Amazing sea view, very nice pool, great reef for snorkeling, staff was friendly but they accept outside guests for day pass and don’t give priority to hotel guests for the pool beds which I think it’s unfair.

We really enjoyed all the different seating options around the two pools. It did get a little crowded. When what I believe is cruise ship people came and stayed for the day. I would not have expected that type of clientele at the property. The snorkeling was great, the hot tub out on the point was great and we really enjoyed the ocean.

Clean and exceptionally friendly staff. The pool was amazing, the ocean out from was amazing. Breakfast was good (we didn't eat any other meal here). The gals in the spa were so delightful, but if you are a spa goer on the regular you will probably be disappointed. It didn't really have a spa feel and was super small- I did kind of expect more for a wellness resort.

The hot tub closed at 8:30-9 i wish it was open later. Food was okay for the price not amazing. Breakfast was ok. The views are amazing though. Would i stay again? Probably not but not terrible.

Skønt hotel, smukkeste faciliteter alt fra en lækker pool til udsigten med solopgange udover vandet samt at kunne snorkle direkte i havet ved hotellet. Personalet var super hjælpsomme og især David M var virkelig behjælpelig.

Todo excepcional, desde la llegada hasta el último minuto. La cena que se reservo espectacular y el servicio de 10. Todos hicieron la estancia impecable y placentera. La comida con gran sabor y el desayuno americano muy bueno. Además de ser pet friendly. Solo a destacar el servicio de Wi-fi no funcionó en ningún área, se estableció conección rápido pero no nos funcionó. Habitación con amenidades de aniversario como se mencionó y una vista magnífica al mar. En general recomiendo ampliamente el lugar tanto por las instalaciones como por los anfitriones. Felicidades. Seguro regresamos en un futuro. Aaron, Citlali, Sergio, Marcela. Gracias.

El área de alberca y tumbonas muy reducido. No tienen como si una área de Bar y cierran 10:30, me pareció muy temprano para ser un hotel solo adultos. El desayuno está incluido pero te quieren cobrar todo extra y es lo mismo todos los días.

The view is the best. Snorkeling is perfect right at hotel. The rooms and balconies are amazing. Staff is good. Would be great if they would put a list for phone, wifi and tv guide in the rooms.

Excellent views, great location. Very clean , polite staff. Negatives: no lights in entry of room by closet and coffee machine. The wood chairs on concrete floor were extremely loud when moved. A set of pads on legs would fix this. Some street noise.

Dislike- The security safe was broken. Mold in ceiling. Phone line didn’t work Water just completely shut off during mid shower. They didn’t offer much apologies or resolution, In the restaurant, no AC, super humid with plenty of flies on expose food and mosquitos. Super slow service and not friendly or happy waiters. Water was unclean- got travelers diarrhea on day 3 out of 9 days stay. Management was a ghost- refuse to let us cancel our reservation. Would not recommend!!!! Is not ViP or 5 star. I’ve stay in 3 star hotels and they were so much better. We got bait and switch for first two nights for a lesser value hotel with difference of 1000 peso a night. When ask, they didn’t know what to say or do. Complete guessing game. Zero transparency. Witnessed that they did it to another couple. This hotel is a disaster.

We stayed at the oceanfront room, the ocean view was awesome! The bed was firm and comfortable. Room had a nice layout, it was nice, clean and spacious. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping it tidy and clean. Hot buffet breakfast is included and loved that they offered a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables every morning. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful! Room can use more drawers and towel bars/hooks. It would be nice to have lounge chairs in the oceanfront balcony instead of regular chairs. We stayed for a week and would definitely come back in the future!

This is the cleanest, safest, classiest, most relaxing, boutique Hotel on this island. I have been coming every month for the last three years and these guys have finally mastered it. (Upgraded to Refrigerators in the room) The staff are It's absolutely wonderful. The property, the rooms, everything is top-notch.

