We stopped in to break up a road trip. This property was easy to get to from the highway. It was quiet, and the room was exactly what we needed. The staff was kind. They were working inside the property, so one elevator was down. However, you could see the work that they were doing was going to improve the hotel for future guests.

First stay at a Tru. What a nice place. Loved the lobby with different seating areas and a pool table, with lots of people enjoying. Nice "market" things available. The rooms made great use of the space, and the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were very nice. Breakfast had cool yogurt and pancake machines. The only little thing was no coffee maker in the room, but it is available 24 hrs in the lobby. We will look for more Tru when we travel.

Nice room for the price. Comfortable bedding, surprisingly good shower pressure, hot coffee 24/7 in the lobby and good food nearby make this a nice place to layover. I slept great! Something I usually don’t do on a one-night stay. Nice little pool and seating BBQ area too. Dog friendly.

My stay at Tru by Hilton was one of the worst. The floor in my room was filthy and the room smelled like a dog and foot order. It was funky. The rooms have no coffee pots, nor microwaves. The breakfast was fruit, cereal, waffles and muffins. There is no bar nor complimentary drinks. When I asked for my money back, the manager said they couldn't refund. I'll never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone.

This time was completely disappointing, the room was dirty the tv didn't work, wasn't allowed to switch rooms, woke up with other people's clothes in the bed, someone's ring was in the sheets, socks in the pillows, shower had pieces of mold or lumps of dirt coming out of the shower door handle, just completely disgusting. As soon as my husband and I found the tv not working we went down to the desk and complained the staff said there was nothing they could do. When we checked out I told them about everything and handed them the dirty socks and they said the only thing they could do is to tell their housekeepers to do a better job next time. Really pathetic customer service.

This is one of the cleanest hotels we have recently stayed in. You could tell as soon as you walked through the doors it was going to be clean. It smelled clean and everything from the lobby to the room was impeccable. Great place to stay right off I-75.

When I like the most was the cleanliness, even though Shower had some mold in the grout. What I didn’t like was the mattress was like a crib mattress. I woke up with a stiff neck in the morning and the food at the breakfast bar as far as the bagels went was stale, The pancakes were awful even though the machine they were made in was interesting.

For a new, pretty pricey hotel the room was small and a huge amount of highway noise if you happen to have a room on the front side. We were also located across from the ice machine so there was a lot of hallway noise too. Did not get much sleep in during my stay. ;-). Very disappointed for what I paid.

Front desk staff were great. Room is efficient but more of a veneer of updated. The furniture looks better than it is, that kind of thing. Lobby is lovely and the gym has more in it than you’d expect. Shower was awesome, and water was hot in all taps immediately. Bed was decent, but there’s no such thing as firm pillows in hotels and longer, I guess. Super noisy all night and the windows don’t offer much by way of insulation. Easy location on and off the highway and plenty of restaurants and shops.

The staff was great. The place was clean. The room was insanely small. I stayed in a 1br King bedroom. The air-conditioning was climate-controlled, so on and off it went, off and on, off and on, off and on. This was the dominant sound in the room, so there was no real chance of true rest. I like the steady whir of an air-conditioning, not one that goes on and off like this. Very uncomfortable. The room is so small that you cannot really hang around it. I never got the feeling of 'oohh, great, let me put my bags down and relax'. The room was just too small for that. The room was standing-room only. The property is off a highway. Not the fault of this property, but it's not a place that you can walk around and windowshop. not remotely. If you're travelling alone and literally just need a place to stay overnight, sure. It's clean and the staff is nice. It's just not a relaxing environment.

Beds are very uncomfortable. Was like sleeping on a cement slab. Was not able to sleep most of the night as I couldn’t get comfortable. Staff were wonderful and building is very clean and neat. Breakfast was great with pancakes and cheese omelette. Would give 5 stars but for the mattress being so hard and uncomfortable.

Te reception desk was Ok! The room to small. Sorry, NO CLOSETS.Don't be fooled by the Hilton name. It's a cheap, roadside motel. We left our room at 7:30 am and returned at 6:00 pm. The room hadn't been cleaned, the towels hadn't been changed, etc. Horrible!

The staff was absolutely the nicest and most helpful I've ever dealt with and I've been to oner 200 hotels. Coty, eva, Nicole, Matty and the manager were just phenomenal. They also had like 5 people just cleaning the hotel all day. Tremendous pride and professionalism great people all the way around. The rooms and the staff make it a 10 star hotel

The AM staff was lazy and unprofessional. To busy watching YouTube videos on how to do her nails to be inconvenienced with guests . Pancake machine did not work. A shame, walk away with bad impression, when the hotel was clean, convenient and check-in staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay, primarily due to the behavior of the front desk staff during the afternoon shift. After checking in, I noticed repeated instances where I was overlooked despite clearly waiting in line, while others were assisted ahead of me. As someone born and raised in the U.S. with a Hispanic last name, it was disheartening to feel singled out in this way. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and deeply concerning in 2025. I believe the staff member’s name was Ashley. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I would not return to this property. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the importance of respectful and equitable treatment for all guests.

Great hotel. Staff was amazing. Only thing was the stop breakfast at 9:30 which I did not look into prior to going down for it. But all in all all was great and again the staff was amazing. One of the best staffs I have been around.

Everything was clean and fresh. It was minimalistic, but I was just looking for a place to stop overnight while on the road. It would have been nice to have a plastic cup. The breakfast was a bit too sparse. Grits were cold. Eggs were premade and warmed up. Decafe coffee was not hot. I'll just skip the breakfast next time, but I will miss my coffee.

This was the first time we stayed at Tru. It’s clean and quiet. Warm breakfast with fruits (apple, oranges, and bananas), pancakes, eggs (both hard boiled and powdered), and sausage. Coffee 24/7. There is a pond at the back of the property filled with lotus flowers. The property is very quiet. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed and bedding. We will stay here again in the future.

Nice and clean room and bathrooms. The entire hotel was clean. The breakfast was great with a wide variety. I was so happy it wasn’t the usual basic breakfast options. Pancakes, bagels, sausage, bacon, grits, omelettes, fruit, yogurt, cereal and milk. The staff was pretty nice. I like how the front door is locked after a certain time and a telephone has to be used to reach the staff for access. Absolutely enjoyed the stay and we will be returning!

Food could have been a bit better. Hard boiled eggs were difficult to peel. Instant eggs were a bit watery tasting. Very early morning fire alarm woke us around 2am. It was a nice place to stay aside those negative things.

We have started here 3 times now. We are pleased everytime. I love the squeeze bodywash and shampoo/conditioner bottles in the showers instead of travel size bottles. The scents are refreshing and light. Breakfast is always good too. You have many choices. Bagels, cereal, pancakes, fruit or the newest addition, a yogurt machine with toppings!
