Hip! Good customer service. Liked free drink coupon. Only thing I didn’t like was parking in these area. They charge $45 valet parking but you can find some street free parking.

Hotel was very nice and clean, service was great, only thing is since they only have valet, the parking is expensive. Free parking was down the street in a not super nice area. Hotel restaurant is also currently being rebuilt so no food in the building.

The hotel is really nice, new, clean and has a very nice decoration. The room is big and has everything you need. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and bars. The only negative side in my opinion is the expense vallet service, which is almost 40% of the price of the room rate, which is crazy, and there isn't any more options for overnight parking parking around.

Hotel is in a GREAT area near alot of things. Water hot, room clean, industrial touch very NICE. Only downside is there is no gym at hotel; other than that this is definitely a solid 9 out of 10 in my honest opinion. That Texas🔥 weather is something, come prepared to sweat....

This used to be a really cool hotel and we have stayed here many times . Currently the gin bar is closed as is the downstairs bar for so-called “updating”. There is hardly any staff available to help you. You could come in and clear out all the furniture and any material from the downstairs and no one would notice except maybe DJ who is an excellent valet! Also they had no record of my reservation when we arrived then put us in the worst room available, just above the street level bar that kept us up until 1:30 am. We will not go back! Find something else

Expect your stay to be loud. We were on the 5th floor, and we could still hear the music from the streets until 1:30 am. There were also some rowdy guests that were very loud well into the early morning hours - screaming and arguing. There was peeling wallpaper, inoperable lights, stained bedding, and a dirty rug in our room.

Air conditioning did not work the first night. No option to move to another room. The first morning I ran out of roller paper, no extra roll to restock. Human feces left on the bathroom pocket door. The bar across the street played loud music until 3:00 a.m. The only option to park on property was valet, no self parking. Not everyone wants a stranger parking their vehicle and this leaves the option of paying to park at a lot down the street. I have never had an experience like this staying at an hotel anywhere. I am not sure what the protocol is to appropriately rectify this type of situation. The only person who has even attempted to make things right was the lady that worked at the front desk. No property manager or supervisor has reached out to me.

I give this hotel 2 thumbs up! We stayed in the double bed room and it was spacious and comfy. It had everything we needed. The hotel is very clean and stylish. Great photo ops all throughout the hotel and area.

The hotel is very nice in the middle of a bustling night life district with plenty of dining options and a coffee shop downstairs. Staff was friendly and accommodating, texting before arrival and easy to contact if necessary. There were only two tiny issues (which may not be issues to some), for one, the interior walls/halls and ceilings/floors are all concrete and brick, which is great for sound isolation, but not good for cell signal. You will be required to use the wifi, which like I said may not be an issue for some but as you move about the hotel, you will drop signal. I had to leave my room and go outside for a few calls but again not a major issue. The other minor note is that the power plugs next to the bed are great but there are no USB plugs, so bring your charging blocks. Our room was great, and the location is perfect for a fun weekend.

The hotel is furnished in a nice mid-century modern look. It’s a good decent place to spend time. It’s an awful place to actually get rest. Many rooms (an entire side) of the hotel faces an extremely loud outdoor bar. There is literally thumping base maybe 20 meters from your windows until 2 AM . Soundproofing is almost non existent. I asked to be moved to a different room and even offered to pay more if needed. I was told they were “full” although the hotel did not seem crowded. Ended up sleeping. Maybe 2 hours and while next day was ruined. Other than that decent location and decent rooms .

The biggest problem when I was there was the internet not working for 3 days. I was there to work and not being able to send files made half my stay here pointless. If I hadn’t pre-paid through Expedia, I would have gone to another hotel. Also, regular cell service inside the hotel was not great (not the hotels fault) I had to go outside the hotel to solve this problem.

The front desk is very amateurish. The air conditioning system in our room was off for 24 hours and after our complaint the technician acknowledged there was a fault condition in the downstairs panel but nobody had taken the initiative to address the fault condition until we brought it to their attention. Overall, the hotel seems quite understaffed and the quality of service is not up to the level of other hotels in this price category.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean, roomy, and with modern amenities. Front desk, and the manager Jason, were very quick to help with anything (they even gave us some to-go boxes for our pizza that was too big for the fridge.) Valet was super quick and easy to access when we needed to leave! *If you are sensitive to noise like me, ask for a room on the South side that does not face 6th. We were lucky and got a room over there on the 5th floor and it was SILENT!*

I wanted to enjoy my stay but a staff member (male, shoulder length blonde hair) whose name was not disclosed to me by hotel staff, made mine and my family’s stay less than ideal. Without giving a long explanation no one will read, he was rude, had zero empathy, and was unhelpful. He tried to ‘fix’ the situation by giving us cards for free drinks at the bar. The hotel itself was clean but definitely not family/kid friendly. If you just need a place to sleep and grab a drink, this hotel will work for you. I’d never stay there again though because of that staff member.

Arrive is a little further east than we had expected but as avid walkers it was still walkable to central downtown. The stretch of 6th St E between the hotel and downtown is full of great restaurants, bars, breweries and amenities. Our corner room was spacious and ideal for a 4 night stay. 6th and Chicon is the border for paid parking so we avoided valet and parked on the street for free.

Location was INCREDIBLE. You can walk anywhere from here, and there is a ton to do in this neighborhood. Great coffee shops, bars, and restaurants all literally across the street! Staff was very kind, loved the neighborhood. Will definitely be back and stay here again!

One of the best rooms we've ever stayed in! Nice staff and the restaurant downstairs has a fun happy hour. Central location to several restaurants and bars, there is a mini grocery store nearby as well. Only minor issue is that we ran out of conditioner since they use the big bottles attached to the wall.

What great customer service from the front desk checking in. Nice bartenders at the bar where we were given a voucher for a drink upon checking in. The rooms were stocked more than I could have expected spacious clean and beds and pillows very comfortable.

They don’t serve any coffee and there are no coffee machines in the room, which means one has to wait until approximately 7 am for nearby shops to be open to get coffee. Not a good thing
