Had a great stay at your place. In the middle of the city centre. Small details, but repair the light in the stairs… Great communication with the owner when we arrived and when we checked out.

If you're expecting a hotel, prepare for a surprise—this is much closer to an Airbnb experience. There is no reception, and check-in is done entirely by messaging the "host," just as you would with a typical Airbnb. Want fresh towels? That's apparently a premium feature. The initial set is complimentary, but if you'd like clean towels during your stay, be prepared to pay extra. Otherwise, enjoy reusing the same towels throughout your trip. The room cleaning service also came with an unexpected bonus: mosquitoes. Every single day after housekeeping, we'd find lots of live mosquitoes that feed on us during our sleep. We even sent photos of several dead mosquitoes (that we smacked) to the host, but unfortunately nothing changed. No lift? No problem—just treat it as your daily workout! Carrying luggage up three flights of stairs is apparently part of the guest experience. Great for burning calories, not so great after a long day of sightseeing on the day of check-in & out. The staircase itself deserves a special mention. With dim lighting and a rather strange smell (first floor stores fresh produces every morning), walking back to the room at night felt less like returning to a guesthouse and more like the opening scene of a horror movie! On the bright side, the location is decent. But between the Airbnb-style operation, paid replacement towels, recurring mosquitoes, and the three-flight luggage challenge, I'd think twice before staying here again.