Property was very nice. We had an ocean facing view and it is only about 70 feet to the ocean. Felt like we are on a cruise ship looking out to the water it was so close.. beautiful. Property was clean and quite quiet. Staff was very helpful, especially front desk and Marco. Snorkeling off resort was quite good with lots of varieties of fish as well as a nice manta-ray, blow fish, colorful fish. I would recommend this place for sure . Was great !

L’Hotel est un peu vieillot. Surtout la salle de bains. Le restaurant, très pauvre en choix de menu. Le service au petit déjeuner est lamentable. Personnel non qualifié, qui court dans tous les sens et fait tout à l’envers.Le service du ménage est excellent (un petit clin d’œil à Mari la femme de ménage)..👍👍.. Nous ne reviendrons dans cet Hôtel. À déconseiller, car beaucoup trop éloigné de toutes commodités.

We stayed at Hotel B several years ago and now prefer Hotel B Unique. While there are still issues with hot water and AC, the difficulties are less at B Unique. The sun area and ocean access are nice as is the pool. The restaurant menu tends Asian. The town is a quick taxi away and we’ve found a few taco spots where the food is cheap and delicious.

WOW! Spectacular Views of the ocean from EVERY Room & Vantage Point, right up to the property. Literally, from the moment you walk up the steps to the open-air lobby/front desk, the stunning views just make you feel so grateful and blessed! While there is no sandy beach here, you can still jump right into the crystal clear ocean water and swim/snorkle w/beautiful sea life and climb a ladder right back up to the hot tub/pool/property. Every stunning/ultra modern designed room has a beautiful view w/a nice sized private balcony w/2 chairs a gorgeous petrified wood table and a hammock... although at 6'3" 260, it was only big enough for 1 person, but smaller couples could probably fit. I loved the restaurant & the infinity pool, as well. The staff are so friendly and prompt, most of the time... we definitely did NOT want to leave!

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are great and the food is also great. The free breakfast is not as great as the menu of the other meals. Pool area is really nice. It’s a bit outside town and costs you 150 pesos to go the 3 min drive. Town is dead once the cruise ships leaves in late afternoon and early evening

Each year, I spend one month in Cozumel to visit my daughter. It was my first time in Hotel B Unique. During two full days, there was an event organized by Body Talks Women. It happened to be a very invasive and noisy meeting gathering around 100 yelling women, with loud speeches all day long. All the people who wished to spend their vacation in a quiet and peaceful environment were upset and complained about the occurence of that meeting. It is unfortunate, the service was excellent. But if the management of that hotel prefers to go in that direction, I will not return to that hotel, not knowing if my sojourn will coincide with this kind of event.

Employees the best out of any hotel ive Been to and that is alot of hotels..Bell Man David i think he said that was his name.. iis different in Spanish was very professional and was helpful with my check in...very good guy! Works the mid day shift to evening..Front desk all so nice with a smile...i will stay here again even if i move here..so relaxing ..amazing waters to swim in ..and beutiful infinity pool..great free breakfast...Thanks to all at Hotel B for a great stay they know what hospitalty is.The hotel perfect amazing views and rooms!..Thanks Barry

Nice upmarket hotel with very nice rooms. Bit let down by management. Did not honour the flexible reservation and allow the change of duration of one of the two rooms we booked well before we arrived. Included breakfast restrictive, omelet allowed but no poached eggs, certain juices etc. No proper tea options (only camomille and green tea), no butter one day, proper coffee was an extra etc. Service in restaurant slow and we left one day without breakfast as nothing was produced in 30 minutes although we told them we were in a hurry to go to an excursion.Overall nice but could do with certain improvements.

David was the nicest person on staff. Friendly and helpful like we expected everyone else to be. Our check in was delayed and we were pushed by housekeeping staff to check out early! No compensation for the delayed checkin. Many staff members in the bar and pool area but they aren’t too attentive to the customers around them. The quality has gone down over the last year.

