The room was a great size and a great location, with parking. It was quiet and private and I appreciated the fact that there was an external door and a 'front door to my room as it gave more security - however each time I went to the external door it was ajar, so actually anyone could have walked in. I think it isn't quite heavy enough to slam shut itself, or the catch isn't quite right. Also note that you have to physically lock your own door with the key and not assume it'll lock itself - same for locking yourself in. My only real issue was that I had a room with a freestanding bath and when I let the water out, it pushed drain gunk up into the shower tray in the ensuite bathroom and it smelled pretty bad. I shut the bathroom door which trapped most of the smell but it was disappointing. Really helpful staff. The gym looked good but I didn't use it.

First impressions were very good and the room I stayed in looked impressive however, there were many issues inside the room from, TV would not switch on, the kettle did not work at all when I came to use it on the morning. Some of the lighting didn't work, the room seemed to be next to a generator which was very loud and then I overheard some people trying to check in but their keys were missing. They knocked on the door to their room to find another guest staying in their room. They said their key was also missing so they just took what was available from the key safe. Everything felt like a bit of a shambles and for the price I paid I feel it was absolutely not value for money. Would not stay here again!!!

Check in was a shambles (for many arriving at the same time). Unmanned reception. Did not receive check in email despite responding to a request to email the property directly to receive them. Toilet door would get stuck so had to use bathroom with door ajar. Fire alarm going off in the morning but no fire.
