Room was not ready until 4:45pm … that’s just not on the level. Not a good start for a staycation, I live in Marina del Rey. Screaming kids at pool should be removed, raise the minimum age or turn in adult only hotel. Mini bar should have Diet Coke. There should be bath salts, bath oil & shampoo by the bath tub. Staff was implacable. Parking lot view is disappointing