Un lugar muy lindo para descansar con una vista muy linda al mar y bellas instalaciones. Al llegar el front desk fue muy amable su nombre es Faustino y nos dio buenas recomendaciones. El único pero es el otro encargado de la recepción de nombre Aarón tenía cierta actitud y cero servicial. Fuera de esto todo el staff es muy amable y el lugar súper lindo

READ BEFORE BOOKING. This is the 3rd time we've stayed here. and we are staying in hotels typically one week out of every month. The hotel is beautiful with the pool, the ocean, and the views from the balcony. The food Is INCREDIBLE... HOWEVER... every time we've come here, the service is so incredibly slow, i mean... incredibly SLOW. We ordered sushi, which arrived after 45 minutes and was not fully cooked, and then 75 minutes later arrived and was wonderful. Again the food is good. But nothing you can do will speed up the service, NOTHING. It is also almost impossible to get anyone's attention when you wish to order a drink or food from the pool. The restaurant, hotel and pool was empty when we stayed for this past 3 days and even then, the service is beyond slow. We go to cozumel often, and I think as much I hope the service will improve, so that we can enjoy the food and the ocean next time, I think we will have to find somewhere else to stay next time.

The overall experience was ok but it wasn’t amazing I guess based on the price is worth it but rooms need some maintenance the bathroom floor looked like on construction like I said maybe that’s how hotels look like in cozumel but this is just me comparing to others I have stayed before the staff was friendly even though I had a charge at the end of the stay that definitely didn’t recognize but then again I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt the walls from the outside look very musty but for a hotel near the ocean probably that’s how it will look even if they paint it every week .. the staff was very friendly the cleaning crew amazing the hotel was pretty clean the breakfast was very small coming from Texas I guess we have to adjust on portions outside of the country lol the front desk people were the only staff members that aren’t as nice 2 of them looked like they had an attitude but maybe they were tired who knows ..

Excellent views, great location. Very clean , polite staff. Negatives: no lights in entry of room by closet and coffee machine. The wood chairs on concrete floor were extremely loud when moved. A set of pads on legs would fix this. Some street noise.

The location is INCREDIBLE - makes this booking worthwhile ! The amenities are so lovely - but I would only ever stay in Hotel B Unique, not the Hotel B side. The breakfast is weird and not super satisfying, and the dinner is mainly Thai food. Lunch was pricey but very good service and convenient. We ended up eating dinner in town every night (taxis were 100 pesos one way) and brought our own drinks to the hotel. The snorkeling here is comprable to the tours you will (and should) take. Overall, I would book again, but maybe be hesitant because of the food options.

WOW! Spectacular Views of the ocean from EVERY Room & Vantage Point, right up to the property. Literally, from the moment you walk up the steps to the open-air lobby/front desk, the stunning views just make you feel so grateful and blessed! While there is no sandy beach here, you can still jump right into the crystal clear ocean water and swim/snorkle w/beautiful sea life and climb a ladder right back up to the hot tub/pool/property. Every stunning/ultra modern designed room has a beautiful view w/a nice sized private balcony w/2 chairs a gorgeous petrified wood table and a hammock... although at 6'3" 260, it was only big enough for 1 person, but smaller couples could probably fit. I loved the restaurant & the infinity pool, as well. The staff are so friendly and prompt, most of the time... we definitely did NOT want to leave!

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are great and the food is also great. The free breakfast is not as great as the menu of the other meals. Pool area is really nice. It’s a bit outside town and costs you 150 pesos to go the 3 min drive. Town is dead once the cruise ships leaves in late afternoon and early evening

I liked the B unique because it’s small and you get to know the staff. Marcella at the front desk was so helpful!! Good snorkeling. Food was good, but a variety for breakfast would be nice. Loved our ocean front balcony room.

This hotel is quiet and quaint and in a good location not too close or too far north of the cruise ship pier. The view toward the ocean is incredible as the sea is turquoise and azul in colour and alive! We hoped to snorkel, but it was too rough to do so during our stay. The endless-style pool was perfect to cool down and swim a few laps. We enjoyed relaxing on daybeds and watching the water. Each night we watched the sunset from our balcony and saw several cruise ships leave and head north past us. Breakfast was include-continental- and it was delicious. We had an option for room service as well. Lunch, especially recommended burger and club sandwich were very good sized portions (huge) and came with fries. The dinners on the other hand were disappointing as they tried to mix Asia and Mayan style cooking, but it didn’t seem to work out well. Would suggest go to town to one of many other restaurants.

