Very nice, clean rooms bed comfortable. Good AC. Breakfast was good , hot buffet with 24 hr coffee, waffles ect. The pool is not heated. It rained while we were there and cooled the water temp down. Staff is friendly and speaks English and Spanish. We were there over the 4th of July and saw families taking advantage of the gas grills and picnic tables. Id definitely stay again.

Staff gave a i dont want to be here attitude the whole time, couldn't check in early even then it was a 20 min difference and the building lost power for hours and didn't come back on till like 2am and didn't receive any type of discount or anything..

There is no power and hasnt been for the last 5 hours. Its hot in our room and everyone is in the lobby cause rooms are so hot. Terrible experience refund is expected

Filthy door frame in bathroom. No Kleenex in tissue dispenser. Dusty room. 2 sheets of paper towels in dispenser. Hotel allowed guests to keep the 3 luggage carts in their rooms & there were none available when we checked out & it took 4 trips to get our stuff to the car before checking out. Low water pressure in rainfall shower head. Rat trap outside hotel entrance

Nice breakfast, quiet area not too much homelessness near the hotel but does start towards the end of the road. Nice staff. Stained towels other than that not bad. Some rooms come with a kitchenette but you do still have to ask for some dishes.

The room was directly in front of the elevator so it was loud and noisy. There weren’t any wash cloths, the bathroom had hair in the floor and shower. It took forever to check in.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the walls seemed very very thin. We could hear the people in the room over talking and when their alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning, I woke up, reached over for my phone, thinking it was mine that was going off! We were also by the ground door to outside, so every time someone came in or out the door it was slamming shut very loudly.

Check in was super easy and fast. The room was incredibly spacious, clean and quiet. The restroom was huge and water pressure was amazing. Breakfast was decent for hotel breakfast but had a lot of great options. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, thank you so much!!

We had a fantastic stay during our trip to OKC! The hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The rooms were huge—which made them feel extra cozy and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean, from the bedroom area to the oversized bathroom. (It's a non-smoking, pet-free hotel which was a bonus for us). You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the place clean. Front desk staff was friendly too. Breakfast was one of the highlights. There was truly something for everyone—hot options like eggs and meat, a DIY waffle station with clear instructions (super easy to use!), plus yogurt with tons of toppings, cereal, and more. It was the perfect way to start each morning. The location was also super convenient—only about 10 to 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do in downtown OKC. It made getting around really easy. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Oklahoma City!

The room is large, clean, furniture in very good condition I really enjoyed the size of the room at 400 sq ft. The staff is very friendly & pleasant. I don’t feel that a traveler can go wrong by staying at this Best Western in OK City.

Staff mis informed us about breakfast time frames. We had a little child in crutches and arrived a 9 am for breakfast bc we were told at check in that it was served till 10am. Staff refused to serve us stating breakfast was over at 9 am and they proceeded to put all food away. We complained to front desk who basically had the attitude of who cares they didn’t! We canceled our next nights stay and went to another hotel with friendlier staff!!!!

I was more impressed with the service... Becky at the front desk was very nice and helpful. But not just to me... Every time I walked by the desk I heard her being very helpful and nice to others. Service in our country has gone down so it's refreshing to get great service. All staff was friendly and the place was nice & clean.

Great staff. The Expedia representative booked my room incorrectly and was trying to make me pay extra to correct their error. The manager at the hotel was very kind and understanding and let me stay the additional night in the same room at no extra charge. I would recommend not using a third party to book at this hotel. It’s really not much of a difference and will save you a big headache.

They didn't want to except my ID because it was paper, I hadn't received my plastic on yet, the man was hateful about it. Then wanted me to pay for the room again I had a receipt saying it was paid in full. The man said it didn't matter what the receipt said we needed to pay if we wanted to stay. I had driven over four hours. The assistant and general manager stood by and watched this man treat my family like trash and did nothing. I will never stay at another Best Western. They made me feel beneath them.

Easily one of the best properties that we stayed at. Staff was very courteous and helpful. They quickly attended to any request. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting OKC. It's very close (less than 10 mins drive) to the downtown which makes it very convenient

The room was very clean and even though our room was next to the elevator it was very quiet. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. The only concerning thing is there is a homeless camp two blocks away.

The property was excellent although the homeless people right up the street at the underpass was terrible and you see them walking around not far from the parking lot didn't make us feel safe at all. There were at least 50-60 people walking in the street crossing when cars are coming and asking for money. This was all within 250 feet of the hotel

Plastic wrap over some of windows. The buffet breakfast was amazingly bad. Coffee machine was broke. Omelet if you can call it that was pressed down to cardboard size. Not sure what was in it. Hash browns were pale gray limp things. No muffins. Fruits was a single apple in saran wrap. Rest Rooms in public area out of order. The first room they tried to give me the led strip and mirror was shorting out. The second room the bathroom sink would not drain. I had to pry it open. It had two TVs but only one worked. Room was facing freeway and you could clearly hear traffic sounds

I was honestly surprised at how nice it was. It was clean and safe. Convenient to places to eat and get gas. Easy to get off and on the interstate and I never heard any traffic. The breakfast was well laid out with options for everyone. The front desk staff was friendly in the evening at check-in and also when I checked out in the morning. I would easily stay there again.

Overall our stay was ok. Room was spacious and clean. Had 2 tvs in our room and neither of them were working. Tried to ring down an report but no one answered phone. Had to go down to reception myself. Woman in charge of reception came up and could only get 1 working. Same procured when we tried to turn on again the following morning. Lobby is very lacklustre. No atmosphere at all. No dining options, no bar and really nothing close by as an alternative. Reception staff would look a lot more professional if they wore a uniform instead of jeans and t shirt. Definitely room for improvement in a few areas.
