We always stay here when we go to Kings Island - probably stayed here at least 5 times now and 5 stars each time. Hotel is simply fantastic. Great clean pool, workout room has more than just a treadmill like other hotels, laundry facility, rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is amazing for a hotel breakfast, we can walk to several fast-food restaurants, and it is about a 2 minute drive to KI. Cannot give them enough praise.

We love the Residence Inn! Great location to Kings Island. Nice and clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast. We enjoyed the pool, fire pit, exercise room and ability to wash clothes in the laundry room. ❤️

Tremendous value at $149. The facility is large and like new. Excellent service at the front desk and breakfast area.

We stay here every time we go to Kings Island. The rooms are spacious and clean, the kids love the pool, the adults love the outdoor firepit seating, best breakfast ever, and a one minute drive to the park. Cannot beat this hotel for location and amenities.

The hotel was very clean and updated. There was a weird smell upon entering, kind of like body odor, but it lingered for hours. Check in was relatively easy. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. It was weird that there was dishes left in the dishwasher from the previous guests, but they were clean. My one recommendation for anyone staying here is that if you are an early to bed kind of person, request a room away from the basketball court. Our room overlooked it and it was incredibly loud and it was hard to go to sleep with little kids listening to screaming. The breakfast was great-lots of healthy options and super clean. I would recommend staying here.

Our hotel stay was nothing short than amazing. The suite was beautiful and spacious. The room had a kitchen with a small stove, dishwasher and utensils that can be used to cook. The bathroom was nice as well. We felt super fancy being here. The breakfast was also good as there were many options to choose from. The Ac worked great and the beds were super comfortable. They even have a pool and a basketball court on the outside. It's also 3 to 5 minutes away from Kings Island and minutes away from several fast food locations. Can't complain one bit about our stay. Really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely be back.

Location is great if you are going to Kings Island. One side of the building is facing Kings Island so you can view their nightly fireworks display. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Safe area. Hotel was nice. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean but in need of a severe deep carpet cleaning! Floor was sticky and couldn't be walked on barefoot. All other areas were clean and well kept.

There were a couple of blood stains found on various pieces of furniture and the space seemed to lack trash cans. Staff was very friendly and the pool was lovely. We would stay here again.

Doesn't seem like the room got cleaned. Ny toddler kept eat stuff off the floor. Hair was all over the place. Someone peed in the tissues.

The desk chair had food/crumbs on the seat, and the side of the chair back had about a 10-inch tear down the seam and the foam filling was hanging out. The chair either needs repaired or replaced. The large size of the studio room is very comfortable.

Room is very dirty, and smells poorly. Floors are grossly dirty, kitchen is totally dirty with food, fingerprints, smeared greasw and dirt.

I loved the kitchen! It was ready to use (cooking pans,storage container if you had leftovers). Very nice! And clean.

The beds weren’t very comfortable for a person with back problems. The lights were dim and not very bright, especially in the bathroom. The room itself was nice and worked great for 2 adults and 2 children. Wonderful breakfast each morning that was hot. Nice property and close to Kings Island which is why we picked this hotel.

They gave us keys to another guests room and we walked in on them.

The front desk woman was horribly rude. I waited for quite some time before being greeted. She Came out of a back room and looked as though she was sleeping. She asked for my Id then asked for my name which was strange. She told me I didn't have a reservation, when I offered her the confirmation # after a few minutes she said she had found it. Overall the interaction wasn't very pleasant.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful

Even though we had some extenuating circumstances with a very bad storm knocking the power out, the hotel allowed us to have an extended late check out the next day and even refunded my stay due to the inconvenience! The staff that greeted us and provided phenomenal customer service during a very stressful time made the experience more bearable! I can’t wait to do a return visit to experience the hotel under normal conditions!

I took my family to Kings Island for the day and wanted an awesome place to stay. The rooms were clean and spacious the reception absolutely awesome. So friendly and welcoming, even though it was at the end of his shift. I totally recommend this place for families. Breakfast was included and it was great!

Got walked due to over booking front desk wasn't apologizing or helping move to a crappy place an not given a refund of my difference in price due to place an location.

The rooms were beautiful, and we loved the layout. Jevoi at the front desk was an absolute delight. The property was well-maintained, and its location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of nearby amenities.

I was really impressed with my stay. The hotel staff were all great and friendly. My room was really clean and stocked with some many things that made my stay so nice. The breakfasts were always excellent. Laura, the manager, has done a wonderful job and she made my stay a great experience.

Customer service was not excellent. The lady at the front desk (black lady) did not seem interested. She never smiled and did not know how to open a locked room door. My 10-month-old was locked in the room, and she told me if my key did not open the door, there was nothing she could do. She later called her manager and was able to open the door after I had called 911. Breakfast was average or less.

Extremely clean property with a delicious breakfast offering and two minutes from Kings Island.

Everything was perfect. We stayed for one night to go to Kings Island. The only bad thing was there was a tennis tournament happening so a lot of traffic build up around the area but I'll do my research better next time. So many shopping and dining options close by. You could even walk if you wanted and Kings Island was only a few minutes away. Definitely would stay here again and recommend

This place is very nice and location is near Kings Island, some restaurants, and a reasonable driving distance to Cincinnati. We could see Orion from our room!

Very accessible to interstate and excellent eating options. Very close to Kings Island.

we stay there for Winterfest, which is at Kings Island, right down the street from what we needed restaurant right location gas stations everything close by

Great area and excellent rooms. I was not impressed with the breakfast. Bread, bagels and muffins were hard and not fresh. The time frame on the weekdays for breakfast was too short. Choices daily were the same with no changes.

We only stayed one night, but would stay again. The price was great for the quality of the room. The breakfast could have been a little better, but things were great overall.

I haven't visited Kings Island since 2018 and was thrilled to see there was a new hotel near the park for my 2024 trip! This was my first time staying at a Residence Inn and I loved this hotel! It was so modern, clean, very spacious studio suite, and I was very comfortable. There were some stains on the carpet between the beds in room 516, and I found several long black hairs wrapped around the shower gel and in bathroom sink. The Kitchen area was beautiful, used the toaster, loved the full size fridge, and all the seating areas! The lobby area was also really nice and staff were friendly at check in, although the person who checked me in was training, and initially said check out was at 10am, which was ludicrous, but checked with a co-worker who clarified it was at noon. My only disappointment was breakfast, I figured for a higher end hotel, there would be some fancier items, and while I loved the Iced Coffee and Cold Brew options, the food itself was lackluster. Two types of sausage but no bacon, eggs were bland, I liked that there were toppings like cheese available, but there wasn't really anything special. Also breakfast ends way too early at 9am. The breakfast was generally on par with what was offered at a LaQuinta Inn and Comfort Suites I stayed at during this trip. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others though, as the hotel is beautiful and so close to Kings Island! Used to stay at Homewood Suites but this hotel was even nicer!
