The area reminded me of a place of ill repute, however the staff were amazing! The pool is nothing like the photos, and had a slime green bottom. The room was standard for the price and comfortable. If you like a hard matrices, this not the place for you.

My wife and i have stayed in our fair share of hotels in our travels. This certain location was above the bar in cleanliness and comfortability. The facilities were also great. Pool was a little small and no hot tub, but with how a lot of hotels lately, we were just glad they had a pool. Breakfast left a little to be desired, but ill take that with how nice and courteous the staff was.

Everything was great except I really needed to use the laundry facilities and they weren’t operable. Also I had to park around the back of the building after I returned from an off-site laundry facility late in the evening and the card reader on the door closest to my car didn’t work. It was a frustrating experience.

Upon check-in, we greatly appreciated that our room keys were handed to us without our room number being announced. That gave us much comfort and peace of mind. We also enjoyed the access to hot coffee throughout our stay. The gym equipment was sufficient for a light workout but the air conditioner may not have been working properly at the time -- airflow wasn't the greatest. Overall, we enjoyed our stay :)

Loved it great stay with a very nice indoor pool, wonderful hot breakfast in the morning, decently equipped fitness room, and the room is fully clean and comfortable and feel like home having family sized toiletries like quality hand soap’s body washes and shampoo/conditioner which is great for a family of 5 instead of having of those bad quality baby sized toiletries.

EV charger was the reason we chose this hotel. Tesla Destination charger was perfect but hotel does not ensure that regular cars don’t park in EV spots thus blocking the charger.

We had low expectations given the other hotels we had to deal with during our trip. But this one gave us faith in the industry again. Holiday Inn is what it is - a mid grade no frills spot to lay your head. But this location was great, they clearly took pride in the work they did and in providing a good spot for a no frills stay. Facility was impeccably clean, staff was attentive, breakfast was fresh and the area was clean and tidy. Kudos to the staff and the managers.

First room we were given was very dirty, sticky floor, side of the bathtub was very dirty, stains on the furniture and carpet. Second room had issues with the air conditioner not turning on. The breakfast was underwhelming, no pancake mix available and the apple juice tastes like water. This is a newer hotel but it looked it had been around for 50 years, would not recommend staying here

Really musty odor in the bathroom from shower curtain, I believe. We tried to switch rooms, but the odor in the other room was even worse--like an old rustic cabin or something. USB ports between the beds also need repair as they were too loose for cords and plugs for our phones and other devices. Did enjoy the variety of items at breakfast, however!

Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable, but I could hear the people above me until late into the night, in what sounded like a herd of elephants walking around and banging things around. Otherwise, it was great. I would book again, but on the top floor.

Clean and quiet room. Didn’t sleep well because both beds were broken down on the edge. Don’t these hotels know to flip or rotate the mattresses about every 2 months? Had to prompt myself with pillows so I wouldn’t roll down on the very depressed area of the bed.

Staff was very unfriendly and rude. I witnessed them slamming the door to breakfast in front of a guest while he was approaching about 2-3 foot away from entering and getting his breakfast. Also one of the maids attempted to enter my room without knocking before entering while I was in the room. I received no apology from anyone for this. This was NOT even on my check-out day of a multi day stay and no service requested! Front did not greet when I entered during my multi day stay. Overall rude.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of the days of our stay our room was not cleaned when we left for the day at around 10am. The general manager Sheila R. was awesome in making things a little better! I was really upset because the housekeepers wrote they saw a do not disturb sign at 12:55pm. I did have one on at 9am when we were still getting ready but took it off when we left at 10am. After all of this I would say that do not put a DND sign on your door unless you don't want them to clean the room for the day. Shiela R., the manager apologized, said she would look further into the steps being taken with the DND signs. She then gave us some IHG reward points and some complimentary items from the suite shop.

We get there and they gave my room away. We traveled 12hrs and when we got there, no room. Everything was booked in the area. Ended up driving overnight to our final destination.

Clean and great staff. Great location to stop on way to cruising in Florida. Hotel was clean with comfortable beds and great breakfast options. Close to Savannah. Visited Savannah Wildlife Refuge and a must stop by the original Byrds Cookies retail location by the plant where they’re made. (Not the one in town)

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling. We liked that it was a safe location. We had choices between gas stations and there was a Publix and a Food Lion nearby along with other stores and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. We could easily see our car from our room. The breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast was very very good! Definitely the best hotel breakfast I’ve had since March 2020. Best cheese grits I’ve ever eaten, period! The front desk staff was very friendly in the evening when I checked in and in the morning when I checked out. The bed was super comfortable and the room very nicely appointed with a refrigerator microwave and Keurig style coffee maker. I also particularly liked the light blocking window shade, which made it really easy to sleep in. I definitely will choose this hotel all my future trips through this area. Great job!

Breakfast was one of the best that I experienced. Overall, a decent place to stay. Rooms are clean. A couple of large trucks taking up 4 or 5 parking spots is disappointing which I try to respect but it’s an inconvenience to the other guests. A good value.

Beautiful newer hotel and furniture. Nice! Bkfst thrown together and missing usual items - just didn’t have the love that food prep gives. Same lack was evident at the local restaurants. Overall we enjoyed the bed and bath!

My husband and I stayed here while passing through town on a road trip. Our stay was fantastic! The room was absolutely spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. We appreciated the extra amenities like dove body products in the bathroom and shower. The complimentary breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. We enjoyed fresh coffee, cheese grits, turkey sausage, potatoes, and egg omelettes. Hotel staff were exceptional. We will be back next time we are passing through town!
