Notte La Mia Hotel

This hotel is very near to Busan station. The employees were considerate. Toothbrushes were not equipped in our room, and we were able to buy them at the vending machine in front of the information service. The cost was very reasonable. A restaurant, which is very famous for “参鶏湯”, is in front of this hotel.

Great room, easy check in, friendly staff, and they safely stored our luggage before and after check in/out for free. Really nice rooftop and large dining room upstairs where we enjoyed some takeout food and drinks. We would absolutely stay here again!

Room was large, clean. Bed was very nice. Linens were excellent. Rooftop was awesome. Would stay again for sure.

Very conveniently located at just a 5 minute walk from Busan train station. Room was clean and spacious. Nice shower, Japanese toilet, good airconditioning. Lots of eateries around the hotel, and the hotel is walking distance to a lot of attractions. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Housekeeping service was great - they made up our room very efficiently. They have a secure luggage storage service which we availed after we checked out. For the price we paid, this hotel was just right.

Biggest and cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in South Korea so far. Out of the 3 we booked on our trip this was my favorite. Recommend going to the rooftop at night for a nice view of Busan.

お風呂とトイレが別との口コミで予約しましたが、当日行くとシャワーとトイレが一緒の部屋だったのでフロントにその旨を伝えるとすぐに部屋を変えてくれました。とてもキレイで部屋も広かったので大満足です。ただ、室内用のスリッパは無いのでフロントの自動販売機で購入です。

We absolutely loved this hotel. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a great roof top that you can look out and see all of Busan and the water, it was so beautiful at night. The hotel is also a convent 5 minute walk to Busan station if traveling by train to and from Seoul. Will definitely stay here next time in Busan.

駅近で近くにコンビニあり。部屋が広くて清潔で、広めのバスタブがあったのも良かった。最上階には港が見えるラウンジスペースがあり、くつろげた。

Very spacious rooms with clean beds and bathroom. Amenities from thw fridge and water boiler is nice and appreciate the clean towels and clearing out the garbage. I can't give a 5 star review as the AC unit of our first room that was assigned to us was covered in mold. It felt very uncomfortable being in a humid room with AC blowing out mold spores. Appreciate the staff to quickly assign us a new room in which we confirmed was not covered in mold. Some stains and markings on the wall and ceiling but overall we enjoyed our stay after we were able to get a new room.

Disappointing stay My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to the unprofessional front desk receptionists. At check-in, I asked a male receptionist to reserve a large taxi in English. I told him I would take the large taxi immediately after check out. I even gave him the specific date and time. He replied me an “OK”. However, when I checked out, a female receptionist said no booking had been made. She insisted that she could not help me since 1-day advance booking was required and questioned whether I had clearly communicated with her colleague. Even I had made effort and gave them days to do their work but the result was frustrating. Furthermore, I found the duvet smelt like dirty drain in the first night. The next morning, I reported to a female front desk and asked for replacement. She said she could not make any immediate action and she did not know when the matter would be resolved. Her response was inconsiderate. I took many efforts to get her to follow up. After the frustrating conversation with the front desk, I found a female room attendant on my floor luckily. She was warm-hearted and resolved the matter promptly even though we could only communicate through body language. On a positive note, apart from the helpful room attendant, the sea view family room was spacious (but worn). The seascape was excellent as well.

The room is very new and clean. The staff are very helpful. The washroom is fancy, comfortable and spacious. I wish I could stay longer.

Very clean

This hotel was overall very clean and spacious inside the rooms. We stayed in a 2 bed room, and beds, floors and bathroom were in clean condition. The hotel had a top level with an amazing view of the entire Busan city, which was a great advantage that other hotels don’t have. A negative was that there were mosquitos (even in winter) inside the rooms (since Busan is a seaside city). We ended up with many mosquito bites which were quite severe, and upon letting the hotel front desk know, they didn’t seem to care or do much about it. They did provide coolpas, which is a mosquito bite reliever, but it didn’t do much to help.

The hotel is tucked away off the main street, making it a bit difficult to find—even our taxi driver had trouble locating it. From the outside, it didn’t quite resemble the photos online and looked somewhat rundown, with the street feeling a bit sketchy. However, it is conveniently located just a 7-10 minute walk from Busan Station, which was a plus. We were charged 10,000 W per hour for early check-in. Once we entered our room, it again fell short of the photos I had seen. It was a bit disappointing in that regard. While the cleanliness was acceptable, I’m quite observant and noticed spider webs and dust gathering in the corners. The wallpaper was peeling in spots, with visible patchwork where repairs had been made. Additionally, there was a motion sensor light that couldn't be turned off at night, so every time someone used the restroom, the room would be brightly lit, which was inconvenient. On the upside, the room was stocked with bathrobes, coffee, and tea, which was a nice touch. However, if you needed anything else, you had to purchase it from their vending machine. Despite some of the drawbacks, the mattresses were firm and comfortable, which made for a decent night's sleep.

The room was large and amenities were working, however the hygiene could have been better, for instance, the bedsheets and towels had stains on them. The staff greeted us warmly each time we came inside.

Great location in Busan for access to train and passenger ferry terminal. Hotel was easy to find via NAVER and check-in was seamless. Staff was kind enough to call some businesses for me since I don’t speak Korean. Very clean and spacious rooms. Their bathroom showers aren’t set up to drain well so water does soak into the wood floor in the room. Seems to be a known issue

Noisy room

Everything was great. Courteous staff, rooms with plenty of universal power plugs, usbs. A lot of space. My only comment would be that the mattress is a tad firm as im used to hotels providing softer mattresses

Large room with nice ocean view and amenities on upper floor and conveniently located near elevator. Room was very quiet. Bathroom was also very large; however, the entire floor would get wet when using the shower.

