakfast really surprised me, they had a lot of variety (eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruits, cereals…) always hot and ready when we went for it. The staff was incredible. We had a great stay, and would definitely go back if we were ever in Houston.
