Beautiful rooms, exercise facility and sauna Helpful staff

Excellent séjour! Seule note négative… il vous manque vraiment des bains tourbillons dans l’air de la piscine et sauna. La seule chose qui a manqué à notre bonheur!

( ALL ) The Amazing Hard Working Staff at this Hotel Have to be Congratulated for making my stay so Exceptional before making any further comments on the Hotel Property Itself ! The Hotel has a Dynamic, Young, Fun,Highly Motivated and Energetic Team working in All Areas. I was greeted at the Hotel for my pre Christmas check-in by Rahel who had the most fantastic smile and Manner, she was a true Hospitality Specialist in every way. I would also like to thank all the other Staff Members who tirelessly worked extra hours over the Festive Period to make our Four Seasons Stay So Memorable. The Hotel itself is probably slightly smaller than other properties that I have stayed in but that is really part of the Appeal that it's a little more under the Radar by not dominating the Skyline. The Rooms are well appointed and are fitted with relaxing mood lighting that is easy on the eyes, The floor to ceiling windows make for an exciting view across parts of the City, Comfortable beds (standard at FSH Properties ) The Hotel has a small Swimming Pool, Spa and Very High Spec Gym which I used on a Daily Basis. The Marcus Restaurant at the Hotel offered a Fine selection of Food and Drinks, ( including Cocktails ) I had Breakfast Lunch and Dinner which were all of a Truly Exceptional Standard, Great Design, Ambiance and ON POINT Staff full of Smiles and Knowledge on the Menus Available. Thank you Mr Neil Zaibak for all the Festive Treats that we were greeted with in our room !! James

Everything was great just the pool area wasn’t that good

Beautiful room, very clean and well kept. Amazing well equipped gym - best in the city. Restaurant is ridiculously expensive: breakfast (not a buffet) for one person was $65 no matter what you get (coffee is $10 alone).

Massage treatment was incredible. Reception at spa was difficult.

Absolutely amazing stay! Our room was exceptional - very clean and a beautiful design. Service was top notch. My only complaint was that the indoor pool was a little too cold to fully enjoy.

Service as expected for a four seasons. Valet smooth and efficient.

A little (quite a bit) crowded, difficult to navigate due to traffic no easy parking unless you can pay some good money. Otherwise service and stay was very commendable.

The pool was empty

The hotel is in a great location is absolutely beautiful. The staff is amazing and the hotel is spotless. The Markus restaurant which is located in the lobby is a wonderful experience and has fine dining. I recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to stay in a great location and a great property.

Our room was beautiful and very clean. They allowed an early check in which was appreciated but the check in process was a bit awkward since they couldn’t find our name in their system and just stared at us. They added a nice touch with a cake for my husbands birthday. The hotel is close to popular street (st Catherine). We ate at the hotel restaurant and got overcharged 200$ on our hotel bill which got fixed but very concerning if we hadn’t looked into the final bill in detail. Overall we enjoyed the hotel but they do need improvement for a five star experience.

Everything was perfect. Professional staff, very clean and high end rooms!

Where to start? Check-in person asked personal/inappropriate question. Room had hole in wall over closet, valance lighting under console had fallen off, shower closure fitting was broken off floor rendering the glass door floppy and scary. Cobweb on inside window. Worst: lack of sound-proofing made noise from Crescent Street nightclubs unbearable at night. Very poor for a "five star" hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly especially the reception and cleaning staff. We really appreciate having the baby amenities as well! (Crib, baby bath products, etc)

Great service like best ever, everyone there was on the ball and made you feel at home. The rooms were spotless and clean and had amazing finishes and the washrooms were well appointed everything worked properly including the bathtub and the blackout blinds were real blackout blinds with velcro on the sides to fully seal off the light

The hotel room was HOT and the temperature gauge didn’t seem to be functioning. It was very difficult to sleep. Staff and everyone working there were amazing and well trained in hospitality - they did try to fix the temp but I guess it didn’t work. Hotel room was clean and high functioning except for the temperature. There was also some construction noise or something every day we were there and seemed to be in the room above us - drilling noises or something.