Good hotel near Busan station. We got a room with a wall view, was dark but didn’t mind with the price range

Perfect stay except for one thing. They lied about a city view with the reservation. The city view is of a solid cement wall. Not a view at all. Other than that it is a nice stay. Beautiful view on the rooftop. The bridge lights up at 8 pm each night.

客室は広くて清潔、トイレとお風呂が別で快適でした。アメニティにスリッパは含まれていなくて、靴を脱いで（玄関のような段差のついたスペースがある）過ごしましたが、靴下が汚れないほど床はきれいでした。スリッパは1000ウォンで販売していました。壁も床もぶ厚いのか、横の部屋の音も聞こえません。屋上の展望スペースが素敵です。

Visiting from America. I felt very welcomed, the staff spoke English, which was very helpful to me. My Korean language skills are very limited. Nice rooms, good and affordable breakfast and convenient location.

The family room was spacious and comfortable. Their customer service is what really won me over. Their staff went above and beyond to locate my cell phone that I had accidentally dropped in an Uber. I was worried that I had lost my phone forever but their staff tracked it down and I was reunited with my phone the next day. They called a cab company on my behalf and gave them directions to the police station where my phone was eventually taken by the Uber driver the night before. I truly appreciate what they did and I will always remember their service.

There was an electrical issue, can't use the hair dryer. The electrical outlet not working. But someone attended right away and fix the problem.

Staff were rude and wasnt helpful. Place was small and dirty.

룸 컨디션도 좋고 역이랑도 가까운 편이에요. 노트북 테이블 있는 의자가 조금 더러웠으나, 전반적으로 무척 깔끔했어요. 화장실이 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 근데 제가 한국인이라 그런지 변기와 샤워실이 구분되어 조금 불편했습니다. 직원분들이 모두 너무너무 친절했습니다. 체크인 할때 잠금장치 배터리 이슈가 있어서 다시 전화 후 대기했지만, 금방 해결해주셨어요.

It locale in a small street, but feel safe and quiet. Not too far from any metro station. only 5 minute walk from Busan Station and a lot option of Korean restaurant around.

1泊約8,000円でダブルルームに泊まりました。部屋は日本のビジネスホテルの倍くらいの広さ。ウォシュレットがあり、紙を流すこともできます。風呂は広め。 部屋は海側と街側があります。街側になっても15階に展望台がありますので、そこから綺麗な景色を見ることができます。 ダブルルームのシングル利用でしたが、ペットボトルの水を毎日4本になるように補給してくれます。2本飲むと翌日には2本補給して合計4本になるといった感じで。 地下鉄の釜山駅に徒歩4分くらい。周りは飲食店が多いです。 床暖房で部屋はかなり暖かいです。11月下旬ですが、風呂上りなどは暑すぎて冷房を使ってしまいました。 エアコンはボタンの文字がハングルで書かれているので操作方法が分かりません。 スマホのGoogle翻訳のカメラ機能で翻訳しながら使用しました。 GS25というコンビニが200mくらいのとこにあります。 スーパーは「草梁兩倍超市」というのが近くあるのですが、道の反対側に渡る横断歩道が遠く、かなり回り道をするか、もしくは地下鉄の地下経由で道を渡るかしないとたどり着けません。徒歩6分くらいです。 部屋の防音は普通。廊下の人の話し声や隣の部屋の物音も平均的なホテル並みに聞こえます。

Love the location of the hotel which is only about 10min walk away from Busan Station. The hotel is also opposite to Chinatown, Texas Street and a Traditional Korean Market Street. The options for food is endless. Seemed like the massage is good at a shop at the end of Chinatown too. I already find myself booking another stay with the establishment soon.

L'hotel si trova nei pressi della stazione centrale di Busan in una zona baricentrica rispetto alla vastissima estensione della città. Autobus, metro e stazione sono comodissimo per visitare la città e l'hotel è un ottima opzione. Le camere sono abbastanza ampie ed adeguatamente pulite. La colazione è a parte e potrebbe essere migliorata. Il personale è molto cordiale.

こちらのホテルは駅から徒歩圏内５分ほどに位置し、駅からホテルまでの通りには食事ができるお店も多く、ホテルの通りにある韓国スタイルの朝定食がとても美味しかったです。地下鉄乗り場にも近い。 今回大人３名で3泊お世話になりました。①お部屋は広くベッドも快適、浴室はバスタブとシャワーが別々にあり、とても清潔感ある快適なお部屋でした。アメニティーあり、お水は毎日補充して頂きました。ウォッシュレットがあるのが日本人にはポイントが高いと思います。 ②フロントのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切、英語と韓国語を話し、一人背の高い男性スタッフが片言の日本語で一生懸命私達に親切に道を教えて頂き、とても助かりました。 当方の都合で二泊目からお部屋を変えて頂きたいとの申し出にフロントのベテラン女性スタッフは快く対応をして頂きとても助かりました。感謝します。また釜山を訪れる際は是非泊まりたいと思います。 また、ホテルの朝食は事前にクーポン券を購入するブッフェスタイル、初日のみ利用しましたが、個人的にはお薦めしません。しかし、総合的には清潔感ある快適に過ごせる良いホテルだと思います。 良いホテルなのに、あまり知られていないのが勿体なく思いました。大変お世話になり有難うございました。

The property is very close to Busan metro/train station just about 5 minutes walk, it is pretty new and clean. Nothing fancy, the breakfast is pretty simple which we pay extra.
