Excellent facilities, wow! Close to both national parks

Great place and great staff

We had booked a suite Within a short time of being in the suite , there was a rumbling nouse followed by a stench from the drains which became stifling . The front desk obviously knew about the problem m and should not have given us that room in the first place . W e had to change rooms after midnight and then again the following day . Staff were helpful. Bathroom not cleaned properly and if the 3 rooms we occupied , 2 had cracked wash basins . Toilet not cleaned properly Was disappointed with this hotel because it does not live up to its required standards

Great stay- we extended our trip. Pool facilities are top tier! Location can't be beat. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a great stay, loved the rooms: very spacious, high ceilings, large comfortable bathroom with high-end details, and of course great bedding and fantastic service. Hotel is centrally located, very convenient to drive to the different tours we took or to walk to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.
