Front desk staff was friendly. Pool is not heated and the front outdoor fire table was not on, but hotel was nice. The attached “Tru” was temporarily closed down so we were bummed not to have access to the game room. Decent breakfast and good facilities.

The room was great. It was completely clean and I couldn’t hear noise from other rooms. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants. Parking lot is small but there’s a garage across the street where they allow hotel guests to park on the upper level. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from. Loved my stay there and it will be my go-to place to stay when traveling to Phoenix.

They advertise having a pool but it was freezing cold. My boys were on spring break and it was a bummer not to have that as an option for them.

Close to airport and GCU- food options across the parking lot and Starbucks next door. The breakfast was delicious at the hotel and comfortable seating to catch up on work before the day. Loved the laundry room, workout room, and rooftop pool with shaded pergolas. Room worked perfect with 3 adult kids- great hotel!

The room was nice and updated. The bed was comfortable. I loved the rooftop pool and the surrounding area with restaurants and coffee. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very clean building and room. Comfortable bed, rested well. Issue I had was parking. You do have to pay to park. I was directed to park in a garage, but I went to the wrong one, apparently. They tried to charge me for parking in their "garage." I was able to avoid that charge, but I have no idea which parking area was less expensive. I ended up paying $20 to park.

We had the best stay! The staff was the best group of people! The friendliest and most accommodating hotel I have been to in quite some time. The hotel was VERY CLEAN....every time I turned around there was someone cleaning something :). Beds were so comfortable too. Breakfast was decent.. workout room was great. Played pool with my kids. Laundry room was okay... issues with one of the dryers but nothing that would cause me to second guess staying there again. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT... felt like home away from home!

The property, staff, and breakfast was great. There was a problem with the elevator that allowed access to the pool so it made it challenging to get to the pool and the staff was very busy and it was difficult to have someone assist with escorting you up to the pool other than that, the stay was very nice and I love the accommodation they have for your dogs to relieve themselves, very convenient. The area also has a lot of restaurants and places you can eat and drink.

The breakfast was non-descript: standard coffee with plastic single-serve creamers. Scrambled eggs were salty and the pancakes had some weird pumpkin spice added. An acquired taste I guess. But my biggest complaint - which management failed to adequately address - despite my multiple requests - involved their policy of not picking up and replacing towels daily. I expected better than 'every other day' from Hilton. Ick.

Room was spotless, breakfast was really good, and check in was really easy!! The room next to us was very loud and when I called the front desk at midnight for help, they addressed the issue immediately and we didn’t have any further issues. I would definitely stay there again.

My friends and I recently stayed at this location, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we first arrived, the hotel lobby was clean and welcoming, which gave a good first impression. However, that changed once we entered our room — the smell was awful, like wet dogs had been living in it. I called the front desk several times from both the room phone and my cell phone, but no one ever answered, even though there were multiple staff members present when we checked in. I eventually had to walk down to the front desk to address the issue in person. The staff member offered to spray the room, which temporarily masked the odor, but the smell never went away completely. To make matters worse, we saw a roach in the room on the day we checked out. The blankets were rough and uncomfortable, and I barely slept during our stay. This was frustrating because Home2 Suites used to be one of my go-to hotel brands, but this experience has definitely changed my opinion. Given the poor room conditions and lack of responsiveness, I truly believe a discount or some form of compensation is warranted. And I expect the $100 incidental hold to be returned promptly. Home2 Suites can and should do better — especially for loyal guests. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying at this location again anytime soon.

We tipped the housekeeper before she cleaned our room and the cleaning was terrible. A rag was left in the trim, beds were not made, garbage fell into the bathroom floor when the garbage bin was emptied, Dirty towels left on the floor, etc.

checking into the first room the bathrooms were not serviced. The shower was filthy. Went down to checking area with my luggage again. They offered me a different room. The shower in the second room was also not serviced and he was not cleaned. The offer to send someone however I declined as it was midnight and I had to go to bed.

Very clean and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and friendly; some of the best hotel staff I've ever encountered in my travels. The room and bathroom were really nice!

Amazing! Staycation. Loved everything about the facility. Breakfast offers many options. Rooms are very spacious and super comfy. Staff is outstanding! Great location. Only con is paying $10 per night for parking.

SO LOUD WITH TRAIN RIGHT OUTSIDE! Thank God I had my sound machine or would I have not been able to sleep. My friend who had a room across the hall did not hear a thing so definitely ask for a room on the opposite side as the train.

It’s Not Quite there’s Trolley cars going by ,about every 30 minutes They didn’t tell me that maybe I could have got a room on the other side of hotel

Very clean, everything looks new. Rooms were amazing, kitchenette was a plus.

The room I had was facing the street and a city train came by every 15 mins rumbling I didn’t get any sleep

The room 138 had low water pressure and when turning all the way that control would go and the water only got to a little more than warm.

The rooms are very nice, breakfast is very good and the location is excellent. The downside is that the rooms facing Central Ave are very noisy due to light rail trams running late into the night and starting again early morning. They run frequently and are quite loud even inside the rooms. The AC is also loud and switches on and off regularly.

Patricia is an absolute delight, very kind, friendly, personable, and attentive to guests. She has a bright smile and made our stay feel warm and comfortable. The room is clean as well as the lobby and sitting areas. Always hot coffee and water for tea.

The desk staff at this hotel was terrible. I was driving in from Los Angeles to move my son into his college dorm for his freshman year. I called them and told them that I wouldn't be getting in until the second day (of a two-day stay) but I didn't mind paying for the first night anyway. They said it would be OK but when I got there they had canceled my reservation and labeled it a "no show." It was a terrible beginning to what was supposed to be a fantastic experience of moving my son into the dorms. I ended up finding another room at the Courtyard Marriott. They were great.

Please please please get rid of Virginia at the front desk! She was so horrible upon check in. Zero politeness or just simple human courtesy! Can’t even greet guests after I asked if she was okay.

Highlights of the hotel: clean room, good breakfast options, tasty coffee, and the restaurants nearby.

Everything about the stay was great except for two things: 1. They charge for parking. This is new for hotels. My recommendation is either work into the price or make it very clear (not in some third tier info). There is no need for hotels to charge for parking. 2. The food was good but not would be nice to have a different fruit option in the morning. Mixed fruit bowl, etc. All this being said, we will be staying there again two weeks.

We had a great stay, our room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly, continental breakfast was excellent. Location was convenient and close to many restaurants and shopping. Parking was very accessible, only negative was you had to pay for parking.