L’Hotel est un peu vieillot. Surtout la salle de bains. Le restaurant, très pauvre en choix de menu. Le service au petit déjeuner est lamentable. Personnel non qualifié, qui court dans tous les sens et fait tout à l’envers.Le service du ménage est excellent (un petit clin d’œil à Mari la femme de ménage)..👍👍.. Nous ne reviendrons dans cet Hôtel. À déconseiller, car beaucoup trop éloigné de toutes commodités.

Mixed experience at Hotel B Unique. The good things are: - Well appointed rooms with great sea view. Very nice desk. - Excellent access to the water for snorkelling (safe and easy to use). - Nice facilities. The limitations: - Pretty poor food (same breakfast every day) - No black tea (so if you're a tea drinker, bring your own) - No means of boiling water in your room (the coffee maker only makes luke warm water) - we ended up buying a kettle from the supermarket - Loud music much of the day that you can't escape (though doesn't go late into the evening).

Additionally, the salmon was not sushi-grade but hot-smoked, which was disappointing given the expectations for this dish. Important to note: If you lose your room key, it will cost you 100 MXN pesos. I’ve never encountered a fee for this at other hotels. The hotel’s pictures are very misleading—they make you believe this is a small boutique hotel with 28 rooms and a serene, yoga-inspired atmosphere. In reality, the hotel shares all facilities, including the breakfast area, bar, and pool, with a sister hotel. The breakfast area was far from calm and peaceful, and there were families with children and dogs staying during our visit. Since all facilities are shared between the two hotels, guests from the sister property also occupy the “adults-only” pool at this hotel.

La habiatacion muy linda. Nos gustó mucho el que sea de adultos y eso lo hace tranquilo. Música en vivo en la cena muy agradable. El desayuno variado y delicioso. No hay mucho que hacer en la propiedad. Es más para descansar. Sentimos la carta un poco limitada al tipo de alimentos y se fue la luz por un largo tiempo el lo que estábamos allí.
La habiatacion muy linda. Nos gustó mucho el que sea de adultos y eso lo hace tranquilo. Música en vivo en la cena muy agradable. El desayuno variado y delicioso. Hotel B Unique has a pool that is not practical if you want to get some sun. The location is a selfie takers paradise, and I would say I saw more selfies per hour than any other hotel property I have ever visited... Hotel B has more realistic pool area and surrounding area, unfortunately the pool was stagnant with ZERO filtration...it gets kinda nasty. I did approach the pool person, he claimed to not understand english. Overall a beautiful location.

Hotel did not meet full expectations sadly. 3/5 rating. Welcome shot of “freshly blended fruit smoothie” was offered upon arrival yet had a barcode sticker off the actual fruit in the shot. Our ceiling fan and AC unit in room 422 both made ongoing noise daily that was an annoyance while trying to sleep. Room was fairly clean however, wasn’t as nicely decorated as shown in online pictures. View from hotel balcony was indeed beautiful. Pool was relatively clean with an exceptional view. Ocean access was nice and accessible (for those without disabilities). Snorkeling gear available at 5 USD for 24hrs. Hotel was very quiet, perfect for someone looking to relax and disconnect at a slow pace. No events offered during our stay aside from yoga which was a service offered during the AM. (Likely due to it being off season). The restaurant in the hotel next to the pool had extremely slow service, food was mediocre and over priced! We waited 30+ minutes before having to ask staff for a beverage order by pool when there were only few guests and multiple staff standing around. Had dinner at hotel one night, waited 1hr for food when we were 1 of 3 tables total. Included breakfast was ok. In hotel contract it states you are not allowed to order outside food to the hotel. In order to get food outside of the hotel you have to travel into town which was a 150 peso cost each way totalling to 300 pesos plus tip for round trip. Can be costly. Overall just not an ideal experience for us.