Four Seasons really does it right when it comes to impeccable service. From pre-arrival to check out, the FS Montreal team got it right. The rooms were large and comfortable. Loved the upscale and high class design of the entire hotel. The design team really got it right. The restaurant on propert, Marcus; was quite the place to be seen. The Sunday brunch was really good and great for people watching. The Spa was amazing! Super Luxurious and relaxing. Great amenities. The pool, sauna and steam rooms on the 6th floor were also quite nice and luxurious. The only complaint that I had was that the fire alarm went off at 2:30AM and almost gave me and my mom a heart attack. We kept calling downstairs to confirm if it was a false alarm or not and no one was answering so that def gave us major anxiety. Finally we were able to get ahold of someone at the front desk and they confirmed it was a false alarm. Could not sleep for the remainder of the night in fear it would happen again. But aside from that; we had a lovely stay!

New modern design with beautiful finishes and lighting. Comfortable furniture.

We arrived to a nightclub like feel outside the front of the hotel and were not greeted by any hotel staff. My partner and I entered and looked around and then returned out front where we found the bellman socializing with the nightclub goers and ignoring us. It was only after I requested he separate from his friends to help us with our luggage did he assist us. Then when we got to the check in the nightclub on the same floor was so loud we could barely hear anything. Then once we got to our room we could still hear the music pounding from our room. I went downstairs immediately and said it was midnight and we could not sleep. The hotel manager said the hotel "was completely sold out" and if he were to move us we would have to move back to our original room the next day. I told him that this was unacceptable and we would not pay $1000 per night to have to sleep above a nightclub we could hear. It was only after going downstairs twice (at 1 in the morning) that all of a sudden another room became available. My partner later told me the next morning to check online to see if it was true they had no other rooms available. I checked and there were Multiple rooms in Multiple categories. So not only were we not assisted originally we were also lied to. Eventually they moved us to a new room but this should not have happened in the first place. Should not require me requesting multiple times to not have to sleep in a room that literally reverberated. And staff should be honest.

A stunning Four Seasons, masterfully managed by incredibly passionate people that outshined all others. The city itself I found is a little sterile, not really my cup of tea, but at the four seasons Montreal, oh they will make you like it. They may be the only ones in the city who know what an espresso martini is, and yes they will make it amazing for you. We are thrilled to leave the city, but it was bittersweet leaving this incredible hotel with the cleanest rooms and most comfy beds in existence.

This is an expensive hotel so my expectations are very high. The only negatives are it was a little noisy in our room and the tv did not have direct login for streaming services like Netflix.

We had to call few times to get answers or service.. no late checkouts available( after I made 2 calls with 1hr apart asking for one.. they could not give me an answer.. Breakfast in the room takes 45+ minutes for basic fruit platter and pastry basket.. (we are not staying at the busy time). I love this chain but something is off

It’s a five-star hotel. But staff service is really slow. It took them more than a hour to bring some take-out boxes to room. The room does not have good sound insulation. You could hear your neighbour. And you could hear slamming doors loudly. The concierge is short-staffed. No one comes to help you with your baggage. Overall it’s an overrated hotel.

Service SECOND to none. Our ninth anniversary was truly made special by our stay here. Nicolas the director of rooms truly made our stay special along with all of the staff working. We literally had the best vacation

Unfortunately, my recent stay at the Four Seasons Montreal did not meet the high standards I expected from a luxury property. The accommodations were noticeably subpar—especially disappointing given the reputation and price point of this hotel. What made the experience even more frustrating was the attitude of the management staff. They were unkind, dismissive, and generally unhelpful when I raised a concern during my stay. It's unfortunate when service falls so far below expectations, especially at a brand known for excellence. While some individual staff members were courteous and professional, the overall management approach left a lasting negative impression. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements where they are clearly needed.

Insanely expensive, intrusive staff, will not return. Also great item to know there is a strip club attached to the hotel attracting the unfavourable environment that attracts “that crowd”. Whist this hotel was clean and nice it was just unreasonable and the stay was unpleasant.

Loved this Four Seasons Montreal! The food was amazing, and the staff was friendly, attentive, but never intrusive. The rooms had everything you could want in terms of modern technology. The location wasn't ideal for me since I prefer to be in the old town area, but that's a personal preference and definitely didn't spoil my experience. I'll definitely be staying here again!

We had the best time celebrating my sisters birthday. The staff were amazing and catered to our every need. Marcus restaurant was delicious and the vibes were prefect for breakfast and dinner. We’ll definitely be back.

Impeccable service and restaurant Marcus superb.

Service is great. Wish restaurant would stay open an hour later and more choices at breakfast. Maybe offer a breakfast buffet option. Next time, we would like the better view and to stay on a higher floor. Both times for our stay, we were stuck on 7th floor.

Great place to stay. Top notch for accommodations. On site restaurant Marcus is very good as well.
